So my garage door was acting up and I found these guys. Service was good and they were quick. They came out same day. My only frustration was the quote which was almost half of what I had to end up paying. They said they thought I had a different garage door, and according to a couple people...I overpaid. The spring was the issue and it cost me close to $500. I was thankful for the help. They were reliable. The guy took about an hour to fix the issue and it's been working fine since thankfully. The woman I talked to a couple times on the phone that set it up was very professional and kind as well. Fast, professional, and serviced me same day which was great but if you want best price, I'd consider other options. read more

The spring on our garage door broke unexpectedly. Mark answered our dinner time call and was at our house within the hour and did a thorough repair in about 45 minutes. Fast and friendly service for a reasonable price! read more

Had my garage door almost fall down. Called Always Open and spoke to Mark, the owner. He said he would be down in within the hour. He got there on time, fixed the problem and was gone in about an hour. He did what he said and the charge was reasonable. I would give him a exceeded expectations for his promptness and courteous attitude. Very personable individual and enjoyed doing business with him. read more

Our keypad on the outside of the garage had not worked for several years. I called Always Open Garage Doors and they came out the next day. They were quick, efficient and on time; furthermore, they didn't charge us a arm and leg for the services rendered. WOW! Great company! read more

He assessed my garage door and found that it was my opener, not the garage door that was the problem. He was able to fix it immediately without any problems. Technician named Mark showed up on time, quickly accessed the problem and explained our options. There was no pressure to up-sell like our previous bad experience with "Pre**sion Door".
