The store was crowded probably because the prices are low. A promo day sign at the entrance with different color tags for discounts. They have a huge collection of clothes but only three small fitting rooms. I found several great items for a good deal. Parking is easy in the strip shopping center.

She was rude, condescending, and acted like she was doing me a favor while clearly trying to lowball me. I was told my bags were only worth $2,500, and the whole interaction felt like an attempt to scare me into settling for far less than they were actually worth. The most telling part was how fast the story changed. The second I mentioned I had another offer for $4,000, suddenly the value of my bags magically went up. Then when I came back to get my bags, she tried to offer the $4,000. That alone told me everything I needed to know. It made the entire experience feel completely dishonest, manipulative, and predatory. What stood out most was how disgusting her attitude was throughout all of this. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no respect. Just arrogance, rudeness, and behavior that made me feel like she was trying to take advantage of me. I would never do business with her again, and I would strongly warn anyone thinking about bringing valuable items there to be extremely careful. I would recommend never visiting this store.

If you've never shopped here before, when you come in you'll feel right at home and like you've known them forever. Sabrina is great at giving fashion advice and being honest at what looks good and what's not flattering. Mary, the owner, is like that cool aunt that everyone wishes they had. She's great at finding suggestions for how to dress for the different decades. Miami twice has been a staple for vintage fashion for over 40 years with good reason. By the way, if you think you're only coming in to buy clothes for a themed party, you're mistaken. You'll probably leave with a few "extras" you didn't go in looking for, but found impossible to leave behind.

The thrift store is located on the side of the property. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 9 to 2. Thrifty Treasures has a small section of clothing. I was most interested in their bric-à-brac section which contained some vintage items. More expensive items were kept in a glass cabinet near the check out. They even had a few pieces of furniture. A side room contains children clothing, books, and toys. I ended up picking up some building magnets for the kids at school for only $4. Which leads me to why I love church thrift stores so much, they are always willing to bargain. Everything in the store was very reasonably priced and you can always make your own price suggestions. This isn't a huge thrift store but it was really fun to explore. They had some unique things and of course the inventory will always change depending on what people donate. You can support a worthy cause, find a treasure, and help the planet by keeping items out of the landfill all by thrifting. Come and check them out.
