    Grilled fish taco salad
    Ee Vonn Y.

Order the grilled fish taco salad. Wait time - 30 minutes! It was a very long wait. Taco salad with grilled fish - The tastiest, most fluffy grilled fish I had in a long time. Portions were humongous! Outer fish layer was slightly salty and flaky. Taco salad with fried fish and calamari - Deliciously crunchy with the right amount of breading. Green salsa was perfect salad dressing. The red salsa was too spicy.

I died on the spot. Yes it's that good. Killing good!!! Omggggggggg. So we saw them at the Niners game and we were hungry so why not. Wabo fries are must must must get! They use thick cut potatoes for the fries so it holds up the sauce and topping. It's seasoned perfectly! Imagine seasoned steakcut fries with hella cheessssssy lol and fried prawn and calamari!!! They are def not stingy with their toppings!!! And the sauce on the side tops everything off! I'm craving it again! The tacos were also bomb! I recommend getting the trio so u can try all three: fish, prawn, and calamari. All are awesome! Perfectly fried seafood street taco style. Price is super super super affordable! 3 tacos for $10, at the football game! Yessssss deals! And their water and sodas are cheaper than the stadium. They are inside already so you can bring their drink to ur seat. They are located near the red zone vip parking. Find them!

Very good service! I had the Asada Fries, and my son had the chicken nachos. (No we didn't try the fish tacos). They were both pretty good. Don't know that I would order them again, but I will definitely be going back to try the fish tacos. I was most impressed that the nachos wee made with freshly made chips. So delicious.

The fish tacos and fried calamari tacos are to die for. The best fish tacos I've had. And the seafood nachos?! SO GOOD. My issue is that I can never find the truck.. Where can I find the schedule?! I have cravings that no other place can satisfy!

The fish and shrimp tacos were fenomenal! Both fried but without being greasy. You can taste the fishes flavors... were juicy, and tasty. A little bit spicy. I love them!

Fried fish, shrimp, and calamari tacos!

We hired Fish Taco Wabo to be one of our catering food trucks at our wedding reception. I really wanted to have tacos at the receptions and this truck came up as a local option after doing some research. I first visiting them near Japantown in San Jose at an event they were having. After asking them what their most popular tacos were, they suggested the seafood options and we decided to go with their fried shrimp, calamari, and fish tacos. The tacos are deliciously simple and made to order. Three tacos will satisfy most, as they are of decent size. The owners of the truck are really nice, family run, and care about their customers. While working with them on our wedding, they were very accommodating and provided an amazing experience and food for our guests. I would highly recommend Fish Taco Wabo if you're looking for some simple and tasty seafood tacos for everything from lunch to a catered event. Food trucks make anything fun!

One calamari, one fish, one chorizo

I've been spoiled with my tacos since coming out here, but this truck takes it up a notch. Now they do have the regular taco fillings - carne asada, pork, chicken, chorizo. I had the chorizo one as I love chorizo, but if you are coming to a "fish" taco truck, still with the seafood. I am a big fan of fish tacos, so I had to get one. Most of the ones I have had in the past are small fried pieces of fish. This time, it was one huge fried fish "finger" that was cooked perfectly and covered in a great sauce. It was so big it was coming out of both sides of the tortilla, and as a single piece, this was the least messy taco I had. But the highlight was the calamari taco. Perfectly fried squid filled this taco. There was sauce and salsa, but the great calamari really stood out. If given a chance I would get more of just the calamari and I'm not alone - as I was leaving another patron saw the calamari and was thrilled. The staff was really nice, spending some time to talk to me about their story and if I see them again, they are a beeline truck.

Usually I would be iffy about places (especially food trucks) that sell a huge variety of foods, because it makes it seem like they don't actually specialize in anything (it says burritos, burgers, and other things on the side of the truck). However, I listened to my trusty friends at Yelp and got what the truck was named for - the seafood tacos. They were 3 for $7, which in the world of tacos isn't that bad - and they weren't super, super tiny either. One each: calamari, shrimp, and fish. The shrimp was probably my favorite, the fish (a chunk of fish right on there) and calamari with plenty of meat were also good. Whatever sauce they had on it was delicious, and it definitely left me full and satisfied. It's not the best taco I've ever had, but it sure was tasty.

Oh man, I don't even like fish and I absolutely love their fish tacos. I bought the little taco trio with two fish tacos and one shrimp. All excellent. Pro tip: Just order two taco trios from the start, because otherwise you'll just end up standing in line to buy another one anyway.

Try this truck. I loved it!!!

So here's a funny story. When I was small I was sitting next to a pond and a fish jumped out a scared me. I was just a toddler. Since that day, according to my mother I would always hate seafood and fish. To this day I still don't eat it. That all changed the day I took a bite of myshrimp shack's spicy shrimp! After 40 years I started my first live of a sea food, shrimp. Emboldened I tried another seafood food truck, the Fish Taco Wabo truck! Holy moly!! What have I been missing out all these years. The best tacos I have ever had!!! Once again shrimp tacos were fantastic. And the service is always with a smile. I think they will be one of my favorite trucks from now on. I hope to branch out to some other seafoods soon. Anyone got any good suggestions!

Tried this truck when they came to my office building. Ordered the fish and chips. The food was average but the service was really slow.

I stumbled upon this place one day while doing my random walk, so you KNOW I had to give this place a try. I had went in upon opening time, so my wait was a little bit, but I was not complaining because you know what they say: "Greatness comes when you build them up one by one." I got their hamburger with the extra cheese, and curly fries. The patty was extra juicy, and the brioche buns were toasted really well. I especially like how they added on the cheese after the patty was marinated on the grill for quite a while, but not too long to the point all of the juice was sucked up. The only down side to the food: the prices. Be prepared to spend quite a bit on lunch if you decide to go to this place, because they do end up charging quite a bit more than what the regular places around Downtown would. But the IPA beers make up for it, so it's also worth a bang for your buck. Hospitality was pretty top-notch -- my order was taken in an orderly fashion, and they even apologized for the wait as well. I hope Scratch Cookery stays around for a long while so that people can try out such majestic wonders this establishment has to offer! Ambiance was great, and I'd definitely be back again!

I kept hearing about their hot chicken sandwiches for years, and we finally made the trek to check them out. The Good: * Friendly service * Prices aren't too bad considering the portion size and flavor. * Outdoor dog-friendly seating * Craft brews in cans * Seven levels of heat for everyone from the spice-averse to the hardcore fire lover. * Chicken sandwiches are massive and delicious. And despite it being a breast, they kept it very juicy. * Really loved their fries; I'm not sure if they make them in-house or if they're frozen, but regardless, they're fantastic. The Meh: * Not much in the way of drinks except for the aforementioned beers and cans of soda. The Ugly: * It's located in DTSJ, so you'll most likely have to pay for parking. If you don't mind walking a few blocks, the 4th St Garage is free for the first 90 min. Conclusion: Great spot to get your spice on.

What I…read morelove about it is that you don't have to chase down local food trucks by checking out their Twitter or Facebook updates to know where they'll be parked. And on top of that you get to experience a whole bunch of awesome Bay Area food trucks all in one spot. Moveable Feast on Friday nights in Willow Glen is a great foodie date night for sure. The bf and I have been here twice now (first time was still during my jaw surgery recovery phase where I was unable to chew, so it wasn't as exciting for me then). This last time we went we noticed that the most popular trucks were Sam's Chowdermobile, Grilled Cheese Bandits and Hill Country BBQ. The lines for those 3 were endless. But we did get to try come mashed tater balls and a delicious italian style grilled cheese sammich from Grilled Cheese Bandits about an hour before Moveable Feast was closing. And the bf got the very last link dog over at Hill Country BBQ, which he said was better than the Miso Dog he had over at Oh Miso Hungry truck. Let me list out what we had at the few trucks we chose to order from. Oh Miso Hungry Kimchi grilled cheese was actually not as good as it sounds. The kimchi was definitely delicious but it didn't taste right being super warm in between those pieces of Texas toast. And the Miso Dog the bf had, he liked but didn't love. MoGo BBQ Kalbi and bulgogi tacos. I liked the meat, tasted good. Not a fan of the corn tortillas they used. Barefoot Coffee The bf ordered a small coffee on drip to swing over to Treatbot Ice Cream since the guy over there told us the ice cream tastes bomb with that coffee. I had a sip of that coffee, holy shizz it was strong! Treatbot We had a scoop of horchata and a scoop of chocolate ice cream to go into the coffee. This is the second time I've had their horchata ice cream and I'm a HUGE fan for sure. Hill Country BBQ They ran out of most of their food about an hour before closing time. I liked the sauces they had out and pretty curious about the Porkolicious sauce. Looked interested! Next time, I'll be sure to try some of that pulled pork that was oh-so-popular. Grilled Cheese Bandit We ordered the small order of mashed tater balls which were okay but a bit too salty for us. Their Giuliano sandwich sure was bomb though! It came with mozzarella, parmesan and tomatoes with pesto on this amazingly soft Italian batard bread. Hands down, best thing I ate that night. I'm still very curious about what Sam's Chowdermobile has to offer but that damn line never let up! It was also extremely chilly that night, what the F happened to summer weather San Jose? But yeah, next time we'll definitely have to just stick it out and stand in line for some chowder. I would rate Moveable Feast 5 stars if they included better dessert trucks than just Fairycakes (cupcakes, which I'm not a fan of) and ice cream and candy. I want some PIES or something a bit more dense for dessert peeps!
