Unprofessional movers, verbally aggressive, damaged items due to experience, didn't feel safe ended…read morein calling the police for help due to threats. 3/2/2019 ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE MOVE.. I have never been so stressed and felt unsafe in my life. Morning stated with an attempt to cancel call; claiming a mover had to go to the ER.. note: I found many reviews on YELP and the BBB that this is a common excuse to back out! Finally, got movers to show at 10:45am and 2 of the 3 were injured. The one was shot from attempting to rob someone; as the truth came out later and this was AFTER he told my child he shot himself.. what the?! The other, had a severe back injury from a job earlier in the week. They damaged my front door and my washer/dryer. When I sent photos to the owner and called him, I was called a LIAR and was verbally attacked by the driver, Dallas (the one that was shot).. They threatened to leave my belongings, etc.. We finally got the packed truck to the new place and the driver proceeded to tell me hes a Gemini and doesn't do well with customers. Then why are you on the job and working with people?! I had to call friends to stand by for safety because this guy not only verbally attacked me but also my son. He told me due to the situation at the other place, he was not going to charge me past 5pm but proceeded to push for cash which I refused and gave a card. He then told the other movers they better hustle (note this was at 430pm) that anything after 5, they arent getting paid for. Then he got into a verbal altercation with another mover and he was about to leave the job.. The ONLY mover that was professional and productive (Kemo) was about to walk off. This driver Dallas, called the owner and lied nonstop about everything; as I overheard the conversation. I was speaking with my maint tech and Dallas came in and said they werent moving anymore and I said I paid for a move and it's to be completed. He stated verbally attacking me and said he was going to dump my things on the sidewalk. I said you will not, they will be moved as I paid for a move. He said I needed to give him another $140.00 cash and I said not happening. He threatened to take my stuff. At this point, I got in the back of the truck and CALLED THE POLICE for assistance. The cops came out and spoke with the owner; another set of movers were to come out to finish on Sunday, all this was documented in the report. Chris came out on Sunday and was professional and very apologetic. He said that Dallas should NOT be working and is unprofessional. He wrote down what happened and signed the paper noting the damages and they are to replace my doors, etc. I explained to Chris what happened and there was only 1 mover that was productive and professional but come to find out, the other 2 movers tried saying everything was his fault which was NOT true.. Kemo was great.. This was a disastrous mover, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL not only the driver but also the owner was rude and unprofessional, he would NOT listen to anything me, as the customer was saying and even with documented proof.. I have never seen such a thing in my life! Finally, Sunday am my move was completed, thanks to Chris (he was professional and very apologetic for what I experienced but it doesn't change what I endured!).. and left with a major mess, nothing was put anywhere it was to be; as I had everything labeled, items left at the old place as they didn't know how to pack a truck, etc.. Do yourself a favor and find another company.. Otherwise, if Chris and Kemo don't show, you might end up needing to call the police for assistance and definitely have people present as witnesses! Called the number on the side of the truck and was sent to a voicemail that was full. These guys are so busy they can't accept new messages. Find another mover if at all possible.

So yes they got most things from point A to point B. But I'm scrambling to find TV cords (I assumed…read morethey'd maybe tape the damn cord to the TV?) as well as remotes and the TV stands as well as other small things. They wrap things but leave most things wrapped for you to deal with after delivery. I was moving 250 miles away. I only had two guys doing the move - I had understood it would be three which would have been a lot quicker. I've Not yet checked my Christmas items but it appears one four foot tree was broken. I wouldn't use these guys again.
