the most disgusting campground I've ever seen. as far as I can tell, completely unmaintained. I will not tell you how my party members described the porta potties, for fear this review will be taken down. I imagine they charge what they do, because each customer only stays once. The view of the river is nice, but there must be healthier vantage points. read more

My family and I used to camp here all the time. But unfortunately, camping here just isn't what it used tone. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, and the staff is soooo rude and they all have such a bad attitude. This place was a nice little get away but ever since new management the place has gone to shit the bathroom dirty and they are never cleaned trash is ever where down on the water front not to mention after everyone gone the trash sits there days. Like the manger lie about a three day notice that she didn't put on are trailer said she had a picture but she couldn't find it on her phone .I gave her the chance to prove me wrong but she couldn't . We went to pay and she wouldnt except are payment. All of a sudden we could have anything out side of are trailer like we been here over 2 and a half years so we clean ever thing up and did everything they ask and went to pay and she wouldn't except it again then after wait all this time final gives us pay or leave notice and we can't leave cause are trailer won't start cause of the old manger sent someone to help us and they mess up.On June 1st is when we got the three day notice so three days pass nothing until the June 20 they have someone pull are trailer out not a tow truck and they mess it up even more they should have shrieff there but they didn't and we lost are trailer yesterday cause it got tow off the street cause it would start .The new manger is a liar and disrespectful person I've watched her laugh at an handicap elderly person and was straight rude to her as she was kicking her out . Like I wouldn't want her running my business. .......plus there are ticks there bad if you have any pets I wouldnt take them in any tall grass or even yourself they are bad there . read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! Good kind people and a beautiful setting. The camp was clean and the bathrooms were nice with a large ADA shower in each. Easy launch of the boat. Each camp area is spacious, so you're not on top of other people. Decent price, peaceful atmosphere, but you can still have a fun party there as long you respect the property and the other campers. If you're in Manteca area this is the best choice for RV camping. What a great place to relax enjoy the river and have a good time. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, safe, the resident's are quite fun, And the prices are fair for what you get. We love to fish so the fact that this camp Is right on the San Joaquin and Stanislaus River Junction was a big draw for us, we had our best days fishing here in a long time. TWO RIVERS BEWARE! Where do I start with this place.... We booked at Two Rivers sight unseen since we were out of state at the time. As soon as we pulled in we realized we had made a mistake. Very run down, old campers, dogs barking constantly, stray cats everywhere, trash laying around. The manager told my husband they hadn't gotten our space "ready" for us by cleaning it up even though we had paid for the entire month of November but didn't arrive until end of the month. She said we had the best spot in the park, a little storage shed and a deck area, she forgot to mention that its covered in cat urine and stunk too bad to even use. The deck was falling apart and dangerous. This place is nothing like the pictures on the website show. NWe paid $1300 a month here- insane amount for such a run down dump. There is a tenant down by the river with an extremely loud generator running 24/7, dogs barking ALL the time, people constantly walking next to our camper to get to the river, people coming and going at all hours, loud music. The loud generator meant we never had peace and quiet, never got a chance to hear the river or wildlife. When I signed the rental agreement I questioned the 30 day notice it said we had to give. The manager sort of waved it off and basically said- don't worry about that. First mistake-I signed it without having her fix the wording. We started looking for another place and finally got something booked around Xmas time. I told the manager we would be leaving and she said we needed to give 30 days and denied that she had previously said not to worry about that. I explained why we were leaving and how unhappy we were there with all the noise and feeling a little unsafe to be honest. She said she understood and she would work on getting the dogs to quiet down and start writing people up for being loud. She would also talk to the owner about getting our $1300 deposit back. I texted her a couple weeks later and she said that the flooding had taken out their Internet so the debit machine was down and she wasn't able to process the return of deposit. Each week it was the same dilemma, no deposit. I finally requested it be paid another way or for the owner to contact us about it. She said she would talk to the owner, asked for our new address and said she was "working on" getting us a check mailed. I requested it within a week. One week later I texted her again, no response. (7 wks after leaving the park) I texted the next day requesting the owners contact information. She responded and said the owner said we aren't getting deposit back because we didn't give 30 days notice and we left "in the middle of the night" (it was Xmas eve at about 7:30 I think, definitely not the middle of the night)!She refused to give me the owners contact information and said that "he didn't want to talk" to us and we could take him to court. This doesn't make sense. Why would it take 7 weeks for him to finally come to the conclusion that we won't get deposit back? Why did the manager say she couldn't return it because their machine wasn't working for all of those weeks? Why would she say she is "working on" getting a check mailed if the owner had already said we weren't getting it back? Something really shady is going on here if you ask me. Either the owner is not following the laws or rental agreement and is completely negligent OR the manager never talked to the owner and he has no idea. Having the owner decide wether or not we get deposit back but being denied a conversation with him regarding our experience or any contact information is completely devoid of any checks and balances and just plain wrong. We were extremely patient and always friendly with her. In return we got jacked around and ignored. Something feels really wrong about this situation. Our intention is to get in contact with the owner to find out what he knows about our experience at Two Rivers and the deposit situation with the manager. Stay as far away as possible from Two Rivers RV Park! Read the other reviews, the manager is highly unprofessional and the language in her responses to other negative reviews is a great example of that. read more

Not gonna lie, but we would use to camp here for 2 years we loved the management before, management now sucks who ever is taking care of it now is just so horrible the girls don't know how to respond they have an attitude. They keep on changing the rules. Supposedly music needs to stop at 10:00pm & we got Told to turn is down at 8:00pm...... secondly we couldn't do a bonfire that we got told no Bonfire's supposedly no one told us that. Cause the last two years we have been able too. Like what is the whole point of camping if we can't do bonfire's.... MOSQUITO HEAVEN! Man, we all got attacked, all day and night, by mosquitos. These suckers bit through our clothes, that were sprayed with deet. Some bites are part of camping but this was an infestation, and management KNOWS it's bad. OTHER THAN THAT it was a great, quiet and clean place. We had RV hookup, water was nearby for kids to swim and play. Overall a descent place and super sweet management. read more

As a female camper, security is always my concern. I was so happy to stay in this pleasant place along the river. The staff were very helpful, the site was right on the riverside and it was very peaceful. My dog loved it here too and everyone seems to be a dog lover that I met. Really enjoyed my stay especially the easy access for my kayak on the river. Will return soon on my way back. I really like this place because you can choose where you want to camp or where to spend during the day, the only problem is that the bathrooms are very dirty and you have to take your own toilet paper, except in the portable toilets, shower and restrooms need to be clean more frequently. read more

We just spent an extended weekend here and had the best time!!! Not only was it our family but 3 other families camped here and loved it. We even had more friends come for a water day on Sunday!!! This is our second year coming out here and will continue to do so. Connie the new manager was the sweetest and it was so nice to get to know her. I like this place cuz you can camp right where your gonna fish. Now it seems to me the water is always pretty low. I've seen boats get stuck, which is why I never bring mine here. But I can fish while the kids are sleeping and that is a big plus for my family! I stayed here probably a dozen times. There's been bad incidents like people being WAY loud in the middle of the night, people tryin to bum beer or cigarettes from us, once I paid 2 days up front, but the manager said I only paid one. Once total strangers sat up camp very close to us and kept sitting in my camping chairs and stuff. But over all it's a nice little spot just far enough to get away from home. Bathrooms (Porto) can get nasty but are cleaned once week. Pets are welcome on a leash. Has Water faucets.Campfires are okay. Don't forget your Deet and allergy pills are a must :) fish and game come thru... Get that license!!! :) read more
