It was a rushed job and they did it under a hour. After we complained the supervisor made them wash it again. Mess left in back yard and decks. They were actually initially hired to wash the neighbour's half of our duplex. They were away and water was shut off. They used our water and our garage door had to stay open for 7 5 hours so they could access the tap. The only comment we received from the supervisor was, oh sorry. Terrible. Stay away.

I pretty much got an email response from them for a quote the very next business day and Todd came by to our house really quickly to give us a quote. So I do like how quick and efficient they are. Nitesh, Tyler and Brandon that came to our house were all very friendly and receptive to feedback and delivering our desired outcome. I have a really hands on approach to dealing with things, but they didn't seem to mind it at all. If you're not happy with something, you just have to let them know and they'll accommodate you. Overall, I'm quite happy with Imagine. Only word of caution, if you're like me with really "old windows" that have hazing issues, and have not cleaned them in a long while, you might want to reconsider getting them cleaned just because windows are apparently porous ...after cleaning, the hazing issue seemed to be much worst. Imagine won't be able to help you with this issue. I'm not quite sure, but I might have to find a company that deals specifically with windows to help me with my problem.

The manager was great, the quote was clear, and we felt confident moving ahead. Then... silence. Weeks of it. Our windows spent most of the summer looking like they were wearing sunglasses. After three weeks with no update, we had to nudge them ourselves, and it still took more than five weeks before the work happened. But when Tyler H arrived, he was a star. Fast, courteous, and impressively efficient -- he tackled the roof, gutters, windows, and skylight like a man on a mission. His work was spotless, and we paid the invoice the same day. In short: slow to schedule, excellent once here. We're satisfied and would hire Men in Kilts again.

The solar panel installation was halted. I contacted several roofing companies to get assessments on the issue and obtain estimates. It turns out one side of the roof did not have adequate venting and moisture was being absorbed by the plywood. I met with several roofing company representatives and each provided their suggested way to address the issue...and the estimated costs were all over the map. But when I met with the Absolute Roof Solutions sales representative...I knew I had found the right company. They explained what the issue was, how they would address it and the next steps. They followed with a quote and then a follow up conversation with the Project Manager. They picked a date that was to be rain free. The crew showed up on time and they went about their work. Taking 1/2 a roof is not an easy task but they managed to get it done in the one day...and to get the site all cleaned after, including ensuring all debris was removed from both neighbours yards. Great job Absolute Roof Solutions. It was a very positive roof repair/replacement experience and very happy to recommend Absolute Roof Solutions.
