The only reason I cannot give Metro a fifth star is because I have used similar companies twice before (at other properties) and in both instances, the service was 100% turnkey ... eliminate the pest, seal any entires, clean and disinfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Metro, but I would advise any potential customers that A. they're quite pricey; and B. Make no assumptions as to what services you are purchasing.
