His office is located in a building with a few other small healthcare providers and is pretty small. He had one receptionist working while I was there, and unfortunately she had trouble running my and my husband's insurance - I don't blame her though, we have complicated out-of-state insurance. Dr. Louie actually helped resolve that himself! Another point for him. Once the cleaning began, I was very impressed by how gentle he was and how knowledgeable he was about teeth. I've been to many dentists but I've never heard so many dental and flossing facts while I was getting worked on. He also gave me some flossing tips I had never heard before which I've implemented in my daily routine. The biggest plus for me was that my mildly dentist-phobic husband had a similarly pleasant experience. He said he wouldn't mind coming back for a checkup sometime in the next year, which speaks volumes to the quality of work Dr. Louie does.
