I called and spoke to Ryan. He quoted me $130 to mount and balance and dispose of four tires for my truck. When I got there. John stepped in and was very disrespectful and condescending and he said that since I didn't buy the tires there, it was gonna cost $300 in lieu of the $130. John is not a very good manager and I would definitely not recommend doing business with him. It's not the first time I had issues with John. He always tries to upsell and the price always seems to go up with these fees that we were never disclosed upon initial quote. If you decide to do business with John make sure you get it in writing. I will no longer be doing business with Town Fair Tire and whoever chooses to, be careful for the switch and bait.

I only got 30 thousand before there was no tread on them. Won't name the tire company but apparently they had lots of problems with this particular tire. John and his crew made this situation right for me. One who genuinely thanked me for calling and didn't rush me off the phone. He said to call back 45 mins before I was ready to come in and he would make sure my car would get worked on right away. I called back this afternoon and they took me right away. Rob at the front desk was very friendly and the waiting room was very comfortable. As a younger female, autoshops aren't usually the most welcoming places, but this was the best auto-realted shop I have ever been to. They even fixed my tire free of charge and encouraged me to come back if I needed any other work done. Excellent experience. I didn't realize there were still businesses in the world today that ran with genuine hospitality! I highly recommend.

My battery died and I took it to an auto parts store to get a new one, but they told me they did not have the proper equipment to replace it as the voltae had to stay on. So I drove over to Meineke and they were able to fix it immediately. Recently a rear shock failed after the warranty had expired, but Meineke replaced it for no charge anyway.
