I came in this morning around 9 am- it was completely empty. I originally wanted to take my car to the dealership but I decided to take it to Goodyear. I hear squeaking when I pulled it in last night so I got that checked out. Evidently it was my wheel bearings on my tire . I talked to Carlos he was my technician on my car. I requested service for them to take a look he told me it'll be $80 to scope it out and replace my bearings and service fee it was only $902. They're efficient here and I highly recommend this Goodyear. They were also quick and very nice when handling my car. 10/10 I recommend this Goodyear read more

***Beware*** Do not bring your car here. Do not trust the manager or mechanics. They did not do a proper diagnostic on my car. They are worried about making money. After selling me a rack and pinion my car was having the same issue I bought it in for. Turns out I needed more repairs than they neglected to tell me in the beginning. We agreed to reverse everything, put the old one back in. The manager Frank was not happy about this. After picking up my car, not even 5 minutes later it starts overheating. I called the shop to ask what they did to it. Frank denied any wrongdoing. My neighbor and I discovered no water was in the car at ALL. Oddly enough when I picked the car up the heat was on in 70 degree weather. Neighbor said that's a trick you do when the car overheats. The heat pulls heat from the engine. They knew!! Unbelievable, they would intentionally sabotage my car. In addition, they left a component loose on my car that I discovered when adding water to the vehicle. read more

Mechanics were very helpful and friendly. One mechanic helped me check the tire pressure when a warning message appeared on my rental car.

I've used this location several times and have had both acceptable and unacceptable service. This time was the latter. I dropped my car off for an oil change (and complementary tire rotation) at 8:45am. After hearing absolutely nothing from them all day, I called back at 3:00pm to see what was going on. The person who answered the phone had no information. I was kept on hold for 5 minutes and was finally told the car would be ready in 15 minutes! When I got the the shop at 3:20pm, I stood at the empty service counter for almost 5 minutes, but finally had to go into the garage and get someone to cash me out. The same young woman who was there in the morning took my payment without acknowledging that the oil change had taken all day. When I got into my car, the passenger seat was fully reclined as though someone had been taking a nap in my car. The service interval had not been reset and the vinyl reminder sticker on the windshield had not been replaced. Honestly, I have no way of knowing if they even did the work! I thought about going back inside and complaining, but decided to just leave and not come back. They just lost a customer. read more

I met with the store manager Steve and the service manager Cody to discuss the potential issues my wife was having with her 2004 Lexus RX330. Both of these professionals took there time to listen and advise me on several different avenues to resolve the problems and parts that needed replaced on a vehicle with 252,000 miles. First up was replacing worn tires with a set of Goodyear Assurance Max that came with a $100 rebate. With a new set of tires I always ask for an alignment. This required a left side drive shaft replacement due to a broken boot and worn bearings. The drive shaft arrived 15 minutes later from their parts supplier. I also mentioned that the SUV was pulsating when braking. I suspected warped brake rotors and this was confirmed and resolved by turning/truing them. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and a very fair price. Before I left Steve the store manager asked me when the last time I replaced my cabin air filter. I said I've never replaced it and not sure when the previous owner last replaced it. A cabin air filter arrived 10 minutes later to replace a disgustingly filthy and neglected area of the car. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the services that were preformed today. I would not hesitate to use this Goodyear location again for my vehicles. These guys know what they are doing but, they are going to charge you an arm and a leg for the service. I went in there to get an oil change sometime ago and the manager Adam was trying to sell me everything under the sun and trying to tell me my car was pretty much going to die. So, if your willing to pay they can do the job but, I just didn't trust them. Also, they wanted to put on new tires. I told him the ones he was showing me were too much money so, he went and showed me the cheap tires which I don't even think would have fit my car. Long story short went to discount tires and got what I wanted at a great price. I won't be going back to this place because they just don't seem very honest and, it's all about the money, not what your cars needs. read more

We arrived in Orlando from North Carolina on Saturday morning. Our alternator went out on Sunday morning. We were scheduled to leave on a cruise early Monday morning. We called AAA & began looking for a repair shop. Thank God Goodyear was open. We called and spoke to Cody. He said he would do his best to get it fixed today. We received updates about the repair progress. They got the van fixed and back to us before 6pm! This is a great place! They are very helpful. I recommend them. They came through for us. read more

Watched them take advantage of customer after customer as I waited for an oil change (2+hrs) and for a leaky tire to get checked. FYI they charged $30 to replace valve stem on tire. From my experience that's a $15 dollar job. If you have to do business here make sure you know what the tires/repairs should cost or they hit you at top retail price. read more

I had an issue with my tire on my vacation and had another place look at it and they claimed to have fixed it. It was still an issue so I took it to Goodyear and they were amazing. Took the time to correctly diagnose the issue and fix it to the best of their ability. The tire needs to be replaced but they couldn't get it in time so they did what needed to be done to get me home. It was a Goodyear tire so they didn't charge me anything because it was under warranty. Everyone was top notch and just great people. read more

He was the one who answered my call when i found a nail in my tire and i was putting my spare on. i dropped my tire off two hours before they closed and alberto finished the patch job five minutes before close. i called on my way to pick it up and was told they wouldn't have time that night to put my tire back on but that they could call me the next day when they had an opening. i came in and alberto told me the same thing but i told him i was going to the kennedy space center so i needed to the tire back on tonight, meaning i would be putting it on myself (which driving 100 miles round trip on a tire i put on myself would have given me a panic attack) and just as i thought alberto was going to put my tire in my trunk and send me on my way, he had me back up into one of the stalls and he put my tire back on for me. i hope he couldn't see how flustered i was, i was like crying lol he stayed past close to put my tire on and i'm so incredibly grateful. alberto if i could give you 100 stars i would. keep being the amazing and helpful person that you are and thank you so much for your kindness tonight. read more

I was nervous to go there at first, mainly due to the reviews here on Yelp, but my tire popped and they were essentially my only option. They were able to get the tire I needed and allowed me to come in first thing the next morning. Adam was friendly and got me in and out. Went in just for an oil change, I had an appointment at 8 at 9:20 they give me over $1000.00 of things they said I needed. I took the list to dealership where my total was 400. Also I asked them to rotate my tires (came with oil change) on my front tire on the the driver side I have a air cap I purchased from walmart. I later noticed the same cap was on the same tire on the same side, which means these liars did not rotate my tires. If they lie about a tire rotation what else would they lie about!!! read more

I went to this place when i had steering problems with my car they told me it was a gear in the steering box they put a new gear in they said i also needed struts my car 2007 chevy it had 39000 miles on it they charged me 1700 dollers the same week i had it repaired it happened again ready to blow a gasket myself i took it to pepboys they told me in order to fix the problem i needed the whole rack compinion system repaired i asked how much to do this they quoted me a price of 600 dollars i explained what goodyear did and they. Said to take it back two them so i took it back and when i explained what pepboys told me the guy got real nasty with me and said the part was a defect so they fixed it again well needless to say the same thing again i finally went back to pepboys and told them about it and they said ok they would do the work i was there at 12 noon until 7.30pm watching them do all the work and no break two guys doing it and all new parts i couldnt beleive it but thats what should have been done in the first place it cost me a total of 2300 dollars what should have been 600 period please avoid this place i drive 1.4 alot if this would have happend then it could have been a real tragedy. read more

I was very impressed with the service and speed at this location. I took my car in to have the brakes replaced and all four struts replaced. They convinced me to change out my fluids since the car was over 100K miles and it hadn't been done. The total cost was still well under two other quotes that I had received for the work that didn't include the fluid change. Finished all the work same day, in fact a couple hours quicker than they had quoted. Very happy and would definitely go back again, although I hope I don't have to for a while. read more

Go to this place if you want to overspend and get your car screwed. My 3 year old corolla with no issues till date was taken here for a simple oil change. With 10 days my maintenance required light came up- when I went to talk to them about this they wanted me to pat $103 for just diagnostics not even taking responsibility for fixing. I was a new customer to Goodyear. The experience I had makes me not want to ever go back to any ever again. The man who helped was very rude and unappealing to start off. I asked to have my oil change and my tires rotated and balanced. He asked which oil i wanted and I chose the $39.95 oil change because they would rotate your tires for free (which if anyone has ever had their cars serviced knows that a tire balance comes with a rotation with no extra cost). He totaled everything up and made it seem like it was only going to cost me $55, which i thought was reasonable because of possible labor fees. He then tells me its going to be about an hour. He comes back later with over $1000 in services that my car will need. They finish with my car and I go up expecting to pay $55, but they tell me that my bill is over $100. Of course I had to pay it or else they weren't going to give me my car back. I look closer at the bill when I get home and it says that the fee for a rotation is only $6, but it totaled out to be $50 to rotate the tires aka they pushed the "WOMAN" button to screw me over. Reading all the reviews on here the problem at this place is definitely ADAM. They like to throw a bunch of unnecessary work on your estimate and pay for things that do not need replacing. The service orders that they have you sign are deceptive and no one takes the time to explain to you what you actually signed for. READ everything they ask you to sign and under no circumstance believe that you are in a trusted place. This is a true BUYER BEWARE operation. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

My wife and I were on our 25th Anniversary trip, visiting Disney when we discovered a flat at 1AM on one of our tires. We used an electric pump and were able to get back to our condo. We discovered a nail in the tire but it was a slow enough leak that we were able to drive. We booked an appointment using the Goodyear Auto Service Centers website and they were able to take us promptly. We were concerned that we would lose a good part of our morning waiting for a repair and also concerned that, as tourists, we might be taken advantage of. We cannot speak highly enough for how we were treated by Codey Perrone and the team at this location. We saw that they offered free flat repairs but we offered to pay for it because we had a competitors tires on the car and because we weren't local, we wouldn't be able to repay them with subsequent service work. Mr. Perrone assured me that they do this as a courtesy and thet no payment was necessary. They removed the tire from the car and repaired it properly with a patch from the inside, then balanced the tire for no charge at all. Their service technician took the car for a drive to ensure that the tire was driving fine and to clear the service light. While we waited, we were able to sit comfortably, watch TV and have a coffee. We were soon on our way, able to enjoy our time at Disney and feeling happy that we were treated so well. My wife and I decided that when it's time to replace these tires, we will make sure we go with Goodyear tires. Thank you! read more

Has a loud intermittent bang/squeakyin left front... like a bad universal or ball joint. They said they found nothing wrong with left front but found almost $3000 worth of other stuff wrong. Tried to sell me a front brake job for $700+ (and another $300+ for rotors). Guess they aren't used to people who have a clue about cars or repair prices.I would highly recommend NOT going here for anything more than an oil change. In addition to the other things noted in this thread... they wanted to charge me for 2 of their "lowest quality" tires what it would cost for 4 tires from a tire store in the same plaza. read more
