So we have used ZPest for the last year and I can tell you that they are wonderful! When we bought our house we had a major Earwig infestation it was terrible, we discovered ZPest on Groupon and We bought their Groupon and we started from there! Immediately we contacted them and got an appointment set up. The owner Jamie and his partner Scotty came, and did a thorough inspection before they started our treatment process. They were here for nearly two hours working with us for the right treatment option for our home. They definitely over exceeded the Groupon! You get way more than you would think for $29.99 price tag. A year since has passed and we have had them out here three times! Their automated email system and appointment reminder is a life saver! They also do automatic texting to your phone for appointment reminders! Our yearly plan is so much more affordable than our last company we worked with here in Charleston! We since have not had one earwig since our last visit! We now do our yearly plan and cannot imagine have any other company do this job! So either if you buy the Groupon or just give them a call it's totally worth it! Most affordable in the city and do the job right from the start. They do make it clear they do not do rental properties. So beware and respectful of the concept! So if you want more information, please look at profile I would gladly answer any questions!

Does not say that anywhere on the Groupon and only showed up on their website after I complained to the owner, Jamie, who was just as unhelpful. I have a two-year lease and wanted to set up a contract. Apparently, that's good enough for my lawn care with Scotts, but not with these jokers. Complete lack of respect for a paying customer. Plenty of other options in the CHS area. Use someone else.

We now have over $100,000 in repairs for termites who came up to our porches from the concrete blocks that are our foundation. The blocks were each hollow, but no pesticide was ever sprayed in them, as Got Bugs said they were filled with concrete at their initial inspection. Got Bugs never acknowledged all the mistakes they made when treating our house. And who paid for their mistakes.? Will, the technician, never even suspected a termite problem while servicing our home. We saw and found the suspicious area. Can I give them 0 stars????
