My sister lived out of town so I worked with Graham and Gregory for many days just in the planning stage because my sister has a very large lot somewhat pie shaped and hard to figure out. She did not want a pool just two separate water features. Gregory was very patient with the plans and plant selection. We even met him at their nursery to pick out all the trees and plants! And Graham is such a nice man , extremely knowledgeable, and he tries very hard to please and always comes through on his word. I called ClaroPool on Tuesday afternoon and after a very helpful telephone conversation with Chris Little (Maintenance Director) who offered to schedule a site visit the next day. Chris arrived exactly on time the next day and was able to quickly resolve our issue with the iAquaLink app. He also managed to change app settings to solve a challenge that previous pool technicians told us was not possible. In a time when "customer service" does not seem as good as in past years, I was greatly impressed with Chris and the ClaroPool company.
