Not long after, I woke up to a flat tire that would no longer take air. I returned to the business to have the tire replaced, as it was clearly the source of the issue. When my husband and I arrived, I explained the situation, expecting they would stand by their work. From the beginning, one of the employees (who I believe is the owner's son) was extremely aggressive and began yelling at us. He incorrectly claimed I had been there "6 months ago instead of 2 months ago," which is false. I had my receipt, bank statement, and even a photo from the day the tires were installed. He continued being dismissive and rude, mumbling under his breath. When they removed the tire, it was visibly damaged with threading issues and a bubble. Despite this, I was told it was due to my alignment and that "the car is bad," even though I had never had any issues with my vehicle prior to coming here. They installed another tire, and at no point did they tell us we would be charged again. We were under the impression the tire was being replaced due to a defect or issue with their original work. We were then surprised when they attempted to charge us $65 again . When we questioned why we were being charged, both the son and the older man became very aggressive and started yelling . At that point, we said we would not be paying the additional charge. The situation escalated further . The employee became extremely angry, slammed my front door shut, which caused concern for possible damage, and aggressively handled a jack, shoving it under my vehicle. My fiancé immediately removed the jack and moved it away from the car, asking them not to handle the vehicle or door in that manner due to the risk of damage. Instead of de-escalating, they continued yelling and attempted to force the jack back under the car. The older man also tried to physically push my husband out of the way. At that point, I felt unsafe and called the police. I made it clear I did not want any further work done on my vehicle and requested the original tire be put back on under the officers supervision. The situation was eventually handled with police present to de-escalate. Afterward, I noticed multiple similar reviews describing poor customer service and issues with tires. Based on my personal experience, I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to consider this before using this business!!
