Spencer adjusted the garage door jamb to align it with the siding, cleaned up the caulking, and made a minor adjustment to how one of the doors was hung. I am happy with how the company quickly improved its work. Original review (12/16/24): I hired Balanced Garage Doors to replace two old wooden garage doors. The price of the job and the quality of the doors are decent. However, the quality of the work leaves something to be desired. Our installer left a decent mess after the work was completed, including glass shards from the old garage door windows. I also found one of the siding panels out of place. The installer came to fix the siding today. Regardless, the quality of work seems poor, considering I paid $3600 for the job.

Ever since he did that it's been working great and even better than the previous unit. Then, about three months ago, the unit started opening arbitrarily after it had closed around every fifth try. Most odd. This went on and on until I finally decided to call Little Guy again. He showed up on a Saturday even though I stressed this was not an emergency of any type. He made a few adjustments and it is back to working grades again. The tech, John Schmit, showed up at 8:15 AM and determined the logic board on my old (20 years now) opener was pretty much shot. Discussed options and went with a Liftmaster belt drive. He said it would take about an hour, and in 55 minutes, he knocked on the door! John went above and beyond, even programmed my car's touch button!
