Three folks were waiting when I arrived on time for my 10 AM appointment. When scheduling they failed to email me the questionnaire that I had to fill out while waiting. I noted three other's in the waiting room. They called me at 10 AM and after waiting an hour I find that the one dentist on staff was engaged with a patient. I noted at least one other patient in a nearby room. They were happy to reschedule me for a for a 9 AM (opening time) when two dentists would be on staff. When leaving I noted a full waiting room. Suggestion: Request a first AM appointment when there is more than one dentist on staff.
