The service here is so hit or miss. Sometimes they do great, other times they don't come both days,…read morethen have the nerve to charge an "overfilled" charge when the dumpster is overflowing. How is that my fault when you've repeatedly not done your job? Called yesterday to inform them that their guys stopped in front of my business, then kept driving without pickup up trash. I told the customer service guy that I needed it picked up because this weekend would have me drowning in trash. They never came. I already have 10 trash bags on the ground because it won't fit into the dumpster, and my 2 busiest days will probably give me another 20-25 bags of trash on the ground, but they won't pick bags up off the ground. So when they come Monday and I have to pick up all those bags, my dumpster will be immediately full again.
