    I hired this service after seeing flyers in my building for Lily & Associates Cleaning & Moving…read moreService. I am attaching the flyer for context, since the Yelp listing appears under a different business name but uses the same phone number/business contact information. The first visit was billed as a $100 deep cleaning for my dad's studio apartment and lasted about 45 minutes. My dad had only lived there for about a week, so this was not a long-neglected apartment or an unusually difficult job. The plan was for this to become a weekly cleaning service afterward at $75 per visit, so I was hoping to establish a reliable ongoing arrangement. Unfortunately, the cleaning did not meet expectations. The floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped, the toilet seat was still dirty, the coffee nook counter was still dirty, visible pieces of trash were left behind, and the leather sofa still had visible marks from something that had dripped and had not been wiped off. Because my dad needs extra support, having a reliable and thorough cleaning service is especially important. I raised these concerns, and the company agreed to come back and address them. However, on the day of the scheduled return, they canceled at the last minute and moved it to another day. At that point, I requested a refund so I could hire another company rather than continue waiting. I was then told they do not offer refunds and only provide re-cleaning. I want to note that I did not sign a contract, and I was not told in advance, either on the flyer or in our communications, that refunds were not offered. I understand businesses may have internal policies, and I appreciate that they initially offered to return. But the combination of a disappointing first cleaning, a last-minute cancellation, and a no-refund policy that was not disclosed up front left us in a difficult position. I'm sharing this so others understand my experience before booking.

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Save your money, she sent 1 girl (who was on the phone the entire time) to do…read morea first time "deep cleaning". Her girl Andrea rushed through my 2 bed apartment, deep clean took an hour which is CRAZY (I have pets). She might as well took a Clorox wipe to the counter and called it a day. So I let Lilly know, she then sent the same girl the next day.. the girl didn't know what she needed to reclean so I told her. She said sorry and blamed Lilly (repeatedly) saying that her boss told her it was a regular clean not a deep cleaning. Again, she did a horrible rushed job and was rough on my furniture, blinds and dishes - all while on the phone again. The crazy part is I told Lilly that another cleaner had ghosted me days before and I really wanted a nice cleaning bc my mom was visiting. She did not include the microwave, fridge or oven for a first time deep cleaning nor did she do anything "extra" (or nice) for her poor service and me having to spend 2 of my work from home days. TRASH TRASH TRASH. Wish I had pics but I'm in the middle of deep cleaning.
