My son and I were enjoying a little father and son time in Lake Tahoe. I gave him a choice of 3 restaurants to go for a signature dinner. He picked Hell's Kitchen because he had never been there. Let's start with the hostess because she is the first person we were greeted by. A tiny young lady that was so pleasant. Started the experience off perfectly. Our bussers were also amazing. Sean was our server. He absolutely set the stage for an amazing dinner. We both ordered prix fixe menu. All three courses were incredible. Scallops were seared perfectly and the pea purée was a perfect pairing. Beef Wellington was so good. What a way to end an amazing meal the sticky toffee pudding. Not sure when but I will be back.

What a fun experience. After watching the show a lot, it was nice to try some of the fantastic food I have viewed many times. Our server was amazing, very friendly, and informative about the food. I wish I wrote her name down. The Beef Wellington was great. At first I thought it was a little small, but I was full when I left. Is also had the scallops. The cake at the end was moist and a perfect way to end the meal. The Old Fashioned was very good, and I enjoyed the nuances of the garnishes. My wife had the lobster risotto and the bread appetizer. She also enjoyed the Espresso Martini. It was our 30yr anniversary. From the outside it looks like an elegant place to eat, but when we were inside, it seemed more mainstream with small children, and some loud youths enjoying their time. It didn't ruin the night, but it took a little refinement out of the experience. I apologize a few pictures did not come out good.

I'm sorry, but I just don't get it. Everything tastes the same. Nothing has any distinct complexity. It taste like elevated cafeteria food. This is the second time I've eaten at Hell's kitchen. The first time was at another Caesars and nothing went right. There were no stand outs. The management didn't deal with multiple problems that we had. At least this experience was better. We had a wonderful waitress name Stephanie, very personable and lively and helpful. The environment was nice. But the food... just not worth the $400 that we paid.

I love Gordon Ramsey so I was stoked to finally try one of his restaurants while in Tahoe. Reservations were pretty easy through Open Table. The dining room is beautiful and service attentive, which is what you'd expect at a restaurant of this caliber. Prices are high but quality is excellent. The Beef Wellington and Short Rib were tender and flavorful. I had mentioned in Open Table that we were celebrating a birthday and was happy that they brought out a complementary sticky toffee pudding for dessert for my wife. Again, great service. I would definitely dine here again if in the area.

Pretty nice restaurant. I've been to the Vegas location so decided to give this one a go. It's pretty much identical to the others, but that's not a bad thing. The cocktails are amazing and so is the beef Wellington. It is a bit overpriced, but the restaurant business has become ridiculous after COVID.

Beef Wellington - The pastry was soft and gummy. I peeled it off and ate the Filet instead

Checking in was timely and the staff were friendly. Setting was intimate, but I had a hard time reading the menu and had to use the flashlight on the phone. There were 4 of us so I was able to taste each dish. 1. I had their known dish "Beef Wellington". It was not what I expected. The pastry was very gummy and I ended up peeling it off to eat the Filet instead. A friend ordered the Filet Mignon, and I really liked her dish. The texture of her Filet Mignon was different than the Beef Wellington. 2. Friend 1 ordered the Filet Mignon and it was perfect. 3. Friend 2 order the crispy Salmon and that was very good. 4. Friend 3 ordered the Grilled Branzino which was also good. The dessert (Chocolate Sin Cake) was not what we were expecting. We were expecting the melt in your mouth creaminess, but it was hard.

Beautiful dining room, fantastic bar area. We had quite a few things off the menu. All were fantastic. Prices for the seafood and steaks are borderline stratospheric ($75-$150 typically for the steak menu items) and sides are an extra $13 each. But you are paying a premium for the celebrity status. The one vegetarian option for the entrees, tofu stir fry, seemed comparatively a bargain at $25. Some appetizer, salad, and the side prices seemed the better 'bargain' also compared to the fish and steak prices. $55 for Branzino (light white fish) is a bit much, but hey, it's Hell's Kitchen meeting a very high bar. Service is as good as it gets without hovering over you too much. While the atmosphere would normally dictate a business casual dress, the alpine casino resort changes that to anything except a swim suit and flip flops. There are people dressed up and people wearing printed t-shirts. I can only offer two minor suggestions to the establishment: put the oyster mignonette on the side so the customer can decide if and how much they want to use and add some soft surfaces as this dining room is extremely LOUD like a High School Cafeteria loud when full due to the tile floor and all the hard surfaces. 4.6 stars (-0.4 stars for noise level and some entree prices exorbitantly high.)

Date of Visit: 8/8/2026 We visited Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen for my husband's birthday last Saturday! Drove from Incline Village to South Lake Tahoe in the afternoon, and parked at the parking lot of the Caesar's Republic. Remember to get validate from the serve so will get 4 hours free parking. The Mariner $22.95 I ordered the seasonal cocktail made with gin and house made concord grape wine. On top there were egg white and decorated with two fresh grapes on a stick. HK Signature prix fixe menu $109.95 Add wine pairing $55.95 Husband got the prix fixe menu with three courses and with optional wine pairing. The appetizer was the Pan Seared Scallops, seasoned with bacon lardons and chicken jus. Paired with GH Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne. Octopus $29.95 For my appetizer, I got the octopus with scallions, sherry vinegar, gochujang romesco, and on the top of the sauce, there were tiny fingerling chips. Beef Wellington The main course in the prix fixe was the famous beef wellington. Medium rare beef that was wrapped with potato puree, and red wine demi glace. On the side there were glazed root vegetables. Dana Estate Vaso Cabernet Sauvignon The paring with the beef wellington was the cab from Napa Valley. 8oz Filet Mignon $67.95 For my main course, I ordered the filet mignon medium rare. On the side there was garlic compound butter, confit cipollini, truffle peppercorn sauce. Sticky Toffee Pudding For dessert, it was the famous sticky toffee pudding with the Speculoos Ice Cream. The wine pairing was the Emilio Lustau East India Sherry.

Food: 4 Ambiance:4 Service :5 We get it. Lobster risotto , beef Wellington, scallops. Yes. They are all good. But very predictable. The formula is there. I would love a change I menu. Seasonal specials, creative twists on classics etc... the formula can be monotonous. But good for those looking for a predictable menu done WELL. Price is very reasonable. Our group are not big drinkers . Not everyone had an appetizer. But with tip and a table of 11. We paid $1300 and 1 bottle of wine. So very reasonable. Service was a highlight.

We came here for the first time, excited to experience Gordon Ramsay's HK, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. To begin with, our server never introduced himself, so I don't even know his name. From the moment we were seated, he seemed uninterested and inattentive, making us feel as though our presence didn't matter. We were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary, so we had hoped for a more welcoming and memorable experience. My husband ordered the ribeye with mashed potatoes, and I ordered the salmon. It took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive. While the presentation was beautiful, the salmon skin was so tough that I couldn't cut through it--even with a steak knife. The salmon was served with sushi rice and bok choy, along with what was described as a gluten-free sauce. Even the server assured me that it was gluten-free. Whatever was in the sauce made me feel sick to my stomach, and I spent the rest of the meal trying not to vomit at the table. Unfortunately, I continued to be sick for the rest of the evening. The ambiance also felt a bit stuffy and cold, which only added to our disappointment. Overall, this was not the anniversary dinner we had hoped for. As for the price point, these meals were overpriced and over rated. Sadly, we won't be returning.

This was one of the best meals I've had this year! I've been a fan of the show, and coming to see a set live with sous chefs prepping and plating in those signature red and blue bandanas made for a great experience all around. The food-- Scallops - 100/10 Perfectly seared, sauce was divine, rich, and unforgettable. Beef Wellington - 100/10 First time trying this and I will never forget it. Puff pastry cooked perfect-- the filling, and the carrots plus mash were flavorful. The steak was the star, cooked to perfection. Lobster risotto -- 8/10 10 for the lobster, cooked beautifully risotto was rich but a touch salty. Sticky toffee pudding -- 1000000/10 If you get nothing else, get this. Between my neighborhood farmers market and the Marks and Spencer I visit once a year, this takes the cake. Ice cream topper was amazing, the cake itself was orgasmic, the sauce, lord bless America and bless this dessert. *located in Caesar's, so unless you're staying, parking is $30

    Chef Gordon's 5-Course Prix-Fixe Menu (Pre-Paid)
    Jason H.

Warmly greeted and seated promptly by the staff. Chef Gordon's 5-Course Prix Fixe menu was simply exquisite. After first seeing the Amuse Bouche, one might presume an evening of tiny, expensive bites -- leaving one hungry afterwards. Please know that couldn't be further from the truth here. Each course was its own little world. The variety of flavors from each course was interesting, yet perfect together -- moving from seafood to lamb to beef. The Lamb Lollipops with Tomato Jam were simply the best lamb I have ever enjoyed in my entire life. It was moist and flavorful even without either of the sauces. I think they may have ruined lamb for me, because wherever I go from now on, their lamb will be compared to HK, and most certainly lose out. I can just hear it now, "Nope, Hell's Kitchen lamb was better." Now, the Mini Beef Wellington was special, as well. Between the puff pastry and the beef is a thin layer of what I can only describe as mushroom purée. It is wonderful and adds something to the puff pastry that is unique. It's another dish that may be tough to beat, as well. Lastly, the Individual Sticky Toffee Pudding was not what I was expecting from the name, but it, too, was a hit with the entire party. Bo Young was a fantastic server -- very attentive and informative regarding each course. The ambiance was a casual elegance, fitting for such a fine meal. We simply can't wait to return.

My cocktail was right on point, and my boyfriend loved his martini. The ambiance was magical and whimsical all at the same time--such a beautiful atmosphere. The service, however, was not great. That said, our server was excellent and really stood out despite the overall service experience.

Warmly greeted and seated promptly…read more We began with a Blackberry Smash cocktail and the Seafood Plateau. The cocktail was sweet and the glass sticky, but full of berry flavor, nonetheless. The Seafood Plateau was incredible with King Crab Legs, Jumbo Prawns, Mussels, Lobster Tail, Ahi Tuna Poke, and Salmon Poke. It was a tad spendy, but since it's shareable for 4-5, I'd say it's worth it and would definitely order again next time. We also had the Crab Cake, two sizeable patties -- a little bit more flavorful and larger than your typical Crab Cake. The Grilled Broccolini was good, but typical. Lastly, for appetizers, the Crispy Pork Belly was also a hit -- although I did not get a taste as it is smaller and not so much shareable. The pièce de résistance was the Tomahawk Steak. Cooked perfectly medium-rare and served with Chimichurri and Au Poivre sauces on the side. The steak was very flavorful without any sauce, IMO. Served with Grilled Asparagus and Lobster Mac & Cheese. Kelsey provided excellent suggestions and service throughout. The ambiance was nice -- not dressy, but not casual. Resort attire, is what they call it, I think. We will definitely be back!

The fresh bread was a perfect addition to the meal, and every dish was prepared with great attention to detail. The Bistro Edgewood - Tables are comfortable but chairs are very heavy and hard to move. But nice setting with sparkling glass wear.
