Carolina Exterminator was prompt and efficient to respond to my inquiry for a pest investigation and were servicing my house within the week. Price point was reasonable and I was set up with just a quarterly maintenance. Chris was a great technician. Responsive and explained what he saw in details and answered my questions. He was even very understanding when I goofed with saying the wrong apartment number. Looking forward to continuing to work with Carolina Exterminator as needed (hopefully not needed often :P ). read more

Corey was wonderfully helpful and thorough, with "great attention to detail and conscientious of a Pet in the home", as reported by the Tenants. He also took care of several extra things around the house including removing a wasps nest and taking care of an ant bed. Additionally, Erin in the office was also wonderfully helpful on the phone to help determine the treatment needed, and the price was really affordable. We were thrilled with the service received and will definitely have them back again! :-) read more

Carolina Exterminating is fantastic. We had a problem with German Roaches for over 6 months. We used another local company and despite months of visits they were never able to locate the nest, let alone resolve the issue. Aurelio spent over an hour investigating the clues and was able to locate the nest! From there he did the appropriate treatment to get rid of them. If anyone has roach problems or can't find a nest then I highly recommend Carolina Exterminating for getting the problem fixed. read more

Holden was awesome & did a great job on the front & back yard. We needed an extermination treatment on the outside of our house very badly. It was easy to book & we are very happy- we will definitely be using these services again in the future! read more

Who expects to get same day service from a pest control company? Perhaps, it was a SLOW day for Carolina Exterminating, though I don't think so. A 9 am call resulted in a same-day Noon appointment, and I largely attribute that service call fulfillment to the employee, Heather, who answered the phone. After sharing my relatable issue with Heather and discussing the terms of my contract, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that someone was able to fit me in his schedule. YAY! The cost for my initial service and the recurring frequency I chose were on par with what I paid my former exterminator. Needless to say, this is a great start to what I feel will be a long-term relationship with Carolina Exterminating. read more

Absolutely phenomenal! This company has fantastic rates and never seen as thorough an exterminator as Todd is! He is friendly, professional and really knows his pests and rodents! Todd instantly knew the hotspots for my Palmetto Bug problem and upon inspection, found the small nests behind the dishwasher and refrigerator in the kitchen. Was able to surgically destroy and remove the two nests and dowse the areas with the professional grade poison. Todd is very pet friendly and knows exactly how to ensure your pets are safeguarded from the chemicals to kill the insects. The product is not poisonous to pets, but has a possibility of irritating them. Todd thoroughly explained all precautions to take and my beloved doggies have been totally fine. Follow his guidance! Todd also sprayed the ENTIRE house inside and ALL areas were taken care of. Even areas that you may feel don't need any treatment, Todd will tell you it's their business ethic to spray ALL AREAS. After the inside was done, Todd sprayed the entire perimeter of my property, not just my physical dwelling, with the eradication product to include all exterior windows and meshed patio areas. This service also included eradication and removal of flying rodent nests as in wasps that were nesting. Todd will be back later this week to add granules of the product as rain is coming this week. The service and professionalism is far beyond what I expected for the price! DO NOT HESITATE to contact Todd at Carolina Exterminators to take care of any rodent or insect issue you may have. I won't trust my property to anyone else! FACT! read more

Living in Charleston, I was told that everyone will see bugs in their house, so for years, we used a large company that rhymes with Shmal-metto Exterminating. After hearing about how happy our neighbors were with Carolina Exterminating, we decided to give it a try and we LOVE them. We have been using them for 2 years now and could not be happier. They come on time, do an amazing job and they don't just tell their customers to "suck it up" when you see bugs in the house. Sure, everyone will see a few over a year, but when there is a problem, they come back for free and we have months at a time where we wont see a single bug in the house. You wont be disappointed. read more

We use Carolina Exterminating for both pest and termite control at our home on James Island. The team at Carolina Exterminating is friendly, reliable, and honest...and their prices can't be beat! Record everything they say. Told us they had bond on property while doing cl100. Told us to cover up termite damage that we found in the middle of our service agreement. Dropped us for a crack that that is irrelevant and been there the whole time. It is very disappointing that a company can know all the wrong they have done, and do nothing. Still paying for damages. read more

I had Carolina Exterminating come out to treat my home last week, and I was extremely pleased with the service! The technician and office manager were prompt, professional, and polite. It is very hard to find a company you can trust to come into your home. They made that decision very easy for me with the family owned atmosphere they provide. I actually received a phone call from the owner of the company to make sure I approved of my first service! First impressions go a long way for me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more
