Our beautiful 25 Airstream International from Go Silver!

My family and I had a wonderful glamping vacation thanks to Go Silver! We've been (alright, I've been, but my wife will see the light soon...) jonesing to buy an Airstream but it's obviously a significant investment. The trailer we want, plus tow vehicle clocks in at about $140k so we'd prefer not to discover we don't like it 10 months after buying. Go Silver gave us the perfect opportunity to try out our dream Airstream trailer plus a kick ass, brand new F-250 Super Duty 4 door diesel pick up- with concierge level service! We had friendly, quick responses from Michael, the owner and a wonderful pick up orientation from Jim, the manager. Jim gave us his cell number and asked us to contact him at any point during our trip should any issue arise, 24/7. Honestly, I should run my business as good as these guys! I own a rental property and I really understand how hard it is to make every guest happy. These guys hit it out of the park! Can't recommend Michael and his team at Go Silver enough!

Michael and GoSilver really came through for us in the clutch. My girlfriend planned a very thoughtful birthday trip for us to enjoy a few days in Big Sur, only to have a third party outdoorsy renter cancel last minute. After working tirelessly to find a solution, enter GoSilver. Michael was more than eager to help us and he had multiple units ready to go. He was very friendly, helpful at every opportunity and genuinely interested in the success of our trip! The trailer was absolutely spotless and didn't have a single mechanical flaw. Michael was receptive to feedback and is obviously invested in making the customer experience ideal. I promise this is not a paid ad, it was just a genuinely enjoyable experience and he saved our butts. 100% would rent again from Michel and GoSilver, no question.

tl;dr; Will rent again. Chris & Nora know service. RV's were pre-equipped & clean. Just add groceries and clothes. Pros: + RV's were pre-equipped, just add groceries. + Clean, clean, clean + Nora & Chris were very helpful, and available 24 hrs if you need help. + Pick up & hook up of an Air Stream was quick + "Delivery" was through + They rent Air Streams! + Saved a lot of packing time + Like staying in a higher end hotel + Did I mention clean? Cons: - Higher price point, but it's worth it. So not really a con, I'd happily rent again. My wife and I have been on an RV kick. Before Elite RV, we used an RV broker, and got an affordable 24' motor home. We got what we paid for. It was not up to date, nor was it clean, had broken drawers, unusable blinds, etc. If you've ever gone through this exercise before, you get an empty RV that you drive home, and you have to move into it, and I mean you need to move in everything. For a long weekend, this burns several hours of your first day of your vacation. When you're trying get on the road to beat holiday traffic, this can be a significant snafu to your weekend logistics. Elite RV is a way simpler way to go. We rented the 20' Air Stream Bambi for my family of 4. The RV was well stocked, and I mean very well stocked. When we called, their first question was: Do you want a drip coffee maker or a Nesspresso machine? If you've ever rented a house on VRBO, the kitchen equipment is a crap shoot. The RV had better pots and pans than I have at home, well stocked spice rack, fully stocked flatware, plates, cups, mixing bowls, cutting board, chef's knife. The sheets were high thread count cotton with better than hotel pillows. We're still newbies when it comes to RV's. Hitching & unhitching is complex set of steps, because the hitch uses sway bars which isn't straight forward to install and remove. Be sure to pay attention to when he Chris goes through the "delivery" presentation and check list. There are laminated documents for reference. Pro-tip: If you don't have a full hook-up, consider dumping gray and black water every couple days. We weren't being particularly frugal with the fresh water and waste tanks. Pro-tip: be sure that you have have a standard electrical hookup before you arrive. Take & send a picture of your hitch and electric hook up before you pickup.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time in our Airstream. We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and how well-stocked it was. Delivery of the Airstream was seamless too -- it was already hooked up and ready to use when we arrived at our destination. Brian did an awesome job at explaining how to use the various appliances, and went above and beyond answering all of our questions. In fact, we enjoyed the Airstream so much, we ended up buying a pre-owned International Serenity on our last day of the rental! We had already been thinking about buying, but staying in the Airstream a few nights easily sealed the deal for us (and our two kitties). If you're thinking about purchasing an Airstream, or just want to relax and live the Airstream life for a few days, Go Silver has you covered.

My family had a wonderful vacation near Tahoe and can't wait to do it again next year thanks to Elite RV. It was an awesome experience and would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Airstreams. We rented the 20' which was perfect for a family of 4. Brian and his wife did a wonderful job of fully stocking the airstream and giving me the proper instructions. Inside was spotless and everything ran great. Also loved the fact that he was Eagle Scout which my son is trying pursue. Super nice guy! 6/25/17 So we went again this year and decided to go with the 25' international. Again everything was spotless and perfect. It was a nice upgrade and this airstream had a bike rack. We had an amazing trip with all comforts from home even though we were dry camping (i.e. No hookups). I can't say enough good things about Brian and Go Silver! What a terrific guy! Can't wait to go again. Highly recommend.

My wife is a huge fan of Airstream trailers and we've talked often about buying one when we retire. Last year, we rented a 19' Bambi trailer from Elite RV and had a wonderful time! Chris & Nora were both very communicative, easy to work with, and they did an amazing job prepping the RV for us. We decided to do it again this year and discovered that Elite RV is now being run by Brian & his wife Elaine. I'm very happy to say that they seem to be just as on the ball as the previous owners were! Our Bambi Airstream trailer was in tip top shape. Brian walked me thru all the various connections, buttons, switches and made sure I was comfortable with the hitching process. They really provide everything you need, all I had to provide was my vehicle (with a tow package). The RV is stocked with all the silverware, glasses, pans, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. Outside of food and drinks, we literally did not have to provide anything. We had a wonderful trip and look forward to our next adventure with an Elite RV Airstream!

Service guys are nice but also make a lot of excuses for crappy products that they sell! I bought a brand new 2026 highland ridge and it has spent more time in the shop then with me. I paid a lot of money upfront for an inspection that I was told would completely go through the camper to make sure it was all good to go. However it is now in the shop having an entire wall rebuilt because it was not manufactured properly. Like a whole wall on a brand new piece of equipment. It's had leaks, it's had molding fall off, it's had minor things but a whole wall? I've asked of if I can get my inspection fees reimbursed but am told I need to contact sales or financing... like why do I need to make a bunch of calls when you can throw a pen to the sales guys desk??? The office is Small. Whenever I ask why all this is happening I'm just about the crappy California road and how my camper is an earth quake on wheels. However I'm pretty sure it has wheels for a reason!!!!! It's suppose to go down the road. Good thing gmc doesn't use those excuses no one would buy their trucks. My advice.... Don't buy new! It's not worth it. Or maybe just don't buy highland ridge! In no world is it ok to buy brand new stuff that then needs to be rebuilt, and all you get is a bunch of lame excuses but no compensation!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I'm concerned that this company generates More revenue from charging people for damage, than actual rental services. There was superficial aesthetic scratches as you can see in the photo. We were told, that these tiny scratches are worth 25% of the entire cost of the part ($1400). Do you think these scratches justify 25%? In reality, it's more like 0.1% of the cost. --so how many customers will they do this to? 10? And reap a 250% return on this part? -HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. I'm all for paying for damages but this is ridiculous. The money maker is charging customers for cumulative replacements. You're NOT SUPPOSE TO PROFIT OFF DAMAGE CHARGES. Or is that the entire point of this business? If you've been ripped off by this business, please reach out, as we may be interested in class action litigation.

They only have one person working on Sunday so I waited over 2.5hrs to make my return. Waited outside their gate for 40mins. Another rented was already waiting. The only person there takes 45mins to do his return inspection. After waiting for near an hour the renters in front of me finally got escorted off the property. Upon inspecting my rentals he pointed out a scratch on my jetski rental. The scratch was pretty superficial. The seadoo sparks are made mostly out of plastic and polytec unlike traditional jetskis that are made of mostly fiberglass. Fiberglass damage needs repairs to prevent more damage to the surrounding fiberglass, however, the plastic and polytec damage does not need to be repaired. The small scratch was the size of a pinky fingernail clipping from a part that was nearly the entire surface of the ski. Basically the area you would stand on. The parts price was quoted at ~$1200. His inspection required me to pay for a 1/4 of the $1200 part and 1/4 of the labor it would be to replace the part. A quarter of the price was ridiculous in my opinion. I asked if he could give me deal and give me 1/10 of the cost for parts and labor. It seemed more reasonable than paying over $300 for a scratch in some polytec/plastic that was likely intended to take some abuse. I was surprised he was even considering that small scratch as damage. It blow my mind that they would do this kind of BS to a customer. By the looks of it, this has happen before. The pictures indicate the part that would be replaced. Again, my scratch was the size of a little fingernail clipping. The part is massive in comparison to the scratch.

For some reason they could not remove the code after they did the oil change. And when I drove it home, I saw that they had overfilled the oil. The Service fee includes an inspection. They told me that I needed new front tires. So I got a quote from them and from another company. Monkeys said they could not do it the next morning. It would have to be in the evening. The other company said that they could do it right away in the morning. So I took it to Ripon to have my tires replaced. I asked them to also check the rear tires. Only the front tires needed replacing and upon checking the rear tires, he found an eroded battery cable. The RV would've blown up if I had driven it anymore and it would've caused a fire. Monkeys completely neglected to inspect the vehicle. I would not recommend this company to anyone, be very careful because they are doing a very shoddy job. The Ripon company also is only charging $200 for the service B. So not only did I get ripped off. They did a terrible job. They could not remove the code. They overfilled the oil. They did not do a thorough inspection. This company needs to be shut down. I never dealt with the previous owners, but I feel that they probably did a great job but the new owner is Jay and he's never there. And they do not share the owners information so if we have a complaint, we cannot talk to the owner. This one woman is working there. It's like a one woman show. She doesn't know what she's doing. She's just a receptionist, but she acts like she owns the place. If I was the owner, I would fire her in a second.
