Great people offering excellent service. I typically utilize the Apple warranty on iPhones, but…read morethen Apple takes forever to get anything done. Especially during the covid lockdowns! Took my iPhone 8+ with a partially shattered screen in (without an appointment) and was told there were a few items ahead of me but it shouldn't be more 1.5 or two hours and they'd text my wife when it was ready. It was done in just over an hour and it is like new again. I highly encourage folks to drop a pin for this location. If you ever need any work done on your phones...this is the place in Rockwall!

Both cameras worked when I handed them to him to repair, and wasn't working 20-minutes later when he gave them back. He said it would cost $15 each to replace the cameras on the phones to make them operational again. I declined --and that was 3 months ago. Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my phones again.

He could benefit from learning better manners and customer service skills. I had my phone battery replaced at this repair shop, but the replacement battery failed in less than seven months and now the phone is completely dead again.
