Never let Larry do the inspection, evidently he is still working there doing the exact same thing but again, it was renamed after the controversy. If an issue arises, only get another inspector or another company. Larry did not help me and was rude and blunt and negative.

We called our Summerville Terminix and they promised to get someone to call us right away. While we were waiting for the call, we saw our regular pest control rep at a house on our street. We flagged him down and he took a look at the situation and applied some hornet spray to cover us until the supervisor could get with us for a more permanent solution. Within an hour of our initial phone call, the supervisor had called us. He came right out to our house to take care of the problem. He even noticed a couple of other paper wasps nests and removed those too. I really appreciated the quick response and excellent service. I am glad they are our regular pest control.
