I searched on Yelp for a company with good reviews and CSS popped up. They were swift in their response and came out the same day. What I most appreciate is their willingness to explain what was going on bc I absolutely have to understand WHY and WHAT is going on...just the way I'm wired. They were able to not only educate me on the broken coil, but showed me the work they performed. Service was relatively quick. I came out my pocket a couple of hundred for a new spring/coil...and their labor, etc. My house is 10 years old and I know my garage door isn't super high end and this is the first work I had to have done on it so I found the price to be reasonable. I would highly recommend CSS. I'm glad I went with them based off of other reviewers.

Very prompt in responding to my request for service; kept me informed of their status with the appointed schedule time; immediately went to work and had my garage door repaired in a very short time; and their repair cost was extremely reasonable. ON a side note I purchased a new garage door opener a while back that I planned to install myself but given how good these guys are I now plan to use the experts to handle the swap. I rarely do reviews of businesses but after being in transportation for over 40 years and having more bay doors repaired, replaced, or installed than I could even guess at a number, I really wish I had known about these guys a long time ago. I strongly recommend them for anyone needing garage door service. I believe you will come to the same conclusion as me. Thank you Bryan for an outstanding job.

The price of the job and the quality of the doors are decent. However, the quality of the work leaves something to be desired. Our installer left a decent mess after the work was completed, including glass shards from the old garage door windows. I also found one of the siding panels out of place. The installer came to fix the siding today. Regardless, the quality of work seems poor, considering I paid $3600 for the job.
