I called them that evening, might have around 6 or 7pm and they answered. I explained the issue and texted them photos. The gentleman over the phone gave me helpful instructions on how to open my garage door since my vehicle was stuck inside. He then scheduled a technician to come out to my house a few days later. Nick was our technician and he arrived on time. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He gave us a couple of options with different price points. We decided to have both doors replaced and made another appointment. Nick came out again and worked quickly and efficiently by himself. Replacing both doors included service and product warranty. We were very pleased with AllGood Garage Door Company. The service and communication were on point. We highly recommend! #ServiceStarShoutout

The most recent incident caused the door to close on our SUV rooftop (CRUNCH/SCRATCH!!). One call to Mike at Platinum we got an onsite visit and clear reasonable quote for a new opener. Mike was able to start the work that same day. Spencer adjusted the garage door jamb to align it with the siding, cleaned up the caulking, and made a minor adjustment to how one of the doors was hung. I am happy with how the company quickly improved its work. Original review (12/16/24): I hired Balanced Garage Doors to replace two old wooden garage doors. The price of the job and the quality of the doors are decent. However, the quality of the work leaves something to be desired. Our installer left a decent mess after the work was completed, including glass shards from the old garage door windows. I also found one of the siding panels out of place. The installer came to fix the siding today. Regardless, the quality of work seems poor, considering I paid $3600 for the job.

Once I asked about a new door he was willing to work the current repair into a down payment option for a new door. We were told a new door might take a week to arrive, but they were here the next morning at 9:30 am to install it. Damian was the install tech. He was also professional, fast & efficient. Overall we highly recommend this company. The door is super quiet, nice tight weather strip, camera for Amazon deliveries, nice overhead light and great price compared to other companies we called!

I searched on Yelp for a company with good reviews and CSS popped up. They were swift in their response and came out the same day. What I most appreciate is their willingness to explain what was going on bc I absolutely have to understand WHY and WHAT is going on...just the way I'm wired. They were able to not only educate me on the broken coil, but showed me the work they performed. Service was relatively quick. I came out my pocket a couple of hundred for a new spring/coil...and their labor, etc. My house is 10 years old and I know my garage door isn't super high end and this is the first work I had to have done on it so I found the price to be reasonable. I would highly recommend CSS. I'm glad I went with them based off of other reviewers.
