I had my car repaired by these guys, and I can say that it was my best experience ever! They completed the work 10 days ahead of schedule, were very attentive and friendly, and I am grateful to each one of them, from those who did the work to those who communicated with me over the phone. Once I picked it up Car was fully charged. If it were possible to give 6 stars, I would give 6! read more

I had an accident, and I was recommended this shop through the insurance company as one of their select service providers. As they appeared to have great reviews online, I decided to take the car to get it repaired after my accident. They had me take took 3 days off work to go take the car for repairs, and every time, they could not accept me for multiple reasons. After a month of this back and forth, they said they were not going to repair my car because they did not want to do a third-party claim. They hinted several times that I would not be able to pay my share of the cost of the repairs. Ernesto (the customer service representative here) personally told me so. They wanted me to pass the claim under my insurance, which I told them on several occasions I would not do because my third party claim was already approved. Anyway, if they didn't want to help me repair my car, they shouldn't have told me so from the beginning instead of wasting a month of frustration, back and forth, and time lost. read more

I stopped by Gotham City Collision to have some damage that occurred on my Chrysler PT Cruiser evaluated. While parked on the street somebody hit my driver's side front and rear door denting both and bending the frame so that the rear door wouldn't open. The car is old I don't have collision insurance on it. When I got to Gotham Frank the owner greeted me and asked me what the problem was. I explained my situation; he came out and took a look at it. He checked and saw that one of his mechanics was available and asked me for the keys so he could take the car in the back. He invited me to have a seat in the waiting area, which is by the way quite comfortable. I hardly had a chance to look through one of his auto magazines when literally, in less than 10 minutes he drove back with my car: the dents removed, the bent door corrected and the rear door opening perfectly fine. Even the scratches on the door were fixed! How he did that in less than 10 minutes I don't know. If this didn't happen to me I wouldn't believe this review. Frank is a real gentleman, and you can be sure going forward this is my go-to place for auto body work! read more

The Geico go-to. Excellent customer service. Everything explained up front. Excellent repair service and my car was given back to me cleaner than when I left it. 100% satisfied. read more

I have such praise for Chris and his crew! After having my Audi damaged by the dealership service center in Brooklyn, Gotham City East stepped in and fixed my car immaculately. Unfortunately Audi Brooklyn denied all wrongdoings but these guys made me feel a lot better by taking care of my car, communicating everything with me though the entire ordeal and going above and beyond what they were supposed to do. I highly recommend Gotham City Collision East and will only bring my to them from here on out. My car is absolutely gorgeous now! Thank you!! read more

I want to compliment the entire staff at Gotham City Collision in Maspeth. They completed an amazing job on my minivan. Throughout the entire process, the entire staff was professional, patient and kind; they have truly mastered the ART of body repairs. They have my recommendation to anyone in need of this service. A sincere thankyou to each and every one of you who comprise the staff at Gotham City! Priscilla D. read more

These guys are phenomenal. They replaced the entire front of my Rivian R1T and it truly looks and runs as good as new. I brought my car here all the way from Virginia based on a recommendation from the Rivian Service Center and it was well worth the extra travel. Chris and Mike were super friendly and professional. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the relatively new Rivian R1T. I left the initial consultation feeling confident and they absolutely delivered a perfect repair. The price was very fair and the turn around was quick. I was even able to pick it up on a Saturday morning. read more

Why are you still reading reviews? Bring your car to Gotham City Collision East already! My car was hit on the passenger side (front and rear fenders, front and rear doors) in a hit-and-run accident. I was recommended to Gotham City Collision East by my cousin. When I got there, I was treated with respect for my time by the staff there (shoutout to Chris). They were very hospitable but I was disappointed to learn that the repair date would go pass Labor Day weekend :( I get a call a week before Labor Day weekend to come pick my car up! Unfortunately, I couldn't since my money was funny. Gotham worked with me and granted me time to gather money for my deductible. When I finally got it together, I went to Gotham to find my car looking like new! Since the damage spanned the entire passenger side (front and rear fenders, front and rear doors), I was worried about the constancy of the new paint and the cohesion of the new parts (fenders and doors) with the rest of the car. Both the new paint and new parts fit perfectly with the rest of my car. I have attached pics of the repair so you can see for your self. Gotham City East is best repair shop in NYC. read more

Gotham City Collision East - Office - Auto Repair Near Me - Maspeth, New York

This location is fairly new as their business is expanding from their 1st location at 11-30 44th Rd Long Island City, NY 11101. This location was convenient for me and based on the reviews of their 1st shop, I decided to get repairs done here to both my bumpers, paint correction and ceramic pro coating on my '17 Maserati Ghibli. After visiting the shop and speaking with both Frank and Dominick about what I wanted, they walked me through how they would go about it and gave me to the penny how much I'd be paying at the end, not an estimate. That kind of up front clarity on cost is what I respect most when I'm doing anything to my car. Dom told me I would get the car back in 2 weeks and he did exactly that. I got my car back on the day he told me I would which was extremely helpful as this was an out of pocket expense and I had a rental to turn in. Also, the rentals are through Enterprise and they will bring the rental car to the shop for you and you're allowed to drop the rental off at the shop when picking up your car as well. I could not be happier with the quality of work this shop has done. You can't tell where any of the imperfections were now as the car looks fresh off the lot again. Might name her Black Mirror now. I HIGHLY recommend everyone (especially my military family) that gives a damn about their car to go see Dom and Frank You can expect high tier professionalism to go with their expert skill and passionate work ethic. These guys love their craft and it shows!!! read more

My first time at this location but a long time customer of the original LIC branch. While this one is relatively new, if you want to avoid the lines and still get quality work done, this is the place. They always go above and beyond and restore the car to it's original condition. read more

Gotham City Collision East - Came in for a touch up, and extremely happy with the work. - Auto Repair Near Me - Maspeth, New York

I told him I was going to Florida in about a month and I wanted my car to be fixed before then(more than enough time for him to do it). He kept giving me dates and every time I came or called he had to post pone it and telling me come back another time. Since I left the car there he hasn't worked on it. Now it's to late for me to bring the car down and it can't drive, also he rather give me 1200 for the car as it is than fix it. This is the worst experience I ever had with a mechanic. STRAIGHT ROBBERY I wouldn't come to him for any urgent business, big lack of concern for customer needs. read more

Frank and Chris are honest, transparent, and easy to work with. I got into a fender bender in my Audi SQ5 and trusted these guys to do the repairs. Not only did they fix it like new, with factory parts and a lifetime guarantee, but they also did some extras. They touched up some paint chips on the car and detailed as well. It looked better when I picked it up from these guys than when I bought it. Hopefully I wont have to see them any time soon (only because I hope not to crash my car ever again), but if I ever need body work I will be back! Thanks again guys, I'll recommend you to anyone I know that needs quality work done! read more

Had an accident and went to them for repair. The staff were very accommodating and had kept me informed throughout the process of the repair. They accommodated the time I can. I also got my car earlier than promised date. Thank you To your team! Hope you can help more people like you helped me. read more

One word to describe this place: PROFESSIONAL! After checking the impeccable reviews, I decided to bring my car here to redo the front bumper butchering work from another Auto Collision I brought before. Ghotam did an amazing work and my car looks new again. Even the after work cleaning was impeccable. They buffed and touched up few things here and there and I never asked for. I'm very impressed with this Auto collision. Don't make the same mistake I made, do your research first before bringing your car to an auto collision or if you want to save your time, just bring your car to this place. I can definitely assure you that you are in good hands. They are professional and they know what they are doing. You don't have to take my word, just look their impeccable reviews and you be the judge! read more

Had a mishap with my car and found Gotham City based on friend recommendations and just googling body shops in NYC. Gotham stood out in reviews and the kind of cars they work on. Sent them an email and received a reply immediately to discuss the damage and how to proceed. Brought the car in for a visual check of the damage and then Gotham took care of everything with insurance, ordered parts and gave me an estimate on when to bring the car in for the work. Parts came in and I brought the car in. They kept me updated throughout the entire duration the car was with them. Picked up the car today and it honestly doesn't look any different from the day I got it from the dealer. Paint is blended perfectly, not a single part stuck out. The whole process was was great and I can't recommend Gotham enough. read more

Frank and his team at Gotham City East are the absolute best. They provided text updates with pictures. They fixed the issue and went above and beyond the repair. I was quoted 2 to 3 weeks and in the end, the repair was closer to 3 weeks. My Tesla Model 3 feels better than it did when I drove it off the lot from Red Hook Tesla. They matched the red paint perfectly and did an amazing job detailing the car. I wouldn't want to take my Tesla anywhere else. read more

Went in because my Insurance Company sent me to have my car fixed after a car accident. Anyway, I was contacted by Damia, and I could already tell how courteous and professional the place would be. I had never been there before, but omg, this place is amazing. The staff are so friendly, so helpful and so professional especially Damia and Chris. I don't really know them but I love them. they are amazing at their jobs, and at customer service. I took my vehicle there and was explained exactly what the process would be. After I left my car, I was receiving text messages updating me my vehicles status. I picked up my car a week later and it was beautiful, the work they do is amazing, worth every penny and they sure do make you feel like you are a celebrity and super important. It was a very good experience when I took my Mercedes Benz GLC. Chris was so thorough and he made sure that he gave me updates about the repairs that was done to my car. I had to take my BMW X5 twice for auto body damage in the past 6 months. Both times they exceeded my expectations with how well they were able to address my repairs. If I could give Gotham 100 stars, I would. In all of my years of owning cars and taking them in for repair, I have never experienced such stellar customer service from start to finish. The rear of my vehicle was hit and needed repair and upon researching the best collision shops, I thankfully stumbled across Gotham. I was impressed by the fact that they were the only shop with 5 stars across the board and a ton of reviews so I decided to try them out. From the very moment I walked in, I was greeted by Damia, who was extremely kind and attentive. Frank worked on my car and his attention to detail and care did not go unnoticed. When I picked up my car it looked brand new, was detailed and spotless (inside and out). I brought my car in for repair right before my birthday and needed it back before I left town. Gotham not only kept in contact with me every step of the way but also prioritized my vehicle so that I would get it back for before my birthday. I honestly cannot say enough about this business. They are simply amazing. Highly recommend if you want the highest quality of service for your vehicle! Thank you Gotham East team, I appreciate you all! read more

A huge thanks to Frank, Damia, Chris and the entire Gotham team. While never pleasant having to go through the post-accident process, the crew here couldn't have been more friendly or helpful in guiding us to the finish line. The workmanship itself was top-notch and indistinguishable from the original materials. Those two things, combined with their ability to get parts while the supply chain is largely crippled, would make you foolish to go elsewhere. 5-stars all around. read more

Professional and excellent to work with if you need any body work on your car. My 6 week old Mazda was hit on the street while parked (no note left, so I was stuck paying the whole deductible and going through the claims steps via Geico). Gotham City and Geico turned this stressful act of vandalism into a smooth process. I brought my Mazda in after contacting Geico and I was met by Chris at the front office. I showed him the car, and he told me step by step all the work that needed to done in order to fix the car. He even promised that when all was said and done, "you won't even be able to notice that your car was in an accident. It will look like it's brand new." He then told me that he contacted the car rental company and they were driving the rental car to my location. I was given a Jeep Compass while my Mazda was getting its work done. The work on the Mazda took about 2 and a half weeks. I was given pictures and text updates on the progress of the repairs. When the work on my car was finally finished, Gotham texted me for a pick up time. When I was saw my car, I was SUPER IMPRESSED! It looks brand new! You will never be able to tell that the car was hit. I highly recommend using Gotham. I left the rental Jeep with Gotham and switched over everything back into my Mazda and drove off the lot a happy customer. read more
