Soft subtle ambience. Excellent wait staff with multiple table servers to check on you. Salmon was moist, tender. Sauteed spinach was not too bitter, excellent taste. Good helping of whipped butter and sour cream. Crab cake appetizer large enough for entree served with small Amy of field greens on the side. Cobb salad is combo with field greens and lg enough for 2. Homemade green goddess dressing excellent. My birthday and was not charged for cheesecake with edible flowers read more

My wife Jean treated me to Gordon Ramseys for my birthday. We were introduced to Sothary as our server and she made our experience over the top. Jean had the Japanese 4 ounce Wagyu steak, I had the Salmon with lobster tail. We shared a wedge salad and lobster bisque great. As great as the food was, Sothary was exceptional and made us feel very special for my birthday. We finished our meal with sticky toffee pudding.dessert. . You have to enjoy this treat, it's the best. Ramseys and Sothary made this one of my best birthdays in 77 years. I will cherish the memories. read more

Had reservations for 10:15pm. Very disappointed in this place. Very nice atmosphere but left before they brought dinner. Waited after our salads for a very long time then asked about when dinner would come. Said they had to rebook my husband's steak. Bread was a very small portion. No scotch egg(as on the menu was listed). Never the less we left without eating any dinner. Staffed seemed anxious to close. read more

The lobsters appetizer and Caesar salads were great . The beef Wellington was pure perfection and my wife really enjoyed the pork chop. Dessert was good but not great. Service was top notch. It's a little loud, but culinary experience makes up for it. Love the open kitchen concept. We will be back ! read more

Too many people complained...steaks or how prepared. Too many friends said do not waste your money.

Went to celebrate Mothers Day/Birthday. Was greeted and seated in a timely manner. The restaurant was bustling. The staff was very informative. Nick was our waiter and ever question was followed up with a detailed, informative answer. We ordered Japanese Wagyu with brussels sprouts and a GR old fashioned. Delish!!! The sprouts are so flavorful!!! I only wish I had gotten a more mild flavored side to enjoy my steak flavor even more. We also ordered the beef Wellington. Hands down the BEST!!! They begin making that 48 hours prior and you can taste the love in that meal!!! You don't need to order a side with that as it comes with tasty mashed potatoes. However we did order the truffle fries and I'm thankful they don't have takeout because I would drive the hour to just get those!!! I have read the reviews and heard people talk all with different reviews but I would say don't skip on this restaurant. It was a wonderful meal and experience!! read more

Well....rather disappointing! We went for a 40th birthday. The ambiance certainly wasn't much! I didn't care for having to walk through 300 slot machines to get to the restaurant. the restaurant decor was ala upscale airport dining. The lobster was overdone . Also ordered Beef Wellington. The tenderloin was luscious but... no puff pastry, mushrooms, etc. just a pastry covering. I ordered salmon and it was excellent. They gave a friend a Toffee Sticky Puffing for dessert. It was good! All in all....don't waste the money! (I still have a hard time figuring out what was under the lobster...it was supposed to be risotto. It didn't have much taste and looked like a dog decided it didn't like its dinner!) read more

Few things: first and foremost the entire restaurant smells like a bowling alley. Stale smoke and mildewy bar rags. We ordered a filet and ribeye. Filet was over cooked to an almost well done (ordered mid rare), our wonderful server whipped out his phone fir a light to confirm, and apologized profusely. Refire was appropriate. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and seasoned well, which is good as I spent a good 15min chewing through this well seasoned shoe. Sides were 1 for 2. Brussels sprouts are amazing, loaded potato, not so much. Gouda has no place as the sole cheese on a baked potato. Would I return? Absolutely not. Would I recommend it? Sure give it a try. Experience a world class chef's signature restaurant. Just know Gordon Ramsay himself doesn't see the value in this and has not been to see his own place. read more

The food was super, super yummy! The staff were so awesome and attentive! I wasn't feeling the greatest (had some highly emotional issues on the way, but my husband had planned it as a surprise for our anniversary while our kids were in IL, as we drove 2.5 hours to have dinner), but our servers were understanding and packed up my food to go, after I tasted it. Besides not having had the emotional roller coaster on our trip to the restaurant, the only thing that could've made it better is Gordon Ramsey being there (my husband and I are huge fans)! read more

Gordon Ramsey and Caesar's how do you have a Manager like George running this establishment? Since he has taken over this restaurant he is running it into the ground. I have witnessed him being unprofessional and down right rude to someone every time I have eaten there. This time it was my husband and me. I have made a formal complaint, I have spoken to Taegan who is over all of Caesar's. This is not someone that I would want promoting my business. Gordon Ramsey and Caesar's employees and customers deserve better. read more

Service staff was great. We were seated by our quoted time. Food was delicious. Will definitely return again.

Beef Wellington was likely the worst "high end" meal I've ever tried. And honestly, maybe it's not this restaurants fault. The idea of a nice piece of meat in a puff pastry is actually repulsive. So, it may not be the kitchens fault... just the creators. And certainly Ramsay who promotes it. read more

I am giving a two only for the great service we received and the tasty lobster risotto. The cocktail drinks from the menu were $26 each- how ridiculous! The lamb was good, but the "famous" beef Wellington was sub-par. The dough was not cooked all the way. Would be a good $100 dollar meal, but not $400+ !!! read more

Table of four. Waitress was fantastic, plus other personnel checking on us several times. We ordered Lobster Rosetta which was great, two of us ordered beef wellington which was not overly impressive, I wish I had ordered the 14 oz New York which my wife and my daughter in law did. The scallops were very nice. The bottle of wine I chose was fantastic and was worth the price of admission. The whiskey sour was very unimpressive and mostly ice. Why only four stars? We were seated on a small square table for four and there was not enough room for drinks and food items. The guy bringing our entrees apologized recognizing the small tables have been a problem. It is a noisy place to eat, but it is in a casino. To use the restroom, you have to leave the restaurant and use the casino's. read more

Service was not horrible, although she needs to work on her timing. While trying to eat, she came by, it seemed like every other bite, and I couldn't really concentrate on the food which may have been a blessing. Speaking on the food, I ordered Lobster Rissotto, NY Strip and Baked potato. The rissotto was just okay, it was underseasoned, and the lobster was overcooked and lacked flavor. When the steak came out, my steak was cooked alright, but again it lacked flavor. I ordered the steak with truffle butter, and let me tell you the truffle butter was way overpowering. The steak was better without it. The baked potato was good though. Will not be back, as the entire experience was underwhelming. read more

Enjoyed our date night at Gideon Ramsay steak. The Beef Wellington was outstanding and so was the service.

My friend received a $75 gift certificate to eat at this supposed fine dining steakhouse. We made reservations for 6:15 pm one Saturday in September. We arrived on time but were not seated until 6:35 pm. After being seated, our server appeared and asked if we would like a cocktail. We indicated that neither of us could drink alcohol because of our medications. She indignantly said, "Do you want house water or Evian." We asked for house water. Evidently, you either drink alcohol or water, and there is no third option. She ordered the roasted chicken entree, which included braized greens and cornbread pudding ($36). I ordered the French onion soup ($15) and a Cesar salad ($16). While waiting for our meals, we were given bread and butter, which was so salty that it was nearly inedible. When our meals arrived, my friend's entree looked like a child's portion. The chicken was about the size of a quartered Cornish hen. The greens were totally inedible, having been drowned in a braizing liquid that had the aroma of gasoline. The cornbread pudding was so dry that it crumbled into dust. The chicken was the only good tasting component of the dish. I received my French onion soup in an oversized bowl that had a capacity of about a quarter cup. The soup had a consistency similar to that of cold gravy. My Cesar salad consisted of 4 romaine leaves, 5 croutons, half of a scotch egg, and enough dressing to adequately dress one leaf. My friend ordered a dessert, a mousse ($14), to use the remaining balance of the gift certificate. When my friend gave our server the gift certificate, the server looked perplexed. She had to ask four other servers how to redeem the gift certificate because it was purchased online. Another unpleasantry was the kitchen staff and servers screaming unintelligible phrases. In all this dining experience, it was horrid and extremely overpriced. If this was a glowing example of fine dining, I would gladly eat at McDonald's instead. read more

Got a chance to eat at this new location as a birthday treat, so I was really looking forward to our meal. Unfortunately it wasn't all I had hoped for. We started with the lobster risotto and French onion soup. Both were served lukewarm. Raw lobster...not appealing. The onion soup was bitter-tasting sludge. Both appetizers were sent back. We received a re-fired risotto, this time with cooked lobster, but it was still not hot. The soup disappeared without any further mention of it returning....so no soup. We shared the short ribs as our entree, which were really delicious and tender. The brussle sprouts were also fantastic. Finished with the sticky toffee pudding (I could eat that forever!). Overall a fair meal minus the disappointing starters. read more

We had a reservation for over a month in anticipation of the opening. This ended up being a birthday dinner for me and we've decided to make it an annual thing for both of our birthdays. The food, drinks, and service were all top notch. Zero complaints. We will most definitely be back!! read more

Been waiting 2 years to go to Gordan Ramsey Steak House in Elizabeth In got there last night celebrating our 40 anniversary. I almost cried I was so happy I have so much respect for Mr Ramsey he is passionate about his food and honest I thought. We are looking over our menu and I asked the waitress when had Mr Ramsey been here last and she said he has never been on the property ever! This is not a Gordan Ramsey restaurant it is in name only. I'm So disappointed that he would be so dishonest I have been lied to and it took all the joy out of the experience it is just another restaurant the food was good but a let down not what I expected my dinner beef Wellington was cold I sent it back and they went crazy and said it's served on the cold side and so I didn't say anything when it came back cold. The staff was nice there was like 4 people for each table. The restaurant is not romantic at all it's loud and very crowded. read more

I went to Gordon Ramsay's SteakHouse, June 19, 2023. The steak was amazing. I really like their crabcakes, they are full of crab. The place is pricey but highly recommend trying it out. read more

Stayed at the casino overnight for our wedding anniversary and had dinner at Gordon Ramsay's. A friend of ours told us to expect to pay more than any other dinner we've likely had before, but to be blown away by the food. I have to preface this by saying I've been extra spoiled recently and got to dine at Jeff Ruby's in Louisville a couple weeks ago, and I do feel like that had a big impact on my impression of this place. First off, the ambiance is boring. Nothing special, nothing flashy, nothing trendy, just....plain. The servers were very nice and attentive. The cocktails were great. I had a Duchess (basically a lemon drop martini) and an espresso martini. Both were perfect. Husband had the London Fog, which he really enjoyed. The complimentary bread and salted rosemary butter was DIVINE and honestly probably the best part of my meal. We also split the lobster bisque and a wedge salad. The bisque was AWESOME. It had some sort of corn bread or something similar in the middle, topped by shredded lobster and surrounded by bisque. Very flavorful, but the lobster flavor shone through and wasn't overshadowed by other flavors. The wedge salad was just okay. It was served with a green goddess dressing, rather than a traditional blue cheese, which I would have preferred. I also noticed a bit of brown on my lettuce. Overall, pretty lackluster. Finally, the steaks. I was prepared to be blown away, and I was left feeling underwhelmed. I ordered the beef wellington and was hoping to taste more of the mushroom pate and a flavorful pastry, but it tasted underseasoned and was room temperature. Again, perhaps if I hadn't eaten at THE best steakhouse a couple weeks prior (there's just no beating Jeff Ruby's), maybe I would have been more impressed. Hubby had the American wagyu. He was very happy with his steak, but for $120 I expected....more. More seasoning, more something. It was just a steak. Overall, it was a good meal, but not fantastic, and definitely not worth the prices. Just my opinion! read more

The steak was absolutely delicious! It may cost a lot but you should at least try it once

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse. The service was impeccable and the food was wonderful. My husband had the Beef Wellington and just gushed over how good it was. I had the Braised Beef Short Ribs. It melted in my mouth. I would absolutely order it again. However, I would not order the Wedge Salad again. There was FAR too much lettuce for the very small amount of toppings. The dressing was on the bottom, which made it difficult to mix into the lettuce and therefore difficult to eat. Also, the lettuce had a citrus drizzle on it that conflicted with the green goddess dressing. Regardless, we will go back again!! read more

I've had much better for less. best steak is at steak and bourbon in Louisville .Gordon's steak was just grilled with a lot of salt. the brussels sprouts we're burned till they we're chips.service was great but won't go back. read more

I gave 2 stars because the service was good. The filet was ordered medium to medium well it came medium rare to rare, no flavor. The cocktail shrimp were massive and thick and rubbery and I had to finish peeling them, without the sauce they would gave been uneatable. Will not go back. Best part of the meal was bread. read more

Absolutely, without question, the very finest Beef Wellington I have ever had in my life. Great ambiance and service....
