There are three rooms of "treasures" and some of them were still in plastic bins and the owner told me I could look through any of them! Talk about a fun treasure hunt. He came out and said he didn't open until 1PM. I did see that on the big sign by the street. The sign said 1-7 PM We said we would come back later. We left our event to go back later in the day. We arrived at 5PM. It was closed. We hung around a bit to see if he would open up the shop for us. His car was still there, as it had been in the morning. I wasted 40 minutes, going out of my way, and wasted gas. I think when he saw our out of state plates, he could have opened up at 11, to let us take a look. When we said we would be back later, he could have let us know that he was closing early that day. I think as a business person, if you don't honor the hours posted on your signage, maybe you shouldn't have a business.

They just had cashiers with an extrmely long line. It took about 15 mins waiting in line to check out. Certian sections are well orgnized and others are not. It looks a bit dingy and messy in parts of the store. They allow dogs so that is nice and their sales benefit the Humane society which is awesome! We brought our pup. I found a few great nicknacks and a great little bench seat with an embroidered top for $7.99. Needs to be refinished. Really good prices on many things. There were not enough people working and they were kind of unproffesional and unhelpful. They seemed extremely stressed. I wanted to see things in a locked in a case on the floor. I politely asked the clerk about it and she said it will be like a half hour and never looked up at us at all or when checking us out or said anything pleasant or nice. Something for them to work on. Some customers also seem clueless about just standing in the way of others from looking at things and chit chatting for 5 - 10 minutes. It is not a coffee shop people.

This place is really cool as yes... it is highly vintage oriented merchandise but we noticed more artsy and crafty items that were for sale too that were amazingly cool. So that added a further unique spin to this place. Also there was a plant vendor too that sold lots of different kind of little cactuses in various colored shades which further enhanced this place. I saw things of a vintage nature I liked... which were mainly old action figures... that was a lot of fun to browse through checking out all of those!

We checked out and the guy at the register didn't say hi, offer and kind of greeting... NO pleasantries. Just here's your total. Then shoved the bag over. Genuinely just prickly interaction. So 1 star period for the service. Selection is a 4 star. Why?! Because it's OVERWHELMING!! It's a giant flea market with so much to look through you could probably spend half a day!! But DO pay attention to the prices. Some are astronomical... As in you could get the SAME thing at Goodwill (yes Goodwill!!) for nickels on the dollar (as pennies are no more lol.) Other items are truly treasures or good deals (stay AWAY from the plants. They're incredibly expensive!!!) I got some crystals to fuel my spiritual guidance and my daughter got a bracelet and my son got Hot Wheels. (Which he paid 3 times what they were worth but it was his $$ To spend!) I'll definitely go back as I love to browse. But maybe I won't buy next time because I'd rather support local businesses that show their patrons love.

This store location is located in a large strip mall with plenty of parking. The store was clean and organized well. It was great finding Portland, Oregon and Oregon colleges' tshirts still in great condition at amazing prices. Estate liquidations usually have bittersweet causes, and our situation was no exception: it really makes a huge difference when the resolution is handled so well. I hope that when my time comes Hidden Treasures is available to deal with my stuff as well, because I have every confidence they will do a great job!

They also had individual knives, spooNw and forks you can buy if you need replacements, which I do. Fell in love with the vintage blue onion Danube China displayed in mass on a China cabinet. My mother had the same China; she ate her soft boiled egg every morning from an egg holder just like the one they had displayed. Memories came flooding back! I had to snap pics to send to my brother, who remembered the dishes but had no idea it was china! For me, that's why I love going to antique stores. It's not only about finding a treasure to purchase, but the memories that are awakened when you happen upon an item you didn't even think about for decades until you see it on a shelf, somehow standing out amongst the hundreds of items surrounding it. - The ornate crystal decanters with silver caps and handles? Yep, my Nana had three of them. - The coffee table where you could display needlework under the glass? My grandmother proudly displayed her talents there. - The champagne fur jacket? My mom had one just like it! - The light blue princess telephone? My first phone with a "teenage" line I shared with my brother. Yes, there was such a thing back in the day. Wish I had kept it! That shade of blue is still my favorite color. Antique stores are as much about these moments of remberence that ignite smiles as they are about purchasing something. I left without buying anything but was warmed by the memories my visit ignited.

It's definitely not as clean or comfortable as say Goodwill, but it's fairly organized and easy to find things. The best selections are in clothing, books, homewares and DVDs. Lots of parking in the area including a dedicated lot. Bit of a warning- during summer it can get very hot in here. I think there is AC but the building doesn't appear to be well insulated.
