First of all, I would like to say that DYNAMIC COLLISION  has earned 10 STARS ... but Yelp.com only goes as high as 5 stars.  Continue reading and you will see why, in my book, they have earned 10 and why I highly recommend Dynamic Collision. I want to commend DYNAMIC  COLLISION for their superb work and Alex is amazing at customer service. A lady had rear-ended my car and my mechanic recommend that I take it to Dynamic Collision. Alex's customer service was amazing. I explained my incident to which he asked if I had a police report.  He looked it over saw it was the other vehicle's fault then started explaining what the procedure would be in such a situation. Once I confirmed that I did want him to do the work, Alex immediately called the other person's insurance company to get a date for the insurance adjuster from the other person's insurance company to check the damages to my car. Alex even spoke on my behalf with the other insurance company to make sure they rented a car for me and not leave me on foot. Alex worked on this all before my leaving his office on that first visit. And, when that other insurance company started lagging Alex was there like a pit bull and did not let up his grip on that insurance company until they fulfilled their obligation of renting a vehicle for me, having my vehicle properly fixed and back in my hands. When I went to pick up my car I walked right by it.  I did not recognize it as it looked better than when I purchased it.  They even detailed the interior.  What body shop goes through the trouble of detailing the interior of your car when they are doing body work ... DYNAMIC COLLISION that's who. I had been to other body shops before but have never experienced the customer service I did at Dynamic Collision.  I hope not to need any bodywork in the future ... but if I do Dynamic Collision will definitely be the place I go ... they have a new customer for life. I got into a little accident and had to replace my fender and align my door. I was recommended to go here at Dynamic Collision and honestly it was worth it. Alex took care of everything. All I had to do was sign a couple of papers that he explained very well before I signed and he took care of my car & my insurance claim. I got my car back in less than a week. Now here is the good part about his shop. Alex surprised me and painted my whole car except the rear bumper because it was fairly new. I had a couple scratches on the right side of the car as well as the front bumper. He also surprised me with an in and out detail. My car was looking new as ever. I recommend this body shop trust me. He's not money hungry like other shops. He works with you and he's very understanding. Beyond positive experience with the company. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A brand new car and three weeks later I was already in my first accident and needed the rear door and quarter panel replaced. I recently purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord. After being with the vehicle a little less than a month it was involved in an accident while parked. I really thought my vehicle was never going tot be repaired to its original condition. I called up a friend of mine who recommended this shop in the Bronx. At first it seemed a bit too far for me because i live in queens. But when i arrived there the staff were very polite. The waiting area and the conditions of the shop were impressive, and very clean. He told me what the process would be to have my car repaired. My car was repaired and ready for pickup in less than a week. I am impressed with the quality of work done on the car. Coming to the shop as a first timer and dealing with my car issue was hard. I was recommended to Dynamic Collision and I really have nothing but great service. I have dealt with many auto repair shops before but I can't express the level of professionalism Alex puts forth in his business dealings. Alex (owner) is a true gentleman, honest and transparent not to mention he is not running a chop shop his work is impeccable, he takes the time to discuss your options along with the process. Fast, Quality and Polite! Alex and his team deserves a 10/10! My Range Rover was keyed by some street punks. Brought it in for a quick quote on Saturday - Alex provided a detailed overview of how he could fix it and provided me a quote that's 1/2 of some of the other local scam shops were trying to ask for. Originally Kay told me that it will take them about 3 days to repaint the whole door - they ended up completed the work within just a day and looked perfect. Not to mention that they also washed my car and cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up. Excellent service it's the way to describe this place; after getting our first car a Jeep Wrangler 2016 and due to a strong winds a tree felt on the Jeep causing damage to the front of the car not knowing what to do we call Dynamic collision when We got the picture inspection for the insurance; they not just help us with the tow truck and rental car as well they made this unfortunate experience less stressful.
