There were a lot of brand new wigs for about $10 a pop, and many racks with costumes. Also noticed quite a few new/like new pairs of shoes that were going only for $7 (including a pair of stylish pumps that would normally go for $40+ at the mall). The only thing I bought was a book for 25 cents at their Last Chance store next door. I seriously need to come back here on a weekly basis to hunt for children's books. Such a great deal!

A couch, accent chair, and ottoman can run you in the neighborhood of $1500-plus dollars, but I found a living room set in very good condition -- I think there was one imperfection on the leather of the sofa -- for $375. They were also super-helpful in that I saw the living room set just a few days before I was going to leave the country, and so normally their policy is to require you to pick up purchased goods within a week, but because of extenuating circumstances, they kept it while I went on my trip. Good selection, good service.

The last time I stepped into Burlington, they had coat factory behind the name, so I was not sure what to expect. When I walked in, it looked like a cross between Ross and Goodwill. It did not at all look like a brand new store that opened a couple of months ago in November. Everything was unorganized. The home goods section had some nice items, but many items were broken or dirty. I must admit they had a nice selection of women's coats with great prices. I ended up purchasing 3 coats. I did not encounter the staff until I checked out. The customer service was friendly and professional. If you are looking for a good find and have time to look at everything, you might come across some good deals.

I took my Mom Christmas shopping to buy gifts with her for her kids, grandkids and great grand…read morekids. This year she decided on getting everyone shoes, all 23 of us. We walked in to the store and told the associate we'd be buying 23 pairs of shoes. They explained the layout of the store since we needed shoes from all sections from toddlers to mens! Every time we picked out a few pairs an associate was there to take them up to the counter for us until all our choices were done. The associate who rang us up helped to make sure we were signed up for the rewards program and was sure to ring our shoes up so we saved as much as possible with the buy one get one half off deals. Once our purchase was done 2 associates carried our bags to my car for us. Mom and I had an amazing experience today at this location. Everyone was excellent from beginning to end! Since then, I have gone several times to shop for infant/toddler things (she's almost two) and honestly, I'm not impressed with the clothing selection. They do - sometimes - have some nice toys and gear, but so do other places. For clothing, I do much better at semiannual consignment sales.
