I've heard of this place several times by a few people. But because of my work schedule, I'm never…read moreable to get there. Finally today I was able to. I just want to say, they are off of 620, so you think it would be easy to find. But it's a little bit of a maze. It's almost like you're going to the hotel that is there, but then swing around to the back of the hotel. Once you find it, you'll know the next time. It's a little confusing. The parking lot right in front is somewhat small. But there is some parking to the side of the building before you drive to the front of the building. They also have handicap parking spots available too. I did take a video of the parking lot. As you enter, to the left is women's clothing. On the right is beautiful dish ware sets. Towards the back they have hand bags, and kitchen ware. In the back right corner is books and in the middle on the right is kids clothing and men's. They do have a lot of jewelry in the middle, and that's where the cashiers are to check out customers. Places like this seem like they move inventory pretty quickly. So if you see something, buy it up. Might not be there the next time. I bet they get a lot of new inventory often. (Although I don't know for sure) Racks are pretty organized by size. So it makes it easy to go through. I did see some high end brand names. I'm glad I was able to check them out. I think it's geared towards older customers. Not exactly what I would be looking for. But now I know.

This place is great! I always walk away with fantastic items at a great price! The volunteers…read morethat work there are incredibly helpful and their selection of items sees pretty quick turnover. The place is always busy, so if you can't find a parking spot, just keep circling!

Reunion Rescue - Just a few of the thousands of dogs saved and helped over the years at Reunion Rescue

I've only known about Reunion Rescue for a short time, about 3 years now. I haven't been this…read moreimpressed in such a long time of the dedication and extra mile that Reunion goes to help educate and provide care for animals. Besides advocating for Pit Bulls, they are a Menagerie & melting pot of all kinds of dogs, cats, & birds that take it to the next level by feeding a raw & holistic diet. The knowledge and expertise is hard to find. I would highly recommend this group

I believe this "rescue" is a scam. I have not been able to find any indication that they have…read moreadopted any dogs out. The amount of money they claim to have spent getting one of their dogs back from it's owner is inconsistently varies quite a bit. They have quite a few fundraising pages and are quick to pepper the internet with requests for donations. Their interaction with me was extremely suspect. I saw their dog, Nolan, on petfinder. When I emailed to ask about his availability, heartworm status and age, I was told he has to be adopted with their dog named, Lulu and I did not receive an answer about his current HW status. I asked for more information about Lulu. I found out that both dogs had been heartworm +, but Cindy Marabito wouldn't tell me if they had their vaccinations or had been cleared by a vet after their "holistic heartworm treatment." There was or is some kind of messy legal/custody battle over Lulu. Cindy wouldn't tell me if it had been sorted out. I had to ask: 4 times if they were fixed. I never got an answer, but Lulu's petfinder page now says she is spayed. 4 times if the legal problems with Lulu's custody were resolved. I still haven't gotten an answer. 3 times if they were now heartworm free. Finally Cindy claimed that Nolan was healed with raw and herbal diet/treatments. So I asked if she had verified with a vet that the treatments were successful. She refused to answer that too. 2 times if they were vaccinated, I never got an answer, but Lulu's petfinder page now says she is UTD on vaccines. Cindy sent this: "Both are raw fed and homeopathically treated, so would need to continue that lifestyle. Nolan was hw positive when we got him and totally cured with herbal..a raw fed dog treated with herbal will not become infected with hw or other parasites or disease..take a look at our website .... Health Page. It's amazing..none of our dogs go to conventional vets or ever get sick, get fleas, cancer, etc." I'm certainly not against raw or herbal, but this all just sounds like a scam or wingnut on the loose.

General notes: clean, secure storage units. Two 3-story buildings with elevators and code security…read more Code entry front gate. My experience: I had to meet some movers at this public storage location at 8 am on a weekday, and when I arrived, my code would not open the gate. Luckily, in typical mover fashion, the moving truck was late, and when Clint arrived at work, he sorted out my code problem. Apparently, there was an issue with the computer system, which I assume is a PS proprietary problem and not a location issue. Do note that the office opens at 9:30, so if you will need assistance, don't arrive too early! Clint in the office is very helpful. Also, the location of this storage building is perched on a hill, and you drive up a winding driveway to reach it. I missed the sign once while looking for it, and the movers had to make a U turn to access the drive. Not a big deal, but helpful info if you have a large vehicle or lousy navigation skills!

The price has gone up dramatically 7. The elevator nearest my items is not working for over a week.

In town visiting the in-laws for the holidays and they bought tickets to go see Elf at this local…read moretheater. The production and actors were great. It was better then I expected. I found out that they moved their location recently into a space that actually is more theater-like inside. I've seen a production from TexArt before a few years back in their old location in a strip mall and the although that show was good, the seats in the old location was kinda uncomfortable. The current theater felt newer and also sold snacks to eat like chips, popcorn, soda, water, and various candies and treats. They didn't sell alcohol (probably bc they didn't have a liquor license) but had beer and wine that they can pour you a glass with a donation to the theater. Overall the experience was really good. The production set, choreography, acting, and flow of the whole show was well put together. I was afraid that I would fall asleep because we went to see the show right after dinner but it was very good and exciting throughout. The only thing that I didn't like about this new location is that it had limited parking so I would recommend to get there earlier. We showed up about 10 min before the show started and got one of the last parking spaces. The previous location was in a strip mall so there was plenty of parking!
