The headlight turned out to be a bigger problem, which they quickly diagnosed and fixed. They also checked out my rattle and determined that it was a very minor problem and not my control arm and fixed it for free. They were honest and very pleasant to work with.

They worked amazingly well with her budget, and her vehicle sounds like it is new. She grins ear to ear for her 'new car', and honestly, I'm right there with her. I always worry that when she does car work alone, she would get 'strung along.' It didn't happen for her. She was treated with respect, we were shown videos and photo evidence of all issues, and the team was so friendly. I'm thankful to have a place close to home that I can trust for with my mother.

Service manager Ron J. did not follow through with his warranty obligation. Truck ticks like a model A and is going through 2-3 QTs of oil every 3 days.. terrible shop terrible business practices. The reason was, my car is too old, therefor they would not put on the lift. True, it is aGerman old timer but not a clunker. They offered no help or tools to make the process faster. I was the only customer at that time. Second time, with my daily driver also a German car needed a quick oil change out of convenience. 40 minutes later the young mechanic confessed he cannot find the filter house. After I got the golden pass to enter the mighty of all garages I pointed out the filter house. They were fine from there. Third , and fourth time I stopped by to talk someone about a specific tire they seems to have in their online system. I needed to confirm the brand, model and size make sure it isn't a third party scam and not getting "something similar". The store hours states 7AM-7PM but due to short staffing they closed earlier. Please communicate the hours so patrons don't waste their time. Or cross train employees from the front of the house to be able to use the computers and be able to give basic informations about your inventory. The area of the self check outs are conveniently over staffed all the time. Thank you for your time

I had an accident resulting in 2 flat…read moretires and after waiting over 2 hours for AAA to tow me to Walmart to get new tires, I arrived just before closing. The manager Keith was so very rude & unkind when he told me to come back tomorrow. He wouldn't set up a service call, take keys or do anything to help me. We ended up having the car towed to another garage where we could leave the keys and they will fix my tires properly. The customer service is horrendous and I will never use the auto center again.
