I bought a tool kit for $15 then returned it but the manager came up to me and said I stole tools out of it. I would never do that. But then I open the tool box again and there were tools missing but not from us. The manager took tools out and blamed it on us. read more

Should have checked reviews before visiting, but it's Goodwill - what can you expect? Maybe the employees have mold exposure which explains their behavior? Small asian fellow couldn't bother spitting out a single word other than my total. Further, couldn't be bothered to bag my items or even slide them back toward me. More awesome pricing at Goodwill. Originally 98 cents for a donated item and they price it at $2.49. Soooooo sick of this place, but nice in awhile, you find a good deal although they are few and far between anymore. Who teaches these people how to price? You can go to the Dollar 25 Tree and get brand new items. read more

The managers in this store need a new job. Both the guy and the lady have the worst customer service ever! They are rude they are short with you and honestly act like they hate their job. They truly need to take some type customer service classes because they truly act like you shopping there is an inconvenience. I shop here weekly so when something doesn't fit I return it within the week and every time it's the same guy or lady and they don't even greet you they throw your stuff around and act like you are an inconvenience to them. read more

Still a 1 star rating. I cannot believe this Goodwill. The prices are ridiculous. They have marked up items from HomeGoods, Marshalls, and TjMax to $14-$20! For those prices, I'll just go to the actual store and buy a brand new product. All this stuff is used and gets donated to them for free! A majority of the stuff here is complete junk! Stuff is broken and they still put a $10 price tag on it - it is absolutely ridiculous. The cheapest thing in the store is about $2.49 or $3.49. I wandered around the store today hoping to find something, however their shelves were bare. Right about the time I was going to head out, I found something I wanted for $2.49. I got out 2 single dollar notes and 49 cents. Because why would I charge $2.49 to a credit card?! That is absolutely absurd. I headed to the cash registers and placed the money - exact cash and change onto the counter and had the guy scan my item. Giving exact cash and change, I figured would be super easy for the dude, but NOPE! This was not even a man. It was a little boy. He appeared to be a teenager or right out of high school. He was so confused over receiving paper notes and coins. He slowly picked up the cash and the coins. He looked at the coins as if he had never seen change in his life. He stared at the coins in his hand as he tried to determine what was happening in his life. He obviously could not count change. The other checker lady who was next to him had to count it and tell him that it was the correct change. They then both stood there snickering and laughing at me for giving exact cash with change. I then asked them if there was something wrong. They both stood there trying not to laugh and said no. This was completely ridiculous. They were the ones making fun of me, yet at least one of them couldn't count change to save his life. Could have given him pesos or pence coins and he wouldn't have known the difference! I don't know what is going on with this goodwill! Last week I purchased a small rolled up and taped shut area rug for 12.00 I got it home, unrolled it and it was full of dog urine spots! Why would they hide that then sell it. I was in the area today and thought i would give the store another chance. I picked up a pair of jeans to look at and they had large blotches of menstrual blood on them. These things are disgusting!!! They also don't give refunds, only store credit. read more

Power and Baseline Goodwill is HORRIBLE. I opened the (unlocked) door at 8:59 this morning and they yelled to me from the registers that they weren't open until 9:00. They did the same thing to the next lady to try it a few minutes later, even though on both of our phones it was after 9:00. EVERY SINGLE ITEM I picked up or was interested in was overpriced. I shop at various Goodwill locations throughout the week and I've never seen pricing as crazy as at this location. Also, so many more filthy things at this location compared to the other's I visit. The store is a total trash heap. I wish I would have taken photos - but it's like someone stood 5 feet away and just threw DVD players, books and radios onto various piles. Even my 4 year old said, "This place is a dump, let's go to another one!" Not sure who is in charge here, but really, clean up your act, you're embarrassing yourself. read more

I love Goodwills, especially on half priced Saturday's every two weeks! East Valley has a plethora of them and my daughter and I had never been to this one or any others this far east of us so we made the trip to check it out. I had been told it was bigger than the others, which we didn't find to be so, but we still enjoyed shopping here and finding some good deals. To make it even better there is a Savers and a 99¢ Only Store in the same center! The Savers had even better prices and was the best Savers (read: not overpriced like the others) I'd been to in years. read more

My kids and I were playing the piano when all of a sudden, this lady employee yelled at us to stop playing it. "PLEASE STOP PLAYING THAT!" Were her words exactly. She was standing by the children's isle and we were by the furniture area. I didn't appreciate that she YELLED instead of walked to us and told us nicely that we were not allowed to touch the piano. But she didn't. She YELLED and the people around us all looked. We were not doing anything wrong. We were simply trying to see if the piano they were selling worked and sounded right. What a great example for the kiddos you did, Lady. Great customer service! I will be sure to post a pic of her when I come back. If ever this establishment try to contact me and asks for information regarding this employee, I just want to say that I did not get to get her name or talk to anyone about this incident. All I can give you is she has long blonde hair, about 40s, she was in the children's section around 4pm Oct 5, 2018 wearing a black shirt and Bermuda pants. For next time, to avoid humiliating your customers. If an item is off limits and cannot be touched, PLEASE PUT A SIGN ON THEM. Thanks! read more

I shop around at the Goodwill stores fore that hidden treasure, that unique find. This is one of my treasure hunting haunts. They have almost anything you could want in fair condition. Every day they have color tag sales and one Saturday a month they have 50% off. You can't beat the sales. read more

I had terrible service at this Goodwill. I found a dress that was brand new and it was priced over the amount on the original tag. The original price was $9.92 and they wanted $12.99 for it. I asked if I could get it cheaper and they said they can't change the prices for things and yet I saw them chance prices for other little objects that didn't have prices on them. All their stuff is donated!! They didn't pay squat for the dress and yet they wanted me to pay over what it was worth. I can careless if I ever go back to that location. read more

I purchased an item from the store and on the way out through my receipt in the garbage can... Stupid me. And when I got ready to use the item which was a heavy duty staple gun I had to peel some clear packing tape off that goodwill had put on, underneath it was their goodwill sticker. Naturally that peeled off with the packing tape. When I went to use the staple gun I realized that a part of the stapler was missing. The staplegun is useless without this part. When I tried to return it less than one hour later I was told without my receipt and without the Goodwill tag on the stapler they would not even give me a store credit let alone refund me the cash. The manager Sean was absolutely no help. Buyer beware when you purchase anything from this Goodwill!! They will sell you broken merchandise or merchandise missing pieces for it to even function properly. I will never shop there again. read more

Just an average GW. Store can be clean or dirty on any given day. Staff lately has been so so. Sometimes they have good things and sometimes they don't. Prices are average and sometimes high depending on what it is. Could be above average store if they cleared out some of the junk they had and saved room for better stuff. read more
