The above review is fake. This company is not even in business yet. Here is a copy from the current craigslist posting, looking for investors:
I own www.ValetCarpet.com located here in Charleston SC and we are doing great (just google our reviews). We are partnered with Groupon, Living Social and other like sites. In fact Groupon just sent out an email to all of their customers here in the area listing us as the 2nd best deal of 2012. With that being said it is time to grow. We have just achieved our Termite and Pest Control Licencing and we will going to market shortly with or without investors. Our new company Zpest.com offers on-line appointment booking (website is up and running) we expect sales of between 100,000 to 150,000+ the first year alone using the same marketing programs that I have used on Valet Dry Carpet Cleaning. The difference between Termite/Pest Control and carpet cleaning is Zpest is all about residual income from contracts. However getting into the home is the ticket for success and I know how to do it and can prove it! The min investment I am looking for is $5,000. We are set and licenced through the state and Clemson University Pesticide Extention to go statewide. With national growth within 5 years.. Each 1,000 increment invested will represent 1% ownership equaling 1% percent of the profit per 1,000 invested. The initial investment is to paid back to the investor with a 10% simple interest rate from the business profits within 12 to 24 months. Recap: 100% of money invested to be repaid plus you gain ownership.

Notice that the owner knows how to "get in the door". Part of his marketing technique is FAKE CUSTOMER REVIEWS. Disgusting.
I work for a local contractor and income property owner and I will NOT be soliciting this company. I suggest you go to a more experienced company, as well. read more
