From the moment I reached out, the team was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than pushing a sale. They answered every question clearly, provided all the information I needed up front, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The vehicle I looked at was exactly as described -- clean, well‑maintained, and priced fairly. It's refreshing to work with a dealership that values honesty and customer service as much as Frontier Motors does. If you're looking for a reliable used vehicle and want to work with people who treat you with respect, I highly recommend Frontier Motors. I'd absolutely purchase from them again. So, we put a lot of trust in Ron to help us pick the right vehicle. We were particularly concerned with whether the car sustained any mechanical damage from the front and fender bender that it was in. He repeatedly reassured us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the engine and that it was merely bodywork. Hundreds of miles and dollars later, we arrived at frontier motors and within the first few minutes of our test drive found paperwork showing that the car had had the transmission replaced, and that mechanical damage was sustained during the accident. When we confronted Ron about this, he threw a childish tantrum. We talked to the manager, and he was unwilling to admit his wrong or to make it right for tricking us into traveling hundreds of miles for a dud car. These people are scammers even though they pretend that they are good business people. Don't trust them.

I recently went into Bob Tyler Toyota looking to sell my Lexus outright and lease a new vehicle,…read moreand the entire experience was excellent. I am admittedly a bit pushy--I know exactly what I want and how I want it. The team here didn't blink an eye at that; they worked hard to figure it out and deliver exactly what I was looking for. I walked away getting an amazing amount for my Lexus and a great monthly price on my new lease. What sets this dealership apart is the authentic customer service. Dropping a large amount of money is stressful, and people naturally have their guard up. But everyone here immediately puts you at ease. It doesn't feel like a sales tactic; they are just good people who want to see you leave happy rather than just making money off of you. While I was there, I overheard the other reps talking with their customers, and every single conversation I heard was warm, genuine, and personable. The specific team members who took care of me went completely above and beyond. Victoriah was the salesperson who helped get me into my new 4Runner. She was incredibly kind, and we had a great time chatting about personal stuff throughout the process. I watched her juggle myself and another customer who was buying a car at the same time, and even with her hands full, she remained completely attentive. A true 10 out of 10! Then there was Hayden, who worked with finance and on the floor. I only spoke with him for a little while, but he was very nice, knowledgeable and gave me real hope right off the bat that we could get a great deal together--and they delivered. When it came time for the paperwork, Jason in finance made getting through everything quick, seamless, and thorough. He clearly let me know what the dealership offered for coverage but was never pushy about making me buy it. He was fun to joke around with, which made the final financial steps a breeze. Chris, the floor manager, was the one who made this deal happen and approved my numbers. I later found out he mentioned that while I was getting a really good deal on this lease, it was worth it because he knew he'd make a loyal customer out of me--and he was 100% right. Chris was great to talk to; we chatted a lot about business and cars. Later, when I came back to buy weatherproof mats and the retail desk wasn't open yet, Chris personally walked me to the back to make sure the parts got ordered. To top it all off, I was briefly introduced to Mr. Tyler himself. I made sure to tell him what an amazing experience I was having, and he said that's exactly why he tries to be there every day--to ensure things are running right. As a business owner myself, I respect that commitment to his business and his employees deeply. The personal touch matters the most in these situations, and Bob Tyler Toyota nailed it. As long as I live in the area, they have a loyal customer for life. If you want a stress-free, enjoyable car-buying experience, go see this team!

Here's an updated version: This was, without question, the worst BMW dealership service experience I've had, and I've owned BMWs in five different states. I scheduled my appointment more than a week in advance and arrived before the service department even opened for my 10:00 a.m. appointment. Despite already providing detailed information about my vehicle's issues when I booked, it still took about 30 minutes just to drop off my car. I left expecting that, at a minimum, my scheduled oil change and diagnostic for my door issue would be completed on the day of my appointment. My service advisor acknowledged they were busy and asked if I would be okay leaving the car through the following day if repairs took longer. I agreed because I was led to believe the work could reasonably be completed by then. I also asked to receive updates throughout the day and an estimate after the diagnostic. By 2:00 p.m., I hadn't heard anything, so I called and was told my car hadn't even been looked at. I checked again around 4:00 p.m. and was informed that my vehicle would not be seen at all that day. I was then told that if parts needed to be ordered after the diagnostic, they would likely need to keep my car through the weekend while waiting for them to arrive. This was especially frustrating because I had already described the issue when I made the appointment. If the dealership was that backed up, they should have communicated that before accepting my appointment or at least when I dropped the car off. Instead, I lost an entire day only to learn that no work had been performed. I live about 30 minutes away, work full-time, and planned my schedule around this appointment. Better communication would have made all the difference. My vehicle was finally ready around 2:30 p.m. the following day. The oil change and brake fluid service were completed, but I chose not to proceed with the diagnostic. After being told the necessary parts likely wouldn't arrive until the following Tuesday, I had an upcoming road trip that weekend and needed my car back. I also didn't want to pay for a diagnostic only to have the vehicle reassembled, return later, and potentially pay additional labor to access the same area again for the repair. I had also requested a courtesy vehicle when scheduling my appointment but was told I didn't qualify. Considering my vehicle ended up staying overnight and could have been held through the weekend, that was disappointing. If I'm paying dealership service prices, I expect the level of convenience and customer service that typically comes with them. What disappointed me most wasn't that the dealership was busy--it was the lack of proactive communication and realistic expectations. Rather than being upfront about delays, I had to repeatedly contact the dealership for updates, only to learn hours later that my vehicle hadn't been touched. The inability to complete even a scheduled oil change on the day of a pre-booked appointment is frustrating, but the communication throughout the process made the experience even worse. I chose Sandy Sansing BMW expecting the premium service experience associated with the BMW brand. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those expectations.

I spent months searching for a Ford Expedition and worked with a salesperson throughout the day to complete most of the paperwork remotely because I didn't want to spend hours at the dealership. When I arrived, I was told the Expedition we had been discussing had actually been sold days earlier, even though I had been led to believe it was still available. Rather than leave after wasting my trip, I decided to give the dealership another chance because I had done business with Sandy Sansing before. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Ford Expedition Max Platinum that had been transferred from another Sandy Sansing dealership. By this point it was late, the dealership was close to closing, and I felt pressured to complete the purchase that evening rather than come back the next day. I requested the Carfax but was never given a copy to review. It was only quickly scrolled through on a computer. My test drive was also limited because the vehicle only had about two miles of fuel remaining. The dealership's own inspection report stated, "Has multiple minor oil leaks, wet but not dripping yet." I was simply told it had a few minor oil leaks. Within days of purchasing the vehicle, I received a low oil pressure warning, and an independent inspection at Firestone determined the leak was coming from the timing cover with an estimated repair cost of approximately $3,000. When I contacted my salesperson, instead of directing me back to the dealership's service department, I was repeatedly told to contact a mechanic he knew by the nickname "Sheriff." The only assistance the dealership offered was a vehicle detail because it had not even been cleaned before delivery. Other issues I discovered shortly after purchase included concerns with the air conditioning after I was told it just needed refrigerant, an intermittent running board issue, a rear washer that doesn't work, a detached rear defroster connection, and brakes that feel unusually soft even though the inspection report indicates the brakes and rotors were serviced before the sale. I also had concerns during the finance process. While I was still reviewing the electronic paperwork, the finance documents were submitted before I felt I had finished reading everything. That left me very uncomfortable. To add to the frustration, I was told I couldn't reuse my Florida license plate because it was over 10 years old, but the DMV later told me it was still valid. I also still haven't received my Arizona plate from my trade-in and continue receiving payment reminders from my previous lender because I have not yet received confirmation that my trade-in loan has been paid off. I understand that used vehicles, especially those sold as-is, can have problems. My disappointment is not simply that repairs are needed. It is the overall experience, the lack of transparency, the way concerns were handled after the sale, and the feeling that customer service ended once the paperwork was signed. I hope Sandy Sansing Chevrolet reviews this experience and works with me toward a fair resolution. At this point, I cannot recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership based on my experience.

The email stated they were "excited to offer a firm price" on my 2016 F‑150 and encouraged me to bring the truck in for an in‑person appraisal to "get the most accurate trade value." The email also included a link to an online estimate range of $16,797-$19,469. I scheduled an appointment and met with a salesperson (Tory/Torie) on Monday, May 11th at 10:00 a.m. for the appraisal. After inspecting the truck, I was told the value was $9,000-$10,000, with the comment that they "could give more if I was trading." When I mentioned the $19,000 figure from the email I had received, the reaction made it clear that the in‑person offer did not align with the dealership's own written estimate or online valuation tools. The in‑person offer was less than half of the estimate range provided to me beforehand, which created a bait‑and‑switch effect for anyone relying on the dealership's stated "firm price" and online valuation tools. My experience was that the in‑person appraisal did not match the expectations set by the dealership's own communication. I want to note that I previously had a very positive experience with John Nudo at Sandy Sansing, which makes the discrepancy in this visit stand out even more.
