Everything my critter nightmares are made from!!! One was close to the size of a dinner plate. He took the time to walk through the property and make sure all nests were gone, and he addressed the other issues (main pest control and termite bond). The owner called me initially to make sure he understood my issues and could address them. Gave me a quote and talked with me about what to expect going forward. Very responsive. Super kind. Does not say that anywhere on the Groupon and only showed up on their website after I complained to the owner, Jamie, who was just as unhelpful. I have a two-year lease and wanted to set up a contract. Apparently, that's good enough for my lawn care with Scotts, but not with these jokers. Complete lack of respect for a paying customer. Plenty of other options in the CHS area. Use someone else.

When we bought our house we had a major Earwig infestation it was terrible, we discovered ZPest on Groupon and We bought their Groupon and we started from there! Immediately we contacted them and got an appointment set up. The owner Jamie and his partner Scotty came, and did a thorough inspection before they started our treatment process. They were here for nearly two hours working with us for the right treatment option for our home. They definitely over exceeded the Groupon! You get way more than you would think for $29.99 price tag. A year since has passed and we have had them out here three times! Their automated email system and appointment reminder is a life saver! They also do automatic texting to your phone for appointment reminders! Our yearly plan is so much more affordable than our last company we worked with here in Charleston! We since have not had one earwig since our last visit! We now do our yearly plan and cannot imagine have any other company do this job! So either if you buy the Groupon or just give them a call it's totally worth it! Most affordable in the city and do the job right from the start. Unfortunately, perhaps because of my expectations from experience past, I was very disappointed to learn that after spending $1600 to remove a single rat, clean up and disinfecting is considered a "separate job," as explained to me by their salesperson. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Metro, but I would advise any potential customers that A. they're quite pricey; and B. Make no assumptions as to what services you are purchasing.

They sent a tech over the next day and got the ball rolling for our problem right there and then. The tech, Daniel, was very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. We are new to the area, and he went out of his way to explain everything and answer all of my many questions and then later, explain everything to my husband over the phone. We will definitely be using American Hi Tech for our pest control services, which are a pretty much a must out here.
