We absolutely loved her personality, intuition, style suggestions and PATIENCE; we tried on a lot, because she didn't have a clue as to what she wanted. We loved a ballgown style dress, "even cried", but my daughter was determined to stick to "her plan"; visiting four stores and seeing all options. Sarah warned us to not try on too many dresses, because we would get overwhelmed and confused, was she ever right!!! The next day, after the last store, we called I Do Bridal, late in the afternoon; it was a Saturday in January, the busiest time of the year to shop for bridal gowns. I Do Bridal fit us in for the last appointment of the day! When we arrived the place was packed, but they greeted us like old friends. We were so relieved to see Sarah! She AGAIN, worked patiently with my daughter, never making us feel rushed or that we were a burden and we found the perfect dress! I Do Bridal should be proud of their rockstar staff, everyone was warm and inviting; we knew we had to come back to I Do, because of the genuine concern, attention and care that their entire staff extended to us and especially because of Sarah!
