If I had been informed, I could have decided whether to move forward with the repair. Instead, I was put in a position where I had no choice but to pay in order to get my car back. On top of that, after looking up the cost of the parts, it appears they mark them up by at least 40%. Proceed with caution. People don't write bad reviews for absolutely no reason.

They claimed 'premium parts' but replaced my Firestones with Advantas and installed a $331 no-name battery. $1,400 in struts and they didn't even fix the damaged rims. The original advisor walked off my call. His replacement blamed me for not knowing insurance hadn't seen the car--information they withheld when calling to upsell more work. They even offered to uninstall parts to match Progressive's estimate. That says everything.
