Very mixed experience with freedom overhead doors. We set up a date and they came out as planned and did a good job of installing the door. Later I went out and wanted to close the door behind me using the control pad and it didn't work. I messaged him about it and apparently he forgot and said you didn't even think to look if we had a keypad. Instead of offering to come back out and put it in which would have been about a 15 minute job, he just sent me a link to amazon. So it's easy enough to do it. I'll end up doing that but because I don't live there full time, it end up being a giant pain in the neck for me. read more
