The restaurant is beautiful on the inside. We sat at the bar. I had the 22oz ribeye and my partner had a filet. We split a side of mashed potatoes, as the size of the sides is shareable. The food was 7/10. The flavor was good but unfortunately everything arrived cold. The steaks and the mashed potatoes were cold. The lady to the side of me was also served a dish that was cold and had it sent back. read more

Located in the Caesars Casino at Elizabeth Indiana. I tried to book before our arrival and nearest reservation was for April! Dang. So we tried again when we arrived and were told they would "put us on a list" for bar seating. We showed up at 5 when they opened and were told they seat the restaurant first, and then bar putting 10 minutes between seatings. WTH? Long story short, it was about 2 hours later and they seated us at a table inside the actual restaurant. I was starving but glad to be seated. They brought bread and wine and you would have thought it was the last supper the way we devoured it. Did I mention there were 4 of us? Anyway, my partner in crime and I split a steak and a lobster risotto. It was all delicious but risotto was almost room temp and our steak did have some fat on the side. We cut the fat off and loved the flavors. Had a Pot de creme for dessert. It was just OK...but it sure was pretty! We left full and comfortable in the end. Next time I will book further out to remove the before dinner drama. Dinner was about $160 before tip which is pretty standard for a fancy pants steakouse. read more

I've been to Gordon Ramsay's Steak house in Vegas several times, been to Hell's Kitchen, and now this one, I tried to make reservations for 6 at the same day and time, but could get a table of 6, so the other two people went somewhere else, it's a shame because side there were two tables empty right next to us, it started out bad the waiter went on and on, I couldn't understand hardly anything he said, think his name was Allex worell, I kept asking my wife what he said, anyway that didn't start the meal good, she ordered the beef Wellington medium rare, I think he said it only comes rare, so she ok I'll have the chicken, which is another problem, I ordered the 8 ounce fillet, he did ask what type was going for the Wagyu, but got the regular, we both had the potato purée, it came out lukewarm almost cold but it was ok, the fillet was tender and good, but lacked seasoning, the wedge salad we both had was was the best part of the meal, the chicken was ok the best part of it was the greens, wish she would have gotten steak, I brought here her for her Birthday, the waiter ask what the occasion was I said her birthday, it was like he didn't hear me. I probably won't be back. read more

I live Gordon Ramsey going up and I just love food in general so when I heard we would have one of his restaurants close by I had to go. I took it up on myself to ho on a solo date and my I just say everything from the service to the food and ambiance was a hit. I was nervous because it was my first time going on a solo date but I did. They start out with just the drink menu. After you order your drinks they bring out the dinner menu. So many wonderful thinks but I had my eyes on the beef Wellington. For my first course I had the lobster bisque with was a lobster salad on a croquet and then your waiter pours out the bisque in front if you. Second course, I went in on the beef Wellington with a side of the peppercorn sauce. Now you can not change the temp for the beef so keep that in mind oh and it does have prosciutto wrap on the beef Wellington. Everything was so good I finished my plate. I wanted to have dessert so I opted for the mascarpone cheesecake. Now let me tell you, the flavors her was something. Mascarpone cheesecake with like dollops of a vanilla bean cream like icing but not as sweet. Then it had lemon curd on the plate with some cuts of oranges. Just the sour and sweet was so good and the acid from the citrus, cutting through the butter vanilla icing around the plate. smh so good. Thanks to my waiter Michael and even the General manager Matthew and everyone that made me fell not as nervous. The experience was awesome I can see me coming back. read more

Best. Experience. Ever. We had an outstanding dinner to say the least at Gordon Ramsey. From the service, to the cocktails and of course the unbelievable food taste and quality. Nick was our server and was beyond knowledgeable about the steak cuts and menu. He made our experience that much better with his fun and outgoing personality! On to the food. My gosh. I got the 8oz filet (medium Well) and could cut my steak with a plastic knife!! For sides, we got Brussel sprouts ( best I've ever had in my life) and the truffle fries that were cooked to perfection!! My boyfriend got the American Wagyu and let me tell you... you have never had a better cut of meat in your life lol AMAZING. Cocktails were also spot on and he loved his old fashioned!! The only thing we didn't get to try was the bread that is typically served upon arrival because what they had did not meet Gordon Ramseys quality. Love this and with the experience we had I could Careless about that bread lol If you are looking for a unique and upscale without the stress dining experience with the best food around, Gordon Ramsey Steak House is the place to go!! read more

Wonderful! Our server (Jen) was top notch! She made great recommendations and had amazing customer service. The food was superb! From the Pork Belly appetizer, Beef Wellington, potato purée, to the dessert... personal favorite was the Salmon and potato purée. High prices are to be expected, but I do believe you pay for what you're getting... excellent service and amazing food. Ambiance of the restaurant the perfect mix of fun, relaxing, elegant and casual. It is a great restaurant to celebrate a special occasion and experience the top quality expectations of Gordon Ramsay ! read more

Overall, a wonderful experience. The service was very good and professional. They were happy to help us and worked quickly to provide updates and keep our drinks full. The drink menu was great, plenty of good options. The vibe inside is darker with medium levels of music. There is also a relatively lively vibe inside. The food was the star of the show. The Wellington is worth every penny and the best piece of beef I have had in a long while. Additionally, the pork belly was perfect. So tender, juicy, and full of flavor. My only complaint is with the Cesar salad. It was way over dressed and over powering. When I mentioned it to the waiter, they didn't want to replace it and said that was normal... I found that to be a bit odd and didn't believe it. Aside from that, this was a 1.5 hour dining experience, a bit on the long side but it was nice. I certainly recommend a visit. read more

Start to finish everything was great. The staff were all very attentive and took great care of us. We had the Beef Wellington and the meat was so tender, the crust was buttery and it was well seasoned. I had the pork belly for an appetizer and it was a little salty but that might be just me. My wife had the Espresso Martini and it was very good and I had the Picadilly Circus which was also great Caribbean drink. read more

I have not even sat down to dinner yet so cannot rank the food but service sucks. I booked reservation for 6. got a call this morning confirming reservation asking me if I wanted a rose on the table for a birthday we were celebrating. I said no he is a guy we will have our cake. he then does to explain there will be a 20% tip automatically applied to which I said that sucks for you because I tip way more than 20%. he then goes to tell me it will be all one ticket...... which is expected so I have no idea why he told me this....we get here(after walking a mile from our room) for them to not let me in with out cake!!!!!! I mean I told the guy on the phone about the cake. needless to say this should be a fun experience read more

Drove over an hour to eat here. Celebrate my birthday. Sat in a shut down on the interstate for an hour and a half....missing our reservation. Tried calling to possibly move the reservation or at least let them know we were stuck, could NOT get anyone to answer....left a voicemail, no return call. Went ahead and finished our drive in hoping we could still get in and we did! They were so understanding thankfully! Our service was top shelf!!!!!!! She was awesome! The food was good, not great. Husband got the strip, wasn't impressed....i had the beef Wellington and it was good.....never had Wellington so nothing to compare it to. Super pricey for just "good" food. read more

Loved the service from the staff, it was top notch. The restaurant is in the Casino, but for me wasn't an issue, although I was worried about smelling cigarette smoke, but it wasn't an issue. I ordered the Beef Wellington, always wanted to try it. It was good, but when I return next time will order a Steak. The Brussels and Mac & Cheese was excellent as was the Lobster Risotto (wish there was more for me as I shared it with my daughter). Be advised that I went on a Sunday and the waitress told me we got the last as they ran out of Lobster. I also had the loaded baked potato which was also excellent, loved the cheese that was added to it along with the large chunks of bacon. Over all I would definitely go back, we even left with winning a little at the slots while waiting for our table. read more

This experience was not a 5 star only because of my uncomfortable experience with the hostess. I had a 5:15 reservation and I got 19 min early , they checked me in and told me to come back at my reservation time and we decided to walk around the casino, and 8 min later around 5:08 I got a call that my table was ready and I had to be there the next minute otherwise my table wasn't gonna be available when clearly it wasn't even my reservation time. Once I sat on my table the rest of my experience was very pleasant, Stephan our server was great, meal and dessert were awesome. read more

My husband and I were so excited to eat at Gordon Ramsey steakhouse at Caesar's on Sunday night and we were so disappointed. This is the 3rd Gordon Ramsey restaurant we have been to and it didn't even come close to the other two. The Wellington was 1/2 the size of the one I got at Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas and the lobster tail didn't look like it was a legal size it was so small. My husband got 3 ounces of Waygu for $120.00. It was lukewarm and under seasoned. The best tasting thing we got was the loaded baked potato, the sticky toffee pudding was also very good. But for $350, overall we were served mediocre food. Needless to say we will never eat there again. If you have never eaten at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, don't try this one, it doesn't do his other restaurants justice. read more

The American wagu was excellent as was the Wellington. The lobster risotto was fixed perfectly and I'll order every time. The mushrooms were so good I can't even explain as we're the Brussels sprouts. As for dessert we tried the Sticky Toffee Pudding, Gordon's mom's recipe, damn she is better than him!! We also tried the oysters that's something that was nothing special so won't do that again there!! Service was exceptional and beyond what we expected!! Just missing Gordon screaming!! read more

Ok, let me state I am a Gordon Ramsey freak. I love his food and recipes. I was a little disappointed in the restaurant experience. First, this particular restaurant is in a casino. So being in a casino you could smell people smoking...not a fan. Know on weekends they seat you at your reservation time. However, it appears they do not want you just sitting there and not playing slots or whatever. We got there early and sat outside the restaurant. We got seated 30 minutes early. Dress is casual. Remember, it is an upscale restaurant. You will not want to go in Jean shorts or pants with holes in them. Service was outstanding. You will have more than enough people waiting on you hand and foot. Anything you desire you can get. Typical of an upscale meal. I cannot complain about the food itself. My lobster bisque was really good as was my steak and dessert. Here is my problem...the meal was $350 for 2 people. Now, I don't mind paying for good food but this was rather absurd. This place is totally over priced. I've had the same quality of steak at Golden Corral. Again, I know it's for the atmosphere and the name Gordon Ramsey but come on. The meal was good but NOT $350 dollars good. The cost is why I am taking 2 stars. Just ridiculous! read more

I only went there because I had a $100 celebration credit from Caesars. To start with the stuff is stupid expensive. I mean a baked potato for $17. Everything is ala carte. I was most disappointed in the Lobster Bisque. My absolute favorite soup if made right. It wasn't just not good it tasted awful! Tasted like it had dill pickle juice in it. The short rib was actually very good but small for $45. His famous Sticky Toffee pudding was delicious but very sickening sweet. I was hoping I could get my food to go because I was alone but they don't have carry out. I sat at the bar so it was ok. You can't get a steak for less than $90 with no accompaniment. I won't go there again. Jack Binions was much better imo. read more

Arrived at 7, seated and ordered bottle of wine and appetizer, plus main course. Wine was served and appetizer in a timely manner. Then we began a wait of over an hour for main coarse, was told they had a large group which was delaying our meal. Other tables in our view arrived later and had received service including main course. We asked for check to pay for items ordered and received. advised our meal would be out in a few minutes. Check arrived and so did main course. We politely told server we would just be paying for what we ate and drank and leave. TERRIBLE EXPERENCE for us as we were celebrating a birthday. read more

There were 6 of us, we had a 45 min wait but they were very accommodating at the bar. We had French onion soup, filet Oscar style and a loaded baked potato. Topped off by the amazing sticky toffee bread pudding. The service was exceptional. It is located in the Casino. Easy parking and easy to find. The restaurant is nice and there are no casino noises inside. Four of us had reservations on New Years Eve. We were seated fairly quickly. Service was good, but not great. The bread served is really good. Three ordered filets with different sides and all really enjoyed. I order the beef Wellington it was very good, I thought the filets were more tender than the beef Wellington. The asparagus is solid. Overall a great meal. The reason I give four vs. five is the value. For $300 per couple (after tip & a couple drinks), it is questionable if the value is there. read more

First of all the food was great. We had no issue with the food. The lighting was dim and the atmosphere was nice. It was not too loud so you could talk to who you are with and still hear them. After being seated we were greeted by Alex. He immediately took our drink and food orders. After that we did not see him until after our food came. The support staff was really good getting us bread, salads, and part of our drink orders. We did not see our sodas until we asked for them after the food came. After we finished our salads we sat for maybe an hour watching everyone that was seated after us get their dinner while we waited. It was hot and very tasty. Our waiter did not bring the food. He relied on his support staff to do everything. I hope Alex shared his gratuity with the others that did the work for him. They brought our food, cleared our table, and got our drink refills. Alex was able to get our to-go desserts but that's about the most we saw him do. read more

THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!!! It's definitely pricey but my love and I thought it definitely worth it! You should definitely try it at least once! My Hubby got Gordon's famous Beef Wellington, he really loved it! I had the Lamb Shanks, super delicious! We also tried the Lobster Risotto, and the Crab Cake which was absolutely out of this world! Most crab cakes don't have hardly any crab in them at all, this one was absolutely crabtasic! We also had Dessert of course, Cheesecake and the Chocolate Pot de crème. I loved the cheesecake, my taste wasn't for the chocolate pot however my hubby really liked it! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVED IT HERE!!! Will hopefully go back soon! Been looking forward to GR steakhouse opening near Louisville. I've been to his restaurants in Vegas and always had a pleasant experience. But my visit to GR steakhouse in southern IN was a real letdown. First off, I wasn't expecting Vegas style ambiance but I actually prefer their previous Jack Binion steakhouse decor. I mean it's modern and clean but the previous JB steakhouse felt more like a traditional steakhouse. It seemed like the workers were still trying to get adjusted to the newly remodeled restaurant as well. For example, there was a person who kept refilling our water every 5min. and the way he was pouring, you would think that he was pouring an expensive wine or something. Now for the food, Caesar salad -not bad Fried oysters - it was good but oysters were really small Truffle fries - nothing special but their truffle cream sauce was delicious Lobster risotto- really really good but the rice was undercooked Tuna Tartar - nothing special Beef Wellington - had this in Vegas and always enjoyed it but the fillet here was so undercooked and the meat was still tough despite being medium rare. When I had beef Wellington in Vegas, it practically melt in my mouth, the Wellington I tried here was really tough and pretty much raw. Ora king salmon- nothing special NY strip - it was cooked well but again the meat seemed very tough. Ahi Tuna- worst Ahi Tuna ever. Very bland, no flavor. Overall, I would go back for the Lobster risotto only which I think was $36? Maybe they'll get better as time passes but I don't think I can recommend anyone to go here. There are plenty of great steakhouses in Louisville. read more

Needs improvement in managing table turnover efficiently to ensure a pleasant dining experience for the customers. The service is good, tuna shiahimi was good, oyster blue point good, lobster bisque soup very good, the sides were so so, I ordered a bone in rib eye and got the wrong steak, I notified them the order is wrong. I was in a large party and by the time everyone was finished finally got my bone in rib eye. I figured for a $145 steak they would get things right. I requested medium rare and it was medium to medium well. So needless to say everyone else was on dessert at that time so no steak. The dessert was very good and French pressed coffee. Needless to say if I am paying $145 for one item I expect you to get it right on try two and not strike out AGAIN a second time in a row. You couldn't pay me to go back. The price isn't worth the food and mistakes. read more

We had dinner there this past Saturday night. Horrible experience. Our waiter was the worst I have ever seen. He would not even look us in the eye. I don't know if it was his first night or what. We had a table of 6 and we all ordered the 8 oz steak. Every single one was cold. All sides were cold. Food had sat up there too long. They offered to replace food, but we had already waited 30-45 minutes to get it. It was 9 pm and we didn't want to wait until 10 to eat. They took the sides off our bill, but each couple paid $250-350 for their cold steaks. We complained and they said "sorry". The manager said call the general manager. If this had been at Jeff Ruby's, they would have given us a gift card for another trip to make up for it. Our entire party was a total of 12 - 6 couples. We come up to the casino a lot and we will NOT go back to Gordon Ramsey's. He would be so disappointed in the staff at this restaurant. read more
