We went there to celebrate our anniversary, there were only few tables with people. The server was kind and warming. The caesar salad was really good, that's why they were so pricey. The lobster risotto and scallops were also great, perfectly cooked. Their famous beef wellington was also tasty, beef was so tender and I liked the pastry outside. The new york strip was not that amazing, but still decent. I also liked the mushroom in top of that, but the sauce was just too much and covered the flavor of steak. For the dessert, of course we got sticky toffee pudding. Honestly I had this before in Vegas, I still thought it was too sweet (for an asian standard) lol, but it paired well with the ice cream on top. Overall, good experience, but definitely on a pricer side and I don't think I'll come back again.
First...the bar at Gordon's Kitchen was incredible. The cocktails were absolutely decadent and a must try if ever at Caesar's Republic. Eric, Sean and James provided perfect service and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Dinner the following evening was also a great experience. From the menu items, the seabass and short ribs were the tastiest IMO. Desserts were also delicious so save some room! Walter went above and beyond to make the experience at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen an excellent experience. Bravo to the entire staff including the front desk! Thank you.
For my partner's birthday, we had another fine meal at Hell's Kitchen. If you're a fan of the tv show, you gotta go, right? The atmosphere is fire and ice, and former HK winners line the wall. Food and service are excellent. This year, we shared the pan seared scallops and the sticky toffee pudding. My partner, the birthday boy, had the pan seared sea bass and I had the forest and grain, and we shared a bottle of the Felino Malbec. Everything was super tasty and delicious! ... I was happy to see a veg menu item on the normal menu (without having to ask to see a veg menu). However... I'm still waiting to see Gordon's signature Beet Wellington. ... maybe next year? ;)
Amazing food for a spectacular special where $50 gets appetizer, salad, half of a beef Wellington, and the sublime toffee pudding. I don't see how you can beat that price for the food being ordered as that's way better than the deals at Hell's Kitchen! The servers were also checking on us regularly and very helpful. I would welcome another return in the future.
Big TV show and a huge name makes this a must do. Here for a Birthday and nice touch so the the compliment dessert that was excellent. Thank Yoou! For the price it isn't an over the top food, maybe come if you got to say you ate here and tried them dishes for yourself. Probably wouldn't be a place we come back one and done. Not bad, just for this price lots of options and some with better food. Beef Wellington a signature we all liked was five stars, but similar to the scallops, lobster risotto came warm like from an assembly line. Sea Bass wasn't crispy nor wow either. We eat a lot of sea bass and this was middle of the road at best. The one standout was the Foie gras!! Good job on one of the dishes, that we all loved! The roasted Brussels sprouts was small, totally out of line expensive and too much vinegar a fail. But a callout our waiter, Walter was great totally five star guy.
The New Years Eve vibe was off the chart! Eric our server was very good and the runners were on top of it. The food was amazing and the only thing better would be if Chef Ramsey was there. I did notice 2 hiccups but still give 5 stars. 1. My menu fell onto the ground when I was being seated and a maitre d' picked it up off the ground and placed it on my table. 2. We ordered a bottle of wine and a different year than the menu was brought out. It was just as good though but Fun location and excellent food
We visited hell's kitchen on 12/13/2025 to celebrate three birthdays in our friend group. There were 10 people in our group. When we arrived to check-in, we were seated immediately. Our table was all the way in the back and we actually had a private room which I'm glad we did cause we were loud lol. I really liked our space and how private it was. Our server was Wes. Thank god we had him, he was very chill and calm and took care of our table. He was on top of everything. He was very friendly and very sociable. Shoutout to Wes and his assistant who took care of our group exceptionally. Also I want to thank the manager who checked on our table to make sure everything was okay. We ordered numerous different dishes. I can honestly say, each of our dish was really good, absolutely no complaints. We also ordered from their specials and pre fixe menu. Drinks: Horseman- This drink was okay, just stick with the regular old fashion but if you want to try something new or different then give the horseman a try. Note From Gordon- I had to of this drinks, they are very refreshing and you literally get a note from gordon lol. Espresso Martini- This was really good, all my friends knocked this drink out right away. Mai Tai & Uncharted Appetizers: Grilled Octopus- loved, loved this appetizer. I ordered it at the LV location and I ordered it here. I honestly think it was better at this location. The rest of the table enjoyed it too. This was cooked well and not chewy at all. Perfect consistency. Tuna Tartare- Another appetizer that was very tasty. This tuna tartare had some good fish to it and had good mixings to it. Lobster Risotto- I woud love to try this dish again as my own. One of my friends tried it out and they really enjoyed it. I've heard a lot of good reviews on this dish. Entree: Rack of lamb- Everyone in our table was jealous of my rack of lamb. This rack of lamb was made right and to my liking. Good portion as well. Oscar Style- I love crab. This was filet mignon with crab on the top. If you're hungry I don't think this will be enough meal for you. Beef Wellington- You can never go wrong with this dish. I had this dish at their LV location and I personally think it was really good. It is something you definitely must try especially if it's your first time. We had other meals we ordered, it's just a lot to remember. All in all, this was an amazing experience. I always worry especially coming with a large group but from the check-in, to getting us sat down, to the food delivery and drinks and everything else, it was all smooth and everything turned out perfect. Thank you to the HK team for making our birthday celebration on point and memorable.
Came to Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen with high expectations, and overall it was a solid experience with some hits and a few misses. Food: Filet: Ordered medium rare but came a bit overcooked. That said, the flavor itself was still good. Bass: Cooked perfectly, though it could've used a bit more seasoning or punch. Japanese Wagyu with foie gras & lobster tail: Very good overall. If I had to rank it: 1. foie gras 2. lobster 3. Wagyu. The Wagyu was a bit too fatty for my personal taste. Short rib: Super tender, but the sauce leaned slightly too salty. New York strip: Good cut, but again the sauce was on the salty side. Drinks: Espresso martini: Very strong -- which some people might love -- but it was too much for me to finish. I've definitely had better. Tommy's margarita: 8/10. Good balance of alcohol and flavor. Market margarita: Enjoyed the subtle jalapeño kick. Sides: Brussels sprouts: Not bad, but I've had better. The pork that came with it tasted a little sour. Mushrooms: Nice smoky flavor, though slightly too salty. Service: Service was great and very attentive -- maybe a little too attentive for my liking. I don't need to be checked on constantly, and I'm not a fan of servers refilling my water every time I take a sip. Let me finish my glass first Overall: Good food, great service, and a fun experience, even if not everything completely wowed me. Worth trying at least once, especially if you're a Hell's Kitchen fan.
Finally got a chance to go here! Thanks to my cousin who treated me for a bday dinner because I was not about to pay for that! Jk jk but yea, obviously pricey. The Beef Wellington was sooooo goood!!!!! And so glad I got to finally try it. So perfectly cooked! The rest of our party all enjoyed their meals too! The inside was dimly lit and so fancy.
Some friends wanted to go here for a birthday celebration, so we went recently. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed overall. I of course expected everything to be expensive, but I wasn't impressed with the quantity OR quality of the items, ESPECIALLY when you factor in the price. I was looking up nearby fast food restaurants on my phone during dinner because of how disappointing this was... I got the New York Strip Steak and it was very mediocre. I know strips aren't the most tender cut, but this was quite chewy, and it was also over the medium rare that I ordered. Most egregious however was the lack of flavor. I legitimately didn't taste much seasoning at all, and it NEEDED the red wine demi-glace to be palatable. Overall pretty disappointing in my opinion. The wagyu meatballs were just okay. Not very distinguishable from regular meatballs, except these cost almost $5 each! The Mac n cheese honestly reminded me of Annie's white shell boxed macaroni....enough said. The sticky toffee pudding was EASILY the best part of the meal. This was delicious--very rich and flavorful without being too sweet. Not enough to redeem the meal overall, but very good nonetheless. This is a must try if you come here in my opinion. The service was fine to me, and the atmosphere is pretty cool as you get the feeling that you're on Kitchen Nightmares with the dueling red and blue teams. But overall this was very disappointing when you consider not only the relatively poor quality food, but also the quantity and the price.
shout out to our server for the night, Wes. He was very attentive and was so accommodating! I told him about my partner's food sensitivity and he was extremely cautious about it. The service was 10/10. * Scallops (4/5): Slightly overcooked, but it was buttery and a good opener to the prefix set. * Lobster Risotto (holy shit/5): amazing. The co risotto was so good, I didn't even give a shit about the lobster. It was buttery, VERY truffle forward, indulgent, and the perfect texture. Extremely well balanced. The lobster on top was perfectly cooked and paired nicely with the risotto. Absolute cinema. * Beef Wellington (5/5): The crust was buttery and flaky. The beef was perfectly cooked, a beautiful medium rare. (Although sometimes the meat did lean a little sandy). It was good with the mashed potatoes and demi-glacé sauce. Every bite was well worth the price point. * Sticky Toffee Pudding (5/5): Extremely indulgent. The pudding was very sweet, but when paired with the vanilla ice cream, it was so delicious. They stacked on a fat amount of caramel as well! Such a good little sweet treat at the end of the night. Me and my girl are not huge sweets people, so one was enough for the both of us. Overall rating: 5/5 JUST FOR THE LOBSTER RISOTTO. If I could have it all the time, I would.

It's cool how once you're inside the restaurant you can't hear or see much of the casino outside! The food was amazing. My date and I ordered their wagyu special and the waiter thought we had ordered only 1 plate and were going to split it (lol). So they quickly rectified their error and brought another plate right away which was nice, so we could eat together. I'm most definitely returning to try more items! read more

The food was amazing. We made a reservation, and as soon as we walked in, we were seated. It was a little noisy, but not too bad. Everything we ordered was so good--Caesar salad, Steak, Mac and cheese, Beef Wellington, and Scallops. The sticky toffee pudding was SO good!! Our waitress also did a great job explaining everything and made our first visit a great experience. We will definitely be back in the future. read more

We've been to Hell's Kitchen several times and it's my favorite place for a nicer, more upscale meal. The service has always been spot on every time we've gone. It's located inside Caesars Republic and has glass walls so you can see out onto the casino floor, which gives it a cool atmosphere without feeling too loud inside. The food is consistently top notch. My favorite things to order are the filet, the lobster risotto, and the sticky toffee pudding. The steak is always cooked perfectly, the risotto has the ideal texture and flavor, and the dessert is rich and definitely on the heavier side, but really good if you're in the mood for something indulgent. The cocktails are also really good and well balanced. This is such a great spot for a special dinner and one I always recommend. read more

I've been wanting to go to this place since it opened up several years ago and finally had a chance last night. My husband and I were able to snag a last-minute reservation and we were so excited to try Hell's kitchen. We shared the lobster risotto and the beef Wellington and let me tell you both were fabulous! Good portions on each of them and they were cooked perfectly. Luis was our server and he was friendly funny and very professional. He's an excellent serve! I have zero complaints about the service or the food. I'm deducting two stars from what would've been a five star review because of the ambience. This restaurant is so loud that you almost have to scream to hear each other talk. It's overwhelmingly loud and it feels like you're seated in a cafeteria. There's just no ambience. I can't justify paying what we paid for dinner to sit in a restaurant like this so unfortunately, we won't be coming back. But I am glad that we got to experience the food. read more

I was honestly expecting this place to be overhyped, but it completely lived up to expectations. From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and clean. Getting a reservation was super easy, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly the entire time. We were a party of 7 celebrating a bachelor party. I passed on the beef Wellington and went for the 32 oz tomahawk instead. Let me tell you it was cooked perfectly! Btw medium rare the only way! But back to the steak, It was juicy, tender, and full of flavor just the way I like it. Our waiter was one of the highlights also. He was super friendly, funny, and genuinely caring. We originally ordered just one sticky toffee pudding to share, but since we were celebrating, he surprised us by bringing a mini one for each person at the table. It used to be so hard to get a reservation here. If we were lucky we'd get a seat outside the restaurant that encompasses the bar. That was always very entertaining as we faced the open kitchen and had the bartenders attention. That being said, since Vanderpumps opened next door there seems to be a bit more competition and reservations are slightly less difficult to come by. I will say, they are very proud of their menu but not necessarily very generous. I always order the lobster risotto and this time I was deeply disappointed. The risotto was broken and a very skimpy serving in my opinion. The rest of the food was just not remarkable. The drinks were wonderful but overall a VERY expensive evening. We had our anniversary dinner at Hell's Kitchen as we are huge fans of Gordon Ramsay. The ambiance in the restaurant was awesome and great little touches that remind you Gordon Ramsay's rage such as the pitchfork like light fixtures above. Inside, it is not too quiet and not too loud. Perfect for people who love to talk and eat, but also not be bothered by other patrons. The service was great as well. Our server was personable and willing to help us with anything we had questions with. Asked about the occasion and was thoughtful. We wrote on our reservation that it was our anniversary and also mentioned it to our server, so we were given a free smaller version of their amazing sticky toffee pudding. The food was great as well and met my expectations of something from Gordon Ramsay's kitchen. Rustic and simple good food. We had an appetizer of a octopus steak, which was great, tasted great, and had a texture similar to steak surprisingly We also had the foie gras, which was okay to me personally, since I've had others that tasted better. But not bad by any means. For our main entrees, I got his famous beef wellington and my partner got the lamb. We both enjoyed our dishes and paired it with a nice red wine. We were seated right next to where the food goes out from the kitchen, which was decorated nicely with red and blue and the chefs standing in the area wore a red team and blue team outfit. It was a nice touch inspired by his Tv show. At the end, we got our own sticky toffee pudding and also our smaller complimentary one, so it was nice of them to still give it to us even though we ordered our own. All in all, I would recommend anyone to go if you are a fan of Gordon Ramsay and just want to have some good food and wine. read more

Our server, Alicia, was fantastic! She was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was awesome! My husband had the beef Wellington and it did not disappoint. I had the lobster risotto and it was so good! We both ordered desserts, I had the sticky toffee pudding, it was wonderful! My husband had the apple cheesecake, which he really enjoyed. The entire night was great! The only thing missing was Gordon Ramsey yelling at the staff LOL! read more

I did the pre fix menu, thought about wine pairing but decided not to. First I saw smoking barrel going to the table behind us so I just had to get it, it was a video/picture worth cocktail and taste wasn't bad either. First course was caviar but it was so small I could barely see it, wish there were at least one more piece. And the dish kept on coming, everything was delicious. I had a couple of glasses of wine with the course after smoking barrel. And ended with yummy sticky toffee. Our cute server Walter was great. I gave 4 stars because the place was just wide open and no privacy and not intimate, it just looks like a cheap dining hall. But the food and service was great!! read more

Very loud!! Not romantic! Food was ok. I do recommend you split the Caesar salad and a side to save money. No French fries at this location either. The wagyu meatballs were ok, they lacked seasoning lucky there was a lot of sauce & cheese to make up for it. My husband loved the beef Wellington, the filet also lacked seasoning and was only like warm. The sauce on the side , skip it a good steak should not need sauce. For our sides we had the corn and the macaroni. The corn would have tasted better on the Cobb and the macaroni he said was good but filling. The free dessert was delicious. Took the tart home it was delicious as well. Our waitress was great and her assistant too. Overall for our 10yr Anniversary I can officially mark this off my bucket list. read more

HUGE fan of the HK show, kept me happily distracted for so many years! Ain't going to lie, I stayed the night at the Silver Legacy location in Reno where there was also the GR Fish n Chips as well as another GR location with the beef welly--but I wanted to experience Hell's Kitchen. An inkling of me (and the rest of my crew) thinks this may just be a utilization of the GR and HK name and not necessarily a true GR establishment under his actual and direct guidance. Disappointments/ - so, so, so disappointed it's not an actual open kitchen layout where you see everybody cooking; it's solely a 1 to 2 man show prepping the apps that you can see - this casino location is under construction and so beat down with limited options but obviously this isn't their fault Tips/ - you really don't need to hypothetically waste $25 on OpenTable to make a reservation because there were so many open tables - YES you need to pull a parking ticket but THEY DO VALIDATE PARKING for 4 hours (do not forget to tell them as they put a physical sticker on your parking tab)...otherwise it is $25 - this restaurant and the casino is located on the THIRD floor I ordered: 1) half a dozen oysters $27.95 - THIS IS THE HIGHLIGHT of the night - the meat was so juicy, so clean, and so delicious (do not let the size fool you!.. yes they are extra tiny) - I ordered this solely per the recommendation that you must try the sauce (SO TRUE.) 2) Caesar salad with no additions $17.95 - options of adding chicken or shrimp (I don't eat poultry but I ordered this solely because I wanted vegetables) - croutons were the best croutons I have ever had in my life... they put actual seasoning and herbs on each crouton with a drizzle of oil so it's extra delicious - standard Caesar salad otherwise 3) lobster risotto $35.95 - one person in my party believed the rice to be undercooked - lobster was fresh, delicious and sweet - everything complimented really well together 4) scallops $31.95 - my least favorite dish of the night - lukewarm scallops - everything was just sweet - bacon was flat and didn't add much to the dish - corn was sweet and crisp 5) beef welly $70.95 - I was so surprised there was no crunch to the puff pastry at all - everything on the plate complimented each other truly well - filet was absolutely melt in your mouth - presumably filet only comes as medium rare as the standard per the waiter (however I wouldn't be surprised if you can customize it) 6) Mac n cheese $15.95 - I appreciate the honesty of the waiter... SURPRISINGLY, the noodles/pasta itself is NOT made in house (it is sooo surprising because per the show and multiple other Gordon shows, Gordon always states its ridiculous not to make something so simple by hand...) - BUT, I personally hate Mac n cheese and would never eat Mac n cheese unless I am absolutely starving and I have zero options...and this was possibly the best Mac n cheese I have ever had in my life. It was just right all around. No after tastes. No cheese vomit. Toppings added another welcoming dimension and texture. Service: - super friendly - super aware/alert - super honest - never felt ignored - water always refilled and I never had to ask them - always more than willing to customize to your liking whether that's the dish or the dining experience (I asked them to slow the dishes down and they made it a 3 course meal... much appreciated and thank you!!!) Ambience: - great place for a much deserved treat - dimly and romantically lit - cozy and intimate Will I come back? Nope, but it was a definite once in a lifetime dining experience that I will never forget and something I will forever cherish. This is definitely an experience that draws those who are fans of GR. read more

We had a large group with various dietary preferences. The vegan dishes (according to my colleagues) were some of the best they've had. What an amazing experience! My boyfriend had just proposed earlier in the day and we decided to check a bucket-list item off and celebrate at Hell's Kitchen! The restaurant was absolutely beautiful and the weight stuff so friendly and attentive. He made a reservation and we were seated quickly. I opted for the three course meal because there was no way I wasn't trying the Beef Wellington and had heard wonderful things about the Sticky Toffee Pudding. My fiancé chose a steak and shared my dessert! They even brought out a complementary smaller dessert to celebrate our engagement. Everything was cooked beautifully and had amazing flavor! The Beef Wellington just melted in my mouth and the Pudding was sweet, rich and just as I hoped! I only had two complaints, which I'm sure anyone would expect the first: the price. Just over $100 for myself which is a bit pricey for us, but definitely worth the experience! The second was to please put more than four carrots and a tiny spread of potatoes on my plate if you're gonna make me spend $70 for it. I'll never understand why we get less food at fancy restaurants, but pay more just for the sake of plate appearance. read more

HELLLLL YEEESSSS..... After approximately 4 - 5 ish SMOKING BARREL (gotta keep them coming) - this place is easily one of my all time favorite place to eat up in South Lake. I was a regular before "gambler anonymous." J/k, winners don't quit.... - smoking barrel: yummy presentation and very delicious. The rye, vermouth, and especially cherry wood awakes my GUSTATORY RECEPTORS. My PAPILLAE was happy. Gotta get at least 3 and sneak in 2 more when wifey not looking. -AGE TOMAHAWK: "B-E-D " = (binge eating disorder ) is the way to go. Get it for yourself and NOT SHARE. It was that good. We had an amazing dinner here last weekend. The restaurant itself is very nice and the service was great. The risotto is beyond words, so amazing. The NY strip melted in your mouth. The Mac n cheese and Brussel sprouts were great sides as well. We finished off our meal with the sticky toffee pudding, which never fails to amaze me in how tasty it is. Amazing amazing service! Our waitress was so bubbly and made the experience great. Stand outs unsurprisingly were the Wellington and the sticky toffee pudding dessert. Although the food was good over all it definitely lacked in consistency and finesse a fine dining restaurant at this price usually has ie some icy chunks in the ice cream, little lobster casing in the risotto, uneven cook on some of the scallops. Overall good but not phenomenal. read more

For some reason I feel celebrity chef places are cliche but I have discovered through my life they are very consistent. We were big fans of the pub at Caesar's so we had high hopes. The space is cool despite the construction all around it. There is a wood paneled wall with all the Hell's Kitchen winners pictures on it in the most grabass haphazard way. It just stuck out in the wrong way. Service was very attentive and professional. Our glasses never got close to empty. Drinks were lots of fun and tasty. Little flashes of branding were very cute. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Melt in your mouth quality. Pretty accoutrements. The Wellington is a must do. You watch them try to do this on masterchef and when you see it in real life it's just magical. Scoff at the price if you will but recognize that this took skill. The lobster risotto was incredible. The lobster perfectly cooked. The risotto was tender and flavorful. Best I've ever had. The short rib is very good. I got it because we had a bigger party and agreed on sharesies but if it was just two of us I would not have ordered it. Now the star of the show was the sticky Toffee pudding. Probably the best Hell's Kitchen I've been to in terms of the friendliest team members. This is also the only location that doesn't have Meet your Maker cocktail, but their pineapple and jalapeño drink was great! Of course pork wagyu with polenta is always a hit for me. The place was busy when we came but not loud so that's also good. Bathroom is outside the restaurant but it's not far and not inconvenient. Definitely a place to go if you are in the area. read more

As Hell's Kitchen fans, my partner and I decided to come here for an early dinner. We were seated right away without a reservation and brought water. We ordered drinks, whiskey drink and mule, my partner liked the whiskey one but mine was way too sweet. So I asked for a glass of Chardonnay, it was very good and from a local vineyard. For apps, I got the salad and he got the scallops. The salad was slightly underwhelming (see photo) but seasoned well. Dinner for me was Mac n cheese sans prosciutto, and Brussels. Both dishes were excellent. They don't put breadcrumbs on the mac n cheese which I prefer, so it was nice and creamy with a good smoky flavor from the Gouda. The Brussel sprouts were AMAZING. The Fresno chilis added a nice kick. He enjoyed his welly but the portion is quite smaller than on television LOL Inside is clean and they have a front that looks like the show (red and blue sides) but a whole lot doesn't seem to be going on there. Maybe more of a garnish station. There is also construction outside the restaurant so the closed the curtains, which was nice. Overall, a decent meal with vegetarian options. read more

My husband and I were able to visit Hell's Kitchen before attending a concert, and we had a great time. It was not busy and we were able to be sat immediately. As you walk through the entrance, the dining areas are very open with tall ceilings and plenty of lighting on each table. As we walked toward our table, I noticed we were inching toward the "open kitchen" area. I was pleased to hear that it wasn't too loud being seated close to the kitchen, and that there wasn't a lot of commotion in that area as well. My husband and I ordered the Tuna Tartar app, along with cocktails to start the night. After, we decided to order the Prix Fixe menu with the scallops, beef Wellington and toffee cake. We were very pleased with all of the dishes, along with their paired wines; especially the well prepared scallops. **Chefs kiss.. 10/10 for the entire experience, and I'm grateful we made the decision to walk in on a Sunday night. read more

Really really good! Had a 4:00 appointment for anniversary celebration. Started with a meatball appetizer and it was outstanding. The sauce along with the polenta made these meatballs crazy good. Then shared a Caesar salad that was very good. Also had a 1/2 bottle of Merry Edward's Pinot and that was a treat. For main course I had beef Wellington and mac n cheese. It was very good and the only knock is for the mashed potatoes being a little cool. Not hot. Lastly after declining dessert they surprised us with a sticky toffee bread pudding. OMG - it was amazing and I don't care how full you are - order it and say thank you! By the time we left the restaurant was packed so make sure you get a reservation. Will need it for sure. read more

We had reservations and were seated right away. The restaurant has a nice ambiance to it. Loved that the kitchen area had blue and red sides. Service was excellent! But the food was just mid. It's doesn't feel like a "fine dining" experience more of a commercialized chain restaurant. Which is ok, we love those! But, we were not looking for that type of experience, especially with their prices. We ordered: Risotto Wagyu meatballs Scallops Mac & cheese Potato puree Short rib Beef Wellington Apple caramel cheesecake. We understand the Wellington is only cooked medium rare, ours was rare. My husband is fine with medium rare but the Wellington was under. It was still very chewy and bright pink. We did ask the server but he assured it they are all cooked medium rare . Risotto was good, not the best I've had but good. Wish they would give more. Mac and cheese didn't have too much flavor and was also done a little under Al dente. Short ribs were really good with the polenta. Potato purée was good but again nothing special. We're big fans of Hell's Kitchen so this was must stop but definitely disappointed in the food. Located in Caesars Republic is Hell's Kitchen. It was my wife's Bday and she wanted to go here. Setup like the TV show, a wonderful modern restaurant, with flare. We started with Champagne and Lobster Risotto. The Champagne was wonderful. The Lobster was very small, but sweet, fresh and buttery. The risotto was grainy and in need of more time cooking down, more cream, as well. Loved the flakes of crispy onion to add more texture, sweetness and saltiness. All good taste, just needed a little more. I ordered the Jidori Chicken and replaced the fingerling potatoes, with the potatoes purée. The chicken was about half of a breast, sliced, cooked wonderfully. Juicy and flavorful. The potatoes purée was awesome, working well with the sauce as a creamy, peppery, meaty addition. The micro greens on top brought an earthiness to cut through the richness. I ordered the cheesecake for dessert. It was good, but not anything I'd order again and I love cheesecake. It was kind of flakey. The lemon was perfect, but the berries were bitter and needed more sugar and once again, cooked down. Tried my wife's Sticky Toffee Pudding......WORTH IT ALL! Imagine butter cake, but toffee! Pure decadence! Warm, sweet toffee cake, with cold, ice cream on top! Service was very good. Overall, good 4/5, but portions/price were that of a Michelin star French restaurant, but without the depth. Plus, wife's Bday and all they did was put a happy bday in her dessert. read more

This is our 2nd time going to this location and both times it has been phenomenal from the food to the service. We didn't have a reservation this time, but were able to get seated right away when they opened for a group of 6. There was times where service was a little slow, but it did not bother us since everyone had great customer service. Our group shared the food we all ordered among each other and of course we all had different opinions on the top dish. For dessert, everyone agreed that the sticky Toffee was the best. For the cocktails, the sneakytini was the bigger hit. We all agreed that this was worth the wait and not eating all day lol. I would recommend giving this a try. read more

Our server was amazing and handled our group of 7 with ease. Never had to ask for refills and they came around to check on us consistently, but not overbearing. The food I felt loved up to my expectations. The group I was with got a lot of different dishes but I ordered their dinner set list. Scallops were a tad underwhelming but still good. Not that much flavor in my opinion. The beef Wellington was the start. It's known for a reason. I was pretty hungry going into the dinner and left very full. I finished with sticky toffee pudding. came for a reservation 8:30pm wednesday evening. got seated immediately. paid public parking and restaurant was deep within a hotel's casino 2nd floor so got there 10min late. the ambiance had me confused on whether i'd call this higher end fine dining. i thought it was interesting that our utensils were placed on the bare tables. food served within 15min of ordering. FOOD: the beef wellington was delicious! i'm not the biggest red meat eater but the meat was juicy, tender with the red wine sauce. it's what you'd expect, meat with puff pastry. the lobster risotto was my fav by far, i'd come back just for this. TRUFFLY, FATTY! the lobster was fair. the scallops were okay, i didn't see anything special abt it. same for the crispy salmon. soo much lentils and the sauce didn't stick out for me. smaller, delicate portions ofc. overall a one time experience, not somewhere i'll be thinking abt years down the road or would recommend as a must visit for tahoe, unless ur a fan of his show. read more

Your entire party does not need to order the prix fixe dinner. Just two days ago, I had the prix fixe dinner and my wife and daughter and other appetizers and entrees.

How to make reservation for 6 ppl? Called the phone number listed on Yelp which ask me to use OpenTable. OT has a limit of 4 on online reservations...any help will be appreciated.
I called right at 4 when they opened. I called every few minutes until about 4:15 when they finally answered and took our reservation.
How do you make a 14 person reservation if they don't pick up phone calls?
