Each container is clearly labeled with the recyclable items that should be placed in it. I loved that the entire place was clean and orderly. No one was just dropping things on the ground and leaving them. In essence, no one was making a mess. I was really happy and impressed. There were containers for aluminum, steel, plastics 1-7, paper, glass and cardboard. The containers for plastics were numerous. Overall, the facility was nice and I'm glad that Mobile has it.

Coming here the first time I thought "hey nice laundromat, new machines, clean facility". But after…read morecoming the second time to wash an extremely large comforter, I find this laundromat is an overpriced monopoly. I went to load my big blankie in the large front loader and saw the price was $7. Ok that's a bit much and I should've looked further down and could've used the $5 ones but I digress. After putting my soap in, I start funneling quarters in and figure I should set it to use hot water....hot water is $1 more! Lol so it is $8 just to wash my blanket. Whatever too late now, so finish filling the quarters, press start and the thing shows a wash time of only 23 minutes! How does my comforter ever have a chance of washing out the dog hair, dog stink, human stench and whatever dna is splashed within its fibers in a measley 23 minutes?! After the pathetic wash cycle I move said blanket to the dryer to find it's another $2 to get this thing going for 30 minutes. I run to my car and find 2 more quarters under my seat to make it $2.50 for 40 minutes and select the hot setting. No biggie here because laundromat dryers get insanely hot so I should be good right? I leave to have lunch, return and the blanket is still wet and I'm out of quarters so I take it home and finish the drying of my still "smells like dog" blanket at home. Guess if I have future washing needs that are too big for my set at home I will have to drive to Spanish fort the next closest facility. Sounds like a good business opportunity to open a new Laundromat and give this place some much needed competition. FAIL!

The buttons on the machines themselves were cracked and/or missing. The place was hotter than a comfortable level. I think we got lucky with the fact that nobody but a homeless couple was there. My washer I bought brand new 3 years ago is on the fritz again, so I guess I will be here until my washing machine repair dude returns my call. Coming here is not so bad, the wash cycles are short, only 25 minutes. Large capacity washers are only $5.75 versus another laundromat I visited THAT CHARGED $8 FRACKING DOLLARS! So yeah, this place is much cheaper. I did not use the dryers, I just took my clothes home to dry. You can buy soap here, plenty of places to sit, you don't have to wait for a washer or dryer to open up. There are three TV's to watch, a restroom. 24/7 video surveillance, located in a shopping center with plenty of parking and a Whataburger in case you need a snack. This laundromat is super safe, I am a woman alone washing clothes. No strange people hanging around, which is awesome.Southern People are super sweet and will talk to anyone, which I usually do not mind, I was just not talkative that day because I had too many errands to run & wanted to get home. It is a very clean facility and well kept facility. All the dryers have worked well. I see lots of folks using the washers and they appear to also work well. They have a variety of sizes of washers and dryers to meet your needs as far as load size. They have change machine and ATM on site. I spoke with an owner today and he was friendly and helpful. I saw him be kind and helpful to others using his facility. I felt safe and comfortable here!
