Warmly greeted and seated promptly by the staff. Chef Gordon's 5-Course Prix Fixe menu was simply exquisite. After first seeing the Amuse Bouche, one might presume an evening of tiny, expensive bites -- leaving one hungry afterwards. Please know that couldn't be further from the truth here. Each course was its own little world. The variety of flavors from each course was interesting, yet perfect together -- moving from seafood to lamb to beef. The Lamb Lollipops with Tomato Jam were simply the best lamb I have ever enjoyed in my entire life. It was moist and flavorful even without either of the sauces. I think they may have ruined lamb for me, because wherever I go from now on, their lamb will be compared to HK, and most certainly lose out. I can just hear it now, "Nope, Hell's Kitchen lamb was better." Now, the Mini Beef Wellington was special, as well. Between the puff pastry and the beef is a thin layer of what I can only describe as mushroom purée. It is wonderful and adds something to the puff pastry that is unique. We Have A New Champion!! To give you some backstory, Peter Luger's was the best steak that I tried. Thing is, that was in November. I also tried Hell's Kitchen in LV, but I didn't like it that much. Ironically, I really wanted to try it again. So when I got the opportunity to try it again, I was hyped. The restaurant itself is tucked in the middle of a casino, and the decor is very fancy and nice, even if it isn't hell themed. But, the food is what matters. Me (My mom's tween son) and my dad both got the iconic "Beef Wellington", and my mom got the "Pan-Seared Salmon". The Beef Wellington had a wall-to-wall cook of medium-rare (130 degrees F). Also, the filet mignon was ridiculously tender, the mushroom duxelle added a very nice umami kick, and the potatoes and other assorted vegetables tasted pretty good, (remember, I hate veggies) and the puff pastry was flaky, salty, and soft. 10/10 steak, everything was perfect! My mom's salmon had a crunchy and crispy bottom skin, and the fish itself was soft, cooked to perfection, and tasted very high-quality. Then, the desserts came in. The iconic "Sticky Toffee Pudding" was, well, very sticky, insanely sweet, and the ice cream on top added to the flavor, even if it was just vanilla. Oh yeah! I forgot something! My mom ordered a decaf coffee, since it was late at night. It tastes bitter, but not too bitter, so it was just right. Finally, the "Cherry Cheesecake" was super creamy, cheesy, and sugary. And with the whipped cream, oh, so good! The servers too, were very nice, kind, and always acting very cheerful and happy. The bill came out to $275.94. Even if the wait was very long, the food made up for it by being high-quality and overall delicious. We decided to give Hell's Kitchen a try for our anniversary dinner and went with the Prix Fixe menu, which included the scallop appetizer, Beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The scallop appetizer was very good. Unfortunately, the Beef Wellington was a miss for both of us. We thought it had an odd flavor, which I'm pretty sure came from the black truffle. It may simply have been a matter of personal taste, but neither of our palates enjoyed it. The pastry lacked that light, flaky, buttery texture that should make a Wellington shine. We ended up peeling the pastry off and scraping away the truffles. The star of the evening was the sticky toffee pudding. Absolutely delicious and the highlight of the meal. As for the atmosphere, the restaurant itself didn't feel particularly romantic for an anniversary dinner. The vibe was more "upscale cafeteria" than intimate dining experience. We knew it was gonna be pricey as we looked at what menu over the years. It is very beautiful inside and loved how dim it was. Dark but just light enough. We each had a couple drinks which were pretty good. I don't know if we built it up in our minds with all the hype or what. The food was good I got a filet and husband got the Tomahawk. We visited hell's kitchen on 12/13/2025 to celebrate three birthdays in our friend group. There were 10 people in our group. When we arrived to check-in, we were seated immediately. Our table was all the way in the back and we actually had a private room which I'm glad we did cause we were loud lol. I really liked our space and how private it was. Our server was Wes. Thank god we had him, he was very chill and calm and took care of our table. He was on top of everything. He was very friendly and very sociable. Shoutout to Wes and his assistant who took care of our group exceptionally. Also I want to thank the manager who checked on our table to make sure everything was okay. We ordered numerous different dishes. I can honestly say, each of our dish was really good, absolutely no complaints. We also ordered from their specials and pre fixe menu. I ordered it at the LV location and I ordered it here. I honestly think it was better at this location. The rest of the table enjoyed it too. This was cooked well and not chewy at all. Perfect consistency. Tuna Tartare- Another appetizer that was very tasty. This tuna tartare had some good fish to it and had good mixings to it. Lobster Risotto- I woud love to try this dish again as my own. One of my friends tried it out and they really enjoyed it. I've heard a lot of good reviews on this dish. Entree: Rack of lamb- Everyone in our table was jealous of my rack of lamb. This rack of lamb was made right and to my liking. Good portion as well. Oscar Style- I love crab. This was filet mignon with crab on the top. If you're hungry I don't think this will be enough meal for you. Beef Wellington- You can never go wrong with this dish. I had this dish at their LV location and I personally think it was really good. It is something you definitely must try especially if it's your first time. We had other meals we ordered, it's just a lot to remember. All in all, this was an amazing experience. I always worry especially coming with a large group but from the check-in, to getting us sat down, to the food delivery and drinks and everything else, it was all smooth and everything turned out perfect. New York strip: Good cut, but again the sauce was on the salty side. Drinks: Espresso martini: Very strong -- which some people might love -- but it was too much for me to finish. I've definitely had better. Tommy's margarita: 8/10. Good balance of alcohol and flavor. Market margarita: Enjoyed the subtle jalapeño kick. Sides: Brussels sprouts: Not bad, but I've had better. The pork that came with it tasted a little sour. Mushrooms: Nice smoky flavor, though slightly too salty. Service: Service was great and very attentive -- maybe a little too attentive for my liking. I don't need to be checked on constantly, and I'm not a fan of servers refilling my water every time I take a sip. Some friends wanted to go here for a birthday celebration, so we went recently. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed overall. I of course expected everything to be expensive, but I wasn't impressed with the quantity OR quality of the items, ESPECIALLY when you factor in the price. I was looking up nearby fast food restaurants on my phone during dinner because of how disappointing this was... I got the New York Strip Steak and it was very mediocre. I know strips aren't the most tender cut, but this was quite chewy, and it was also over the medium rare that I ordered. Most egregious however was the lack of flavor. I legitimately didn't taste much seasoning at all, and it NEEDED the red wine demi-glace to be palatable. Overall pretty disappointing in my opinion. The wagyu meatballs were just okay. Not very distinguishable from regular meatballs, except these cost almost $5 each! The Mac n cheese honestly reminded me of Annie's white shell boxed macaroni....enough said. The sticky toffee pudding was EASILY the best part of the meal. This was delicious--very rich and flavorful without being too sweet. Not enough to redeem the meal overall, but very good nonetheless. This is a must try if you come here in my opinion. The service was fine to me, and the atmosphere is pretty cool as you get the feeling that you're on Kitchen Nightmares with the dueling red and blue teams. We went with the beef Wellington and filet mignon (Pittsburg style). We decided to go to Hells Kitchen, Lake Tahoe because were big fans of the show and of Gordon Ramsay in general. (I've been to his Steakhouse in Vegas) and we had family visiting from New York, so we wanted a special dining experience. The restaurant is inside the Caesars casino, so you do enter through the lobby. The room itself is on the small side and was busy at the time we were there but the noise level was still easy to talk and visit. There is no bathroom inside the restaurant so you have to use the one just outside in the lobby area. The décor was nice, with all the past show winners pictures on the wall. I liked the half blue/red kitchen. This restaurant does not have any live tv show going on. It's much more relaxed. The staff and servers were very professional and friendly. The food was delicious and prepared well. My bf had the Prix fixed menu, which included a Caesar salad, Beef Wellington and their famous Toffee Pudding Cake. I had the Burrata and Heirloom Tomato salad and the Braised Short Rib. We enjoyed our meal, as well as the carefully crafted cocktails. I've been a HUGE fan of Hell's Kitchen for the last 20 years and I was so excited to finally get the experience of trying the lobster risotto and beef Wellington for myself! From start to finish the service was top notch. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and our water glasses were never empty. The food was spectacular. It was everything I imagined it would be. The lobster risotto with crispy onions was a 10/10 for me. The beef Wellington was also amazing. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, everything. The ONLY thing that left me wanting more was the food portions themselves. For the price point, $71 for Wellington and $36 for risotto, I was a bit let down. Maybe because my only reference is the show itself, and they do say everything is bigger on TV? Maybe! That said, we shelled out $250 for dinner and I was hoping for a slightly more substantial portion. Nonetheless, I would dine here again and I very much look forward to my next visit! read more

On the last night of my work trip, I had dinner at Hell's Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay. Let me tell you, this place was incredible! Of course, I had to try the Wellington, as it's the signature dish on the menu. And let me tell you, it was perfectly cooked--the best steak pop tart I've ever had! The restaurant was very busy because there was a golf tournament there, so the service was a bit behind. We didn't eat for almost an hour and a half, but our server, Alan, made up for it with some nice glasses of wine. All of my coworkers ordered steaks, and they were all cooked to the perfect perfection. We also tried some of the appetizers, and my favorite was the tuna tartare, which was a specialty item for the night. The meatballs were delicious, and we ordered all of the sides. If you're looking for a fine dining experience, make sure you stop by Hell's Kitchen at the Caesars Republic Hotel. You won't be disappointed! read more
