The portions are serious, the chicken is juicy, and the breading has a great crunch. What really sets them apart for me is the spice. I've had levels 3, 4, and 5, and they're not simply the same seasoning with progressively more heat. Each level actually has a different pepper profile and flavor. Level 3 brings cayenne and Thai chili, level 4 moves into Thai chili and habanero, and level 5 adds habanero and ghost pepper. You can taste the difference, not just feel more burn. The seasoned fries are great too and they definitely don't skimp on the portions. It is a little pricey for a chicken sandwich and fries, but when you see the size and quality of what you're getting, I think it's worth it. Scratch is easily one of my favorite hot chicken spots.

I had a birria taco from Mi Lindo Apatzingán, my husband got four tacos, and we also got rice and beans that we really enjoyed. Our food came out pretty quickly, definitely in less than 10 minutes. We also got sour apple drinks from Las Cherry's. The drinks took a little longer, over 10 minutes, but there was only one girl working at the time, so it was completely understandable. The drinks were refreshing and I definitely want to come back and try more of what Las Cherry's has to offer. I really like the whole concept here because there are so many different food trucks in one place. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, the vegetables were cooked just right, and all the flavors came together beautifully. Everything was cooked to perfection. The portion size was very generous, and the sides were fantastic. The guacamole, sour cream, Spanish rice, and black beans were all fresh, flavorful, and complemented the meal perfectly. I very much enjoyed them. The balance was perfect between cheese, guacamole and meat. Every chip was covered in something delicious. There was a decent amount of jalapeños so the heat was there. I would get these again and again. Where the restaurant fell short was with the Chile Relleno Burrito. We were expecting the ooyee gooyee cheese burrito we had seen on TV and it was very very far from it. Hubby is a major Chile Relleno connoisseur and to him it was average at best. Chips and Salsa were average flavor wise. But they were free so that was a plus. Since we went on a Tuesday we tried the taco special. The Street tacos were very tasty. They had a great freshness the meat was juicy and very well seasoned. If you're in the Willow Glen area and are having a taco craving then you should check this place out.
