If we had shopped on line we would have save $600 on each piece and had product in 2 to 4 weeks. Follow up calls resulted in "We will call you when its ready" Not until we pushed did we get a call saying it was being built the next day and would ship to us in a week. Customer service extremely lacking and the Guardsman Protection plan is a waste of money. over 600 complaints with the Grand Rapids location in 3 years. We have been lied to so many times: "The chairs have to be made", "The chairs are on the truck and on their way", "Christmas slowed down the delivery". Mobley's Furniture was quick to accept our money then could care less about delivery. Very poor business.
