We had a great experience selling a car here. We got an online estimate, based on the car VIN. To my surprise, they readily honored their online estimate and we walked out with a check within 30 minutes of entering the dealership! Carmax offered $2200 more than Carvana and $4200 more than another local dealership. Very pleased with both the price we got and the smooth, stress free transaction!

When I told the Manager the price was wrong and gave him a Kelly Blue Book print out, he called me a liar. Needless to say, the folks at CarMax Milwaukee convinced me to not do business with them. Fast forward to now at CarMax Pensacola. I was reluctant but my wife insisted we go to look at their selection of different SUVs. My mother-in-law sold them her Toyota that I hated because it was too small for me. Very few of the SUVs fit; I kept having to duck to get in and I am only 5'11". Wife decided she wanted the Lexus and paid to have it shipped to Pensacola. Took weeks but the Lexus finally showed up. First look was something is wrong with the paint. The car had been severely damaged but Nashville did not disclose that information. CarMax Pensacola refunded our money to ship the car. We had almost given up when I asked about a BMW (locked) on the lot. We loved it; paid cash and took it home. BTW-our salesperson was kinda of a schlub but did OK. Fast forward a couple of weeks and we finally go the car on the freeway. Something is wrong. Back to CarMax Pensacola; referred to the local BMW dealer, which I hate. SUV needs front end alignment and to our surprise, CarMax Pensacola picked up the $490 tab. Yes, we had a good rep at CarMax and their recommended person at BMW was a gem.

From the moment I reached out, the team was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than pushing a sale. They answered every question clearly, provided all the information I needed up front, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The vehicle I looked at was exactly as described -- clean, well‑maintained, and priced fairly. It's refreshing to work with a dealership that values honesty and customer service as much as Frontier Motors does. If you're looking for a reliable used vehicle and want to work with people who treat you with respect, I highly recommend Frontier Motors. I'd absolutely purchase from them again. Thank you Mr. Ron Robinson for everything!!!

That kind of customer service and integrity is hard to find. I truly appreciate everything they did for me and because of this experience they have earned my trust on future business. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a dealership that actually cares about its customers.

It is obvious that his "Yes, ma'am" is his equivalent of a child's "la la la, I'm not listening". Highest pressure sales place who doesn't give a crap about the customer. I couldn't even get the Carfax on a single vehicle; each time I'd ask, Gary would sit there and say "Yes ma'am" and not do anything. I repeatedly requested information and would get "Yes ma'am" as he sat there doing absolutely nothing. He's a liar, and uses only high pressure techniques with ZERO response to the customer but "Yes, ma'am". After hours of getting nothing and not even comfortable or certain in decision, the lying "Yes, ma'am" toad, FORCEDe to take a photograph while crying after I repeatedly told him I didn't want one to which I got "yes, ma'am", and told him to stop touching me and got another "yes, ma'am" and then he wrapped his toad arm around waist and forced a photo with tears on face with me covering face. This place is disgusting and highest pressure EVER.

Exactly what a fair car dealer should be. Many people worry about their experiences at car dealers and the fact that they try to sell you what THEY want you to buy. This was NOT the case here. This place knows what they're doing. Before bringing it back to Ohio (we found a killer deal and traveled to get the car) we made sure that it would be safe to make the travel. The service department made sure that the HHR was in tiptop shape and we were on the road. The title department did a great job, especially with dealing with out of state transfer. If we happen to come to Florida (panhandle) and need something done with our car, we hands down know the place we're going to be going to. The HHR is running strong 5 years after purchase, just like when it was new, except it now has 80k on it. Have never had a problem with the car and have never had a problem with Sansing. Sansing is a dealer that you can trust.

Sandy Sansing Chevrolet's BDC representative, Summer Anoai, contacted me on May 7th by text and…read moreemail in response to my request for trade-in value on my 2016 F-150. The email stated they were "excited to offer a firm price" on my 2016 F‑150 and encouraged me to bring the truck in for an in‑person appraisal to "get the most accurate trade value." The email also included a link to an online estimate range of $16,797-$19,469. I scheduled an appointment and met with a salesperson (Tory/Torie) on Monday, May 11th at 10:00 a.m. for the appraisal. After inspecting the truck, I was told the value was $9,000-$10,000, with the comment that they "could give more if I was trading." When I mentioned the $19,000 figure from the email I had received, the reaction made it clear that the in‑person offer did not align with the dealership's own written estimate or online valuation tools. The in‑person offer was less than half of the estimate range provided to me beforehand, which created a bait‑and‑switch effect for anyone relying on the dealership's stated "firm price" and online valuation tools. My experience was that the in‑person appraisal did not match the expectations set by the dealership's own communication. I want to note that I previously had a very positive experience with John Nudo at Sandy Sansing, which makes the discrepancy in this visit stand out even more.
