This is one of those out of the way thrift stores you wouldn't notice unless you research it…read morebeforehand or run across it by accident. My situation was the latter- I was going to yard sales in Newberg when I came across this place. It is very unassuming from the outside and has limited hours- if you're able to visit though, I recommend it. The prices are very fair, the selection is good and the volunteers are very friendly. It's definitely not as clean or comfortable as say Goodwill, but it's fairly organized and easy to find things. The best selections are in clothing, books, homewares and DVDs. Lots of parking in the area including a dedicated lot. Bit of a warning- during summer it can get very hot in here. I think there is AC but the building doesn't appear to be well insulated. Not a major deal for me, but for people more sensitive to temperature this is a heads up!

They have continually argued with me on fulfilling either request and offered a 25% refund! I need the product I ordered or a full refund, NO OTHER OPTIONS. I would NEVER recommend ordering from this place. BEWARE!

I started consigning my clothing there a few years ago and I have done really well. There is a lot of foot traffic so there is a lot being sold and more being put out. Something new every time I am in. This is a kid and family friendly store with a playroom and a room for nursing mothers and a changing table. The prices are very reasonable, they carry very high end diaper bags, slings (new Moby's!!) and other great gift ideas. They also sell local vendors creations displayed very nice and neat. Nothing overly cheesy, or poorly made. I love visiting and will continue to tell everyone about it. The only downfall is that it is in Newberg. But, every first Friday the stores in Newberg's downtown open up and do and art walk and wine tasting. Most of the time there is live music too. The summer time is wonderful too. Tuesdays there is a farmers market and at 6pm Tunes on Tuesday starts in the park. Live bands , wine, food and a lot of fun!!

Amy and her family team at Hidden Treasures recently managed an estate liquidation for my family,…read moreand throughout the entire process they were kind, compassionate, and business savvy, far above and beyond their Portland-based competition. I can't say enough good about how cooperative and helpful they were. According to my friends who bounced by the sale to check up on things, they were every bit as professional and dialed in for sale attendees as they were for us. Estate liquidations usually have bittersweet causes, and our situation was no exception: it really makes a huge difference when the resolution is handled so well. I hope that when my time comes Hidden Treasures is available to deal with my stuff as well, because I have every confidence they will do a great job!

He wore the new pair around the house and on one walk around the block and unfortunately got a blister on the top of one of toes. even with adjusting the buckles, he wasn't able to get a comfortable fit on the shoes. We tried to return them a few days later but were told by the owner that because they were worn outside he wouldn't be able to resell them and couldn't return them. He refused to provide an in-store credit saying it would be the same as giving us money back and how would that be fair to his business. His solution was for my husband to wear socks with the sandals. He has no return or refund policy posted at the counter or on his receipts so customers are aware that he won't take product back. Now I know how he can afford to open another business in Newberg. I was intentional about shopping here because I had been helped in a purchase of a pair of Birkenstocks only a few weeks prior to this purchase and loved my experience and the shoes I got. I am all about supporting local businesses but will not be shopping here again or encouraging anyone else to do so either.

The diamonds were irregularly spaced, tilted at different angles, set at irregular heights and they snagged on everything. The ring is too embarrassing to wear. They were unwilling to make any corrections without charging me and offered no compensation of any kind for my deep disappointment and expense. They blamed the problem on the varied sizes of the diamonds. If that were the problem, they should have told me they could only make an ugly ring with them.  They displayed no pride in their craft or responsibility for their sale. I took the ugly ring to Richard Gretz Goldsmith who is redesigning it from scratch with my diamonds at less than what Jordans charged me. And Gretz offers a guarantee that if I dislike the ring for any reason I get my money back. I wish I had seen the other woman's review before I took my diamonds to Jordan's.
