Unlike other Goodwills that have a color of the week, this one seems to have a flat price for everything. I was interested in a plastic chess set, but walked out with a wooden Scrabble box set instead. Both were the same price and that was kind of bonkers to me since the quality of each game was much different. The Scrabble set was a pretty good price for what it is. My brother picked up a cool sweatshirt here too. It's hard to find anime merch that's a little more lowkey so I thought this one was worth it. The service here was really friendly. While this Goodwill isn't specifically my favorite one, I will say I occasionally find some good deals on items. The customer service is also always very good. My least favorite thing about this Goodwill is that no matter the condition or size all the prices are the same flat rate. For example, the shirts are all $4.49, no matter what. Or the Knick-knack section, all items are priced the same, regardless of the items size or condition. While I'm certain this is simply for convenience of pricing, I prefer the other Goodwills that have tag colors and base prices off of the conditions of the items. Other goodwills also have color tag sales, which is also nice. I will say that I am very happy to finally see books for sale at this location, as they didn't carry books for years! Hopefully they figure out a better, more clutter free way of displaying them though! read more

Went to go donate. I donated lots of times, but during Covid the employees started screaming at me and yelling at me that the manager had to come out and calm him down. He was upset because I had my mask slightly down. They are way overpriced. I donate but because of their prices I do not shop there anymore. read more

Service poor, slow, not helpful, refused to allow use of two woking restrooms last time, now have new "out of order" signs up, but employee seen entering one to use. The American Disabilities Act, Angie's Law, requires allowing customers to use the restrooms if they have a medical condition that causes immediate need of the rest room. Isn't Goodwill supposed to be serving the Disabled? Selection of clothing by color, not by size, so very hard to find clothes to fit. General merchandise thrown on shelves no rhyme or reason and not all marked with price- has to have price on it or no sale and staff unwilling to make tag for it. Pricing is ridiculous. I often find donated Dollar Tree items that are priced $4.79+. Nothing feels like a deal. They got rid of all of their books. In addition, they took out the two dressing rooms and of course no returns. While I understand the no return policy, purchasing an item (that's overpriced) and not knowing if it is even your size or will fit sucks. And then if you get home and it doesn't fit, guess where it's going to end back up? It's a complete rip off not a fan at all. read more

I can't believe how expensive this place is for a thrift store. How can they charge the prices they do for used items that are donated to them for free. People go to thrift stores because they can't afford the prices of new items. Turns out that we are still paying the new items price in this store. They write on everything with sharpie which stains the clothes, they also up price fake Nike, pink and other items they think are "name brands" they don't care If the clothes are ripped, stained or super worn. They are super overpriced and the Managment is awful. They only care about making lots of money so the store manager can get a bonus off these donated items. read more

If I could leave a ZERO, I would. Everytime I come in they have different rules. Came in a couple of weeks ago bought a blanket that didn't have a price and they priced it. I come today for a computer chair now all of a sudden they can't price it and it has to go back through the processing. Well my question is why is it on the floor, you all are there all day walking around doing Nothing,because the store is ALWAYS DIRTY. How come you don't have employees walking around making sure at least all the furniture is priced. SMH my daughter really needed that chair and it's No guarantee that it will come back out tomorrow. Really the worst GW I've ever visited...and I've been to dozens. Management has to be pathetic to not allow access to restrooms to kids. Such a problem with homeless and theft that many items aren't marked or tag switched thus rendering them unsellable. Save your hard-earned money and go to Hanford. You'll get more bang for your buck with the actually reasonable priced items and curtesy and make up for the gas and being harassed by rude employees who don't really want to be there...but who's to blame them anyway. read more

"Turning donations into jobs" this is the mission statement that Goodwill has on their website and it needs to be explained to the employees that are taking the donations, they act very inconvenienced and unappreciative like they are doing us a favor taking our "free" donations that help create their job. There are no prices on most items. The color coded prices are not known to the customer. You are expected to stand in line and be told prices at checkout. Most Goodwills have transparent pricing and public restrooms. This had neither and prices were high. I will not be back. read more

Stuff is really expensive shopping here compared to other goodwills. When dropping off items, they make you dump them out of the bags and sort your stuff a little (like clothes vs housewares). It's not terrible but the donation drive-thru line gets so long because people are unloading their stuff themselves and having to dump everything into bins and boxes by themselves. I'm not sure if this has always been this way or if it's been implemented with Covid-19. I gave an extra star for friendly employees. read more

This review is specifically for the donation drive thru. I'm very happy I stopped by this Goodwill to donate clothing that's been piling up in my home. The Donation center is right behind the building. They have bins prepared and separated by categories (clothing, accessories, homegoods, etc.) I would highly recommend anyone looking to donate items to have them organized in bags or bins when bringing them over to the donation center. You will need to separate them when you arrive and it could take some time. The employee managing the bins and organizing everything was really friendly and made the donation process super easy and contactless. Definitely recommend coming here if you're looking to drop off items! read more

Very curious system- pretty fair selection of items- however none of them are priced- just a colored tha, that would be fine if signs are posted to reflect the cost- not the situation- you have to go to the cashier to find the cost of each item- which varies even with same colored tag- frustrating!!! read more

I like the Goodwill's cause, but as a retail establishment, it has much to be desired. Firstly, changing room still closed "due to COVID", which I think they're just using COVID as an excuse to avoid putting things back. We never buy pants there because of that. Secondly, the cost seems a bit high, especially for a place where you can't try anything on, so you're taking a risk that something might not fit. I was told I had 5 days to exchange items and when I went in on the 5th day. They looked at my receipt and said go get 2 things. It took about an hour of my time but I found 2 articles of clothing to exchange. She had the receipt and said she needed my original receipt because I had exchanged previously. I told her I no longer had it and she said she couldn't exchange. Now why didn't they say this before I spent an hour in there looking. No for the fact that I went there last week and I bought a computer screen for $29 I was told by a person on the floor that items get tested before they put them out so I trusted him and I asked cashier too if it works and he told me it got tested and yes it works when I get home I tried it it didn't work so I called them and they told me that they have a no return policy. I usually LOVE shopping Goodwill and have fun. BUT NOT THIS ONE!! DISAPPOINTED that I only found two items I liked in my size. This store is a pain in the butt big hassle to shop for clothes. Everything is racked by color and not size. I let the clerk know that I would like him to please relay to management that shopping by size would be preferable. He said, "Yeah we do it by color here.", so I doubt he'll pass my complaint on up. I didn't have a good experience at this Goodwill at all. I am an elderly woman of 75 years and was clothes shopping and intended to purchase items. I suddenly felt nauseous and asked to use the restroom. The staff person rudely made a comment that "I had to go to Dennys next door!" I didn't make it, so embarrassing. This is no way to treat an elder. My husband and I live about 50 miles away and had to drive for an hour so I could clean myself at home. A company that depends on donations in order to make money and help people yet refuses to help a donor unload their vehicle. Can someone explain that? This was not my first, but last, run in while donating. When things escalated, that attendee, who was not allowed to handle my merchandise and could not help me, was able to to handle my merchandise when he put it back in my vehicle. If they cannot handle the merchandise during donation how the heck are they going to merchandise and sell it? Seem to be a lot of illogical people running this place. I went across the street to Rescued Treasures and they were there to help me unload. The people were very friendly, just the way they should be when you are making a donation. read more

Like someone said here... they deserve less then one star. My friend and I shop goodwills from down south all the way up here and this by far is the rudest goodwill we have ever been to. They won't let u shop their racks they are putting away. We got yelled at. And then we said we would follow her to the rack where she was gonna put them... and she purposely started working the rack from the other direction. They lost two carts of goods cuz we didn't check out and will never go back. Corp will be getting a call on how rude and unprofessional this place truly is. Their new no tag policy makes no sense. If an item doesn't have a tag they will not ring it. With other stores NORAMLLY a manager will look at similar items and put a price in the computer. I have worked retail before. However I was told they have to send the item (a belt) to the back to be "processed" to have a new tag. Mind you the belts ranged from one dollar to two dollars. Not much to figure out price wise. I was told to come back tomorrow to get a one dollar belt, which will not happen. read more

Wow, this is the second time of taking my donated items there and second time treated by rude and uncaring people. I normally take my items across the street to Rescued Treasures, I thought I'd give them another try. The man who helped me was rude, didn't thank me or ask me if I wanted a receipt. Why is it these people act as though they are doing us a favor by helping us and are ungrateful of items that are donated and they sell. Awful, awful place. Insanely overpriced, anything you might find that's nice will be $10+. I find dds price tags covered with mark up tags, they also write on the clothing tags. A lot of the clothes are super used and the shoes are very worn for the prices they put on them . I recently started going to the Salvation Army instead and they have great discounts and are very friendly. Don't waste your time here. read more

I was regularly shopping at this store for about 3 months.I must say, Goodwill Corp. needs to take a long hard look at the people they have running this place and the experience they are providing paying shoppers. With the exception of maybe 2 employees, I think everyone there needs a course in customer service at the very least...This store needs a complete employee overhaul- I was shopping there a few weeks ago and purchased a mirror and hoodie. I waited my turn. took forever- When I approached the counter there was firstly NO greeting, no hello, no hi- NOTHING.SILENCE. just a glare, The cashier 25-30 tall.dark haired, lady, (rude asf- answers the phone all snappy everytime it rings) her, she very hastily and annoyed rang up my items and tossed a pen my way across the counter to sign the receipt. I signed and asked her name ( she knew she was being rude) as her name tag was covered up. She initially hesitated but told me her name was Monique. I grabbed my purchases, she did not even bother saying Thank you. I asked her if she was always so friendly, she rolled her eyes, scoffed and said YUP- I turned around and told her she had no business working with the public with her awful attitude and she literally started yelling " Have a nice day" over and over. The store was full and busy and she was acting like someone who should LOSE THEIR JOB. So I left. It's not my fault she hates her job.. She is not their only outwardly rude employee. There is an older guy that complains about customers is condescending , forever grouchy , crotchety and always in a hurry to not be helpful. There is also a woman manager that is very very unapproachable. Clearly, complacency, lack of leadership, acceptance of rudeness and staleness in the employees here have caused this store to suck. I would give this place zero stars if I could. We just took a full truck load of stuff. The guy who was working at the drop off location was careless and very rude. He took a box that had dishes in it and flung the box on top of another box to which plates flew out of the box onto the ground and shattered. Then we had a large Rubbermaid tote full of glass ornaments. He said he wouldn't take them in the tote and proceeded to have my husband put them in a big box where all the other household items get thrown. They will be broken when the first thing is thrown in on top of them (yes, my husband realizes now that he should not have left them). Then, we had 6 empty Rubbermaid tubs with lids that he said he wouldn't take. There's nothing wrong with them; we just don't need them anymore. After we left my husband told me what happened so I called and talked to the manager. She said they absolutely take tubs and the ornaments should have been left in tub. She apologized and explained that's not how they treat their customers....well, I beg to differ, because the guy did. I will NEVER donate anything else there again! read more

This place is full of very unhappy people who are angry with everyone else. Some other angry manager dude came out barking about someone who pulled up a bit different and didn't follow cones. Made him pull around three times then threatened him with "dumping" if he didn't listen to their angry micro management commands. One guy was trying to direct traffic but all he looked like he did was the Fortnite floss dance that little kids do. Can't follow those directions to pull in.
