The only reason I cannot give Metro a fifth star is because I have used similar companies twice before (at other properties) and in both instances, the service was 100% turnkey ... eliminate the pest, seal any entires, clean and disinfect. Unfortunately, perhaps because of my expectations from experience past, I was very disappointed to learn that after spending $1600 to remove a single rat, clean up and disinfecting is considered a "separate job," as explained to me by their salesperson. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Metro, but I would advise any potential customers that A. they're quite pricey; and B. Make no assumptions as to what services you are purchasing.
