I think if you are nervous of potential older (over 3) children interacting with a child that's maybe 9-12m then keep in mind that it may happen that they stumble over into the "infant" area to check out what's happening and try to look for less popular times. To be honest though, it really is a great place with great staff! Things We Loved: - there was a designated infant friendly play space - ample seating for adults - an actual snack/food area that served more than just goldfish and coffee - the "tasted toys" bin! The zombie paintball hayride was more hayride, less paintball, and even less zombies. The event starts when you load up into a tractor which takes you on a 15 minute trip through the woods until you get to the "mounted" tractor. Each rider has their own paintball gun and ~100 paintballs. Once the tractor starts rolling you'll get a handful of practice shots before you reach the "zombies", which consisted of a couple of teenagers in paintball gear making noises and a whole lot of clothing stapled to trees as scarecrows. The "zombie paintball" part of the attraction lasts for 5 minutes or so, and then you get to shoot the rest of your ammo at exciting targets such as trees, garbage can lids, and more trees. Once that's done, you hop on the first tractor and take another 15 minute ride back to the farmhouse. In short, good idea, poor execution. The zombie portion is way too short, and the tractor ride is way too long. If you're looking to be scared, look elsewhere, as the tractor ride was by far the scariest part of the experience.

We got checked in and my two girls ran up and started playing. My son and I straggled behind a few moments. Before reaching the trampolines, one of the employees stopped us and said my son cannot wear the socks he was wearing. He was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Sock (the competition). I asked why he couldn't wear those socks since they were in compliance with what was required in their facility (grip bottom socks). The employee said they were "Galaxy Socks" and that it's policy. After a moment of awkwardness, they gave my son some other socks at no charge. After walking past them, I looked at my two daughters and one was wearing Urban Air Socks and the other was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Socks. They were never stopped and told to change socks. As I'm sitting here writing this review (I was going to give them a 3-Star review for the awkward interaction and inconsistent experience) the same employee kindly just walked up to me and handed me two pairs of socks for my girls. I smiled at him and thanked him. All in all, I appreciate the consistent effort. They were kind about it. I'll be back, again.

That was about 3 wks ago and to date, I've heard nothing back from the management. Accidents happen but from a customer service perspective, this has been a terrible experience. Within one hour's time they rotated out so many toys and things for kids to play with. The ages of the guests ranged from 5 months to 5 years old. EVERYONE had a blast. I was able to supply some decorative items before the party and they set everything up for me. We also catered pizza directly through them. This is the one thing I didn't like. They say that you're able to bring your own food as long as it's not pizza; however there may be no liquid. We had a taco bar set up planned however salsa wasn't allowed. Last minute we had to cancel our taco order and switch to pizza. They allowed us to bring in one vegan pizza for my daughter as she can not have cheese. Overall I would recommend for a birthday party for sure.
