I am extremely meticulous and demanding when it comes to my family's needs and Chris made sure my mother was matched with the right bed for her specific situation. He gave me his word that he would take good care of her and yes..he delivered. She spent at least two hours with him trying various mattresses and there was no pressure, no upselling, and no gimmicky sales tactics. He also ensured that she got the best pricing and incentives for her bed. Again, he took excellent care of my mother and I cannot say enough good things about him!
