Recently had them replace my putting green. Surface was about 12 yrs old and installed by another vendor popular at the time. Got a couple of quotes then based on a neighbors recommendation contacted Bill @ GOTURF DIRECT. Glad I did from Bill's first visit thru installation, clean up and quality I couldn't be more pleased. Told Bill I would like my green to run at about 10.5 on stemp. Jesus had me try a putt and I really liked the speed, it measured at 10.7. Leave it there! The professionalism, friendliness and work ethic of all left nothing to be desired. Highly recommend! read more

Hired GoTurf Direct to do a large job for us...turf in both front and back yard as well as pavers. Bill came out for the initial estimate to discuss our options and was on time and very helpful. We wanted to move quickly and Bill was very accommodating. The crew assigned to our job was led by Gus. The entire team was great. All were punctual, hard working, and respectful. The job site was always cleaned up as much as possible by the end of the day. Gus was very communicative and was very responsive to any issues we pointed out no matter how minor. The job ran a little long but you can't rush perfection! All in all we are very happy with both the quality of the product and the craftsmanship/installation. Would not hesitate to call these guys if we ever need them again or recommend them to anyone. Thanks GoTurf Direct! read more

We are so happy that we chose Go Turf Direct to install our artificial turf. Bill and his crew were fabulous to work with. He returned our call quickly and came out within the same week to quote. He answered all our questions and concerns and recommended the best product for the area. His prices were competitive and he informed us of the current water district rebates making our decision an easy one. His guys were punctual, efficient, and the end result is beautiful. Bill followed up the same day and when we noticed that one of the landscape lights got covered in the process, he promptly sent his crew to fix it. Only regret is that we waited so long to have this project done. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!! read more

My husband talked to golfer friends who'd put in putting greens, we got estimates on our job, and we visited several people with putting greens before deciding on Go Turf Direct. Bill and his team were easy to work with, made sure our preferences were incorporated, and came back to finish up a couple of items without delay when we requested. We love the putting green for its obvious use, but can't believe how much the artificial turf enhances the BEAUTY of the back yard. We're happy to recommend this company and encourage you to go for it if you're considering artificial turf. No more discolored spots in the grass, no more mowing, no more watering! Win, win, win. Recently completed a job and was extremely satisfied. This is the second job I have had GoTurf Direct do for a different home, three yrs. ago. Bill is extremely dedicated to working with his clients and helping them make the correct choices along with keeping costs realistic. I highly recommend him. Hey, support the family-owned business and don't pay the advertising costs of the big companies! read more

About a year ago, I had my entire backyard done by Bill and GoTurfDirect. To this day, I can still say this is one of my favorite "home improvements" we've done. Bill and his crew were so professional and efficient. We looked around at a lot of different companies before choosing to work with GoTurfDirect. Their prices were more than fair and they were just great to work with. I love that they are a small local company too. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone and highly encourage anyone to work with them; you will not be disappointed! read more

Highly recommend Go Turf Direct! Bill and Carol were extremely personable and trustworthy and the installation went in without a hitch. Crew was on time, clean, and completed our project in under 2 days. Great stuff thank you Go Turf Direct!! read more

True professionals! We were so impressed with Bill and the entire team from start to job completion. The quality of the turf they use, the amazing employee crew members they have, and their competitive pricing made it very easy to choose Go Turf Direct from many others. We had called a couple companies and after 2 of the 'big' companies came out we began to get very nervous about the process. Companies "E T" & "T T" spent most of their time bashing each other and trying to impress us with their sales binders which were very identical- filled with fluff. One of the competitor reps measured more than 25% the actual area and passed it off as waste we needed to pay in order to get the look we wanted. And both only showed us 2 of the 'most popular' choices. What did we get from Bill? Focused attention on what his company offered and what we wanted to see in a backyard change. Honest measurements and disclosures on what warranties would and would not cover, along with what his company could help with. Multiple samples to choose from, guessing at least 15 or more, to see color and height options. Clear options on scheduling and work completion. And great follow up during and after the job. What did we get from the crew? Absolute pros with respect and courtesy to our family and home. We had points of contact for the crew, they reached out as soon as they had any questions or concerns and gave us options AND time to process things. We had an existing drain that was discovered to have been installed improperly. The crew was able to fix the problem, ensure the whole drainage system was working and work it into the new yard at very little delay to the project completion and almost no impact on the original quote. Everyday the crew cleaned up the job site and walked us through progress for the day and plans for the next day. We have encouraged many of our friends to reach out to Bill and the Go Turf Direct team and continue to get great feedback on our yard transformation. Thanks! Jon & Karen read more

I met with bill about converting a turf area off our back patio into a putting green. Bill had great ideas in terms of flow and grade. He also helped picking the correct turf colors (fringe and putting surface) The project went very smooth (very clean after) and the crew was super nice Now as I stare out the living room window I'm looking at a very nice putting green rather than a crab grass filled lawn!!! Totally satisfied! would definitely recommend!! read more

I would highly recommend Go Turf Direct! Bill and his crew were great. I am very happy with the entire process. Bill was very accommodating from start to finish- everything he said, he did. Installation was stress free. Mike and his crew were extremely professional and hard working. I love how Mike took the time to explain everything to us. We felt comfortable the entire project. He raised the turf just a little where the patio meets the turf- just so there wouldn't be a tripping hazard (I never would have thought about that). Great company, great crew, great results.Go with Go Turf Direct for a Great Experience! read more

We love our Tiger turf that GoTurf Direct installed!!! Bill was wonderful to work with, returned calls promptly and Alex and his crew were great. We had several bids and saw lots of grass samples but loved the Tiger Turf the best. We went out and saw a home that Bill had done and were so impressed on how it looked and the complimentary way they spoke of Bill and his team, we were sold. So glad we made the choice to go ahead, we now have beautiful yards that will look beautiful always. read more

They do beautiful work! We compared with several companies and felt their product was superior. It looked so real that friends and family weren't sure if it was turf or grass! After getting 5 estimates from artificial turf companies, I chose Go Turf Direct. I liked the fact that I was dealing with the owner of the company directly. Bill was very professional as was his crew. They showed up when promised, got the job done in the three days he allotted, and cleaned up every day. The quality of the job was perfect-no seams or imperfections. I also appreciated the fact that their turf was all made in the USA. I would recommend this company to anyone considering artificial turf. read more

My yard was terrible and we finally decided to go with artificial turf. Getting bids made the decision harder as not all firms filled me with confidence in the artificial turf industry. Well, Bill and his wife listened to my questions and showed they and their company are legit. We had 4 companies come out and give us quotes. We went with Bill because his prices were fair and we got the feeling he was a nice, honest person. We were not wrong. They started the job immediately and were so thorough, professional, kind and efficient. Bill has a wonderful crew working for him. And Bill came out each day, usually twice to check on the job. I was amazed by how much prep work went into this. We had wanted to do this ourselves but after watching what they did to get the ground ready so that turf will lay properly and last, I am so glad we did not attempt this. The YouTube videos make it look easy but watching 4 guys work 32 hours each to put in about 500 sq feet of turf with all of the special machines there is just no way. Our yard looks beautiful and clean and well done. We went back and forth between sod and turf and now that we have the turf I am happy to know it will always look like it did when they finished. Nice and green, perfect and best of all no maintenance or water. We also had them do pavers which again, we thought we should do ourselves and save some money but after seeing the beautiful pattern they laid and how much prep work and time they put in to make it last forever I am glad we had them do it. We have done pavers on our own before. It was hard, and they didn't look like this when we were done. After seeing what really goes into this process I would highly recommend them. They know what they're doing and you can see how much pride Bill takes in his work and the company he owns. He showed off our house to the neighbors with the pride as if it were his own. We weren't just another job to him. read more

Do NOT waste your time looking for another turf company! Bill is a man of his word and still works off an honest gentleman's hand shake. He and his company came to my residence to fix a massively botched turf install by another licensed contractor. The issues we had: the seams were stretched apart, base was done incorrectly, they punctured one of my sprinkler lines and the edging was a dangerous. Bill and his guys came in and tore out the turf, dug out the bad base, brought in the correct base, had concrete curbed edging installed and fixed my water line and added drains where they needed to be (for no extra charge). His guys were clean and respected our yard and property along with being completely friendly to us. He had our job done before he said he would. He wouldn't even take the last payment till we walked the job together and ensured there was no issues. Upon final payment, he told us to call him if any issues ever popped up and he would fix them. I do not foresee any issues happening. Go Turf Direct is a company that deserves your business. I have only found a small few contractors that hold to their word and put out a perfect product. Thanks for reading and if you go with them I am sure you will not be disappointed! read more

We met with Bill one Saturday, he was kind enough to come out for an estimate on the weekend (we have a very busy work schedule M-F), and literally, the rest is history! Not only was Bill and his work crew fantastic in terms of timeliness and professionalism, the price was very reasonable. We had turf in our last home so we were familiar with the price, installation, and preparation. We have special lighting in the turf area and the crew was very careful working with & around it. They rearranged the water system to ensure our palms remained hydrated as they capped much of the rest of the water system off. The crew left our backyard as clean as can be & both Bill and the crew were very communicative via phone and text messages. I would strongly recommend without reservation Go Turf Direct if you are considering turf! read more

We live in Fallbrook and it can get very warm in the summer. As a result we were really struggling in an attempt to grow a lawn. We had rabbits eating our grass to the nub, brown spots from rabbit urine, weeds taking over, constant worry over the condition of the yard. It was almost a guarantee that our lawn would die every summer. Finally my husband suggested artificial turf as a solution. I was not sold..... my impression of turf was that it looked like a green carpet and oh so artificial. Also I was concerned about the product and the environment due to toxins with most products. Well.... we had three different companies come and give us estimates on our yard. When Bill arrived he was prepared with samples and I was very impressed with the product. No toxins, heat resistant and looked so natural my brother thought we had re-sodded our lawn. Once our project began Go Turf Direct worked until the job was completed. The crew was so nice and did so much more than I ever expected. They are very knowledgable about the product and the installation. We have since discovered that the installation is a large part of the process in making the drainage correct and the overall natural look of the lawn. As an added benefit our water bill is now more than half of what it was when we had a grass lawn. I have noticed that we have fewer ants and of course our rabbit population is pretty much gone. As a result we don't have as many coyotes in the yard. Even considering the current drought conditions, I wish we would have done this years ago. One of the things Go Turf Direct did that no other company offered was all of the paperwork required for the rebate program. So nice not to worry about all of that! I would recommend Go Turf Direct to anyone who is considering artificial turf, they really understand the product and will do anything to accommodate your wishes. Our yard looks beautiful now and without a huge water bill! A great company! read more

Bill was a pleasure to work with. Quote was easy, scheduling was easy. John and Gus did an outstanding job with the installation. They talked us through the entire project. We knew what was going on every step of the way. Great company. Great product. My wife and I highly recommend Go Turf Direct! read more

The product they use is excellent, I really love it. The prices vary even though the owner may say they aren't negotiable. Be sure to get details in writing of your specific plan because communication not always clear between owner and workers actually doing the installation. The guys do a good job, especially the guy in charge but keep an eye on the install and replacement of your landscaping to make sure it's done like you planned. If you have any issue or problem after they leave, it requires several calls to get corrections done later. Mine and my neighbors yards look good now, but both yards had problems that did require follow up and multiple calls. They have a good product and are knowledgeable, so if you keep an eye on the project you should be pleased with the results. read more
