On our way home from work (I carpool with my hubby), a truck in front of us started leaking junk and unfortunately for us, before we could avoid it, we ran over it and heard a weird sound. We had a flat. Luckily , we were on John Young very close to Colonial so we pulled in here. They showed us the huge piece of debris that caused the flat - we needed a new tire. This is a difficult review to write because in the end I wasn't charged but I wAsted four hours waiting for one tire to be replaced. The staFf was very nice but I Dont feel they understood foreign cars and I'm inclined not to return. Once I did finally get to leave my tire pressure light was still on and I was forced to figure it out. Can I rate less than one star? Asked if they could check out a rattling noise inside the door panel and the guy was a complete asshole about it. Seemed annoyed from the moment he spoke to me. I blew a tire and called to get a quote on 2 new front tires. Barb answered and was extremely helpful in finding the right tire for me. I brought the car in at 4:45 and was out the door by 5:30 with two new tires and all my questions answered. We have taken each of our 2 cars here for a free inspection following an oil change and inspection at another vendor. Both times, this Goodyear garage confirmed that the other vendor's recommended services were not necessary. Neither time did they recommend anything aside from what we already knew was necessary. We always love honest mechanics and garages and want to let them know how much we appreciate their service. read more

I always had a good experience at this location. I take my car here for the basic maintenance, oil change, rotation, balance, alignment, etc. My car is always in and out quickly. They do make suggestions on maintenance issues that are coming due or needed to be done, however they are never pushy. read more

I came in to get an oil change and two days later the "low tire pressure" light came on even though they do a "29 point inspection" which is supposed to check tire pressure. Also, it took well over an hour even though I had an appt. read more

Stay away from this place. I had my car towed to Goodyear after it broke down on me. They did a diagnostic test and quoted me a price of $972.00for repairs. Fortunately,the parts that they claimed,needed to be replaced,were covered under a warranty plan I owned. The warranty company asked them for proof of the diagnostics,etc, before approving payment. All of a sudden the cost went from $972 to $285, and they started to drag their feet on repairing the car. Imagine if I did not have that warranty plan. I would have been ripped off for $687more. My wife and I bought a new car in April 2017 and within 10 months and 18K miles, I noticed that the front tires were worn down. I called the dealer and they directed me to call Dunlop customer service. I did and they directed me to have the tires assessed at the nearby GoodYear store and based on that, they'd give me a discount on new tires. I made an appointment and went to the Goodyear store on John Young. I met Christina Rivera, the service rep, and told her what happened and gave her the Dunlop case number. They took the car in and within 10 min, she came back and informed me that the tires had never been rotated. I know that we had followed the free oil change and maintenance services plan as directed by the dealer, but we found out that they simply could not have rotated that tires each time. So in stead of having to pay over $400 for new tires, she directed me back to the dealer with the assessment that they did of the tires. The dealer acted like they didn't't want to do anything but ultimately replaced the tires and gave me a free front end alignment for half of what I would have paid for the new tires. Christina was awesome and with the information she gave me, we saved so much $$$$. Thanks Christina! read more

I went to Goodyear to get an oil change and to have wiper blades installed. The employee I spoke to told me it would take about an hour and a half. After that time had passed, I noticed that they had not started on it yet. There was no staff available to ask about its progress and it didn't end up being ready for another two and a half hours. They were apologetic about the wait and the quality of work done was satisfactory, but I would not necessarily recommend this particular establishment since they seem to move at a slow pace and customer service was not a priority. read more

Really bad service, rude people, maybe for the exception of one or 2 people, one manager talked to me and my friend like we were idiots, we've told them we wanted a whole checkup on a used vehicle "Pt Cruiser" we just purchased, meaning we wanted estimates on whatever the car needed fixing, after a couple of fixes including a new Ac compressor and adding new tires as well, and charged us $1,900 after taxes wich i thougth was insane.!!!!! A week after, the car wasnt starting , battery needed to be replaced..!! I mean cmon, something so basic and "Goodyear" they couldnt do it.!! Went to walmart , guy says that battery looks old, i was like seriously?!!! After spending $1,900 "Goodyear" at least they couldve just change the battery as well. Or let me know it would need to be replace soon. Was a big hassle and a waste of time going to this "Goodyear" location. And I will never recommend "Goodyear" at all. read more
